Those river sites are absolutely beautiful. We stayed three nights and wish we had more time to stay longer. Very clean sites. Didn’t use any facilities, just our fifth wheel. Highly recommend. Very easy on/off I-70

I had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly. Great location next to the creek with convenient access to the freeway. The only minor negative is that there aren't any window blinds on the door of the creekside cabin, so there's no way to get full privacy at night. But otherwise everything was great!

Glenwood Springs West is a heck of a long ways from Glenwood Springs 18 miles to be exact. This should’ve been disclosed better online before we booked. We had to drive all the way to Aspen multiple days for activities. The campsite itself was fine except the highway and train noise. They asked me how my stay was and I said the main issue was the noise. They said cheap @$47 gets the noisy spot.

Loved our Perfect site along the Colorado River. Campground is so well laid out and loved the patio and gazebo and friendly staff.

Very nice, clean, spacious campground in a lovely setting. Our site was level, long enough for our 45’ motorhome and F-150 crew cab truck with room to spare. Site had a nice patio with a table and chairs and a fire pit. Beautiful location right along the river with lovely views of the mountains. Easy on/off of I-70.

River front sites are exceptional. Gazebo, fire pit, gas grill, extensive concrete patio, table, chairs, and landscaping enhance the amazing experience on the Colorado River. Great staff and escorts to the site are a nice touch. Our only negative is the speed bumps and condition of the driveway around the main building. The speed bumps are simply way to severe. The dips and potholes need work..

Love this Koa we have stayed here often in the last few years! Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Nice pool, Clean restrooms! Sites on the river, very beautiful! Excellent wifi! Close to Glenwood hot springs!

The park was very nice and the space we had was fairly easy to navigate. The staff were fantastic! Always very friendly and helpful. The dog park was fantastic having a separate section for small dogs and the large dog section did have a gazebo for shade. The only thing they could use is water there for the dogs.

Got in late. Sunset late. Spots are well spaced and very leveled. Great views and just far enough away to keep interstate traffic to a low noise. Wife and I really wanted to walk around and explore the island. However they had pulled the bridge. So call ahead to see if the bridge is in if you want to do some exploring. Very nice place to stay.

We needed one night, they were closing but let us check in. I so appreciated this. The bathroom/ shower was very clean and great water pressure. I recommend staying at this great KOA

This KOA has put a LOT of work into their facility over the past few years and it shows! Absolutely beautiful sites! Staff is great! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk people were wonderful! Very helpful with information about the area. Also, the facilities were very well maintained! The whole campground was very clean and kept up!

Great park! We had a site along the Colorado River and it was perfect - loved the covered patio area and fire ring; a private oasis ideal for enjoying the gorgeous views. Highly recommend.

The campground was very nice. The helpers were friendly and very helpful. It was clean and the bathroom/showers were fantastic. I’d come back and revemond it very highly.

We had a fabulous site right on the river! The staff is friendly, the grounds well maintained and the bathrooms are SPOTLESS! The negatives are it's a big campground and we were very far from the bathrooms & had no WiFi reception at the far west end. The pool is cold and the jacuzzi isn't always hot--they share one heater. Some noise from frwy but I would stay again on a river site.

We stayed in Deluxe cabin #1. Had a wonderful time. Will return sometime in the future. Staff was excellent. Campground was extremely clean. Thank you for making our visit very enjoyable.

Lovely park. Clean, beautiful. The only negative we had was that pool and hot tub were closed. With the cooler nights it is understood the pool would be cold but a hot tub could be used for many weeks more. Daytime temps were in the low 80s.

Pro: Very well maintained campground, great services, cute office store, and RIGHT on the river. Amazing place. Con: I get why there’s speed bumps, but why at the bends? There’s no way to take a trailer over them straight, so my poor rig gets twisted going over one tire at time. If you’re on the road side, it’s a bit noisy with a freeway and train, and the truck stop lights 24/7.

We stayed here the first year this KOA was opened, and there were only a few spaces compared to what is there today. It’s a great KOA in anytime we’re in the area that’s where we will stay

Clean, level sites. Staff was extremely friendly. Recommend going to the alpaca farm, Rifle falls, and Miners Claim for dinner. Golf cart shuttle to and from the restaurant from the campground.

One night stay while traveling thru Colorado. Campground is very well maintained, neat and nicely laid out. Access to the Colorado River and close to Grand Mesa and Colorado National Monument made this an ideal stop for me. Very nice employees/hosts.

one of the better places we have stayed. clean and spaced are set up with concrete patios and fire ring surrounded by grass. Just a couple of issues that changed things for us over last year. Speed bumps are really awful and jarring even at slow speed. new rules requiring any guests to pay $5.00 to visit and no guests can use the amenities with us.

Gravel roads and sites, with grass strips between. Site we had was very level, easy back in. Shower/bath was spotless. Staff was very welcoming and helpful with changing our stay dates (due to weather)
