You charged me $103.30 for one night and the rain storm was so bad I couldn’t even use the sewer system because it was flooded. I can’t believe that you ripped me off like that!

It is a hard place to fine. We got there in the midafternoon. The office was close. It never did open while we were there. Campsites are right on top of each other. You pay a little extra at KOA but things aren't like they used to be. Couldn't get the internet to work. So, we were glad when we left. It was the first time at this KOA and we won't be back.

We just completed a 90+ day stay at the Cloverdale KOA. While this is definitely vintage KOA, the park is situated in a fabulous area on the hillside above the Russian River Valley 10 or so minutes away from the idyllic town of Cloverdale. The 50A full hook-up sites are perfectly located and shaded by the live oaks. Wildlife abounds, and the views are great. A very nice property.

This is a great campground if you are looking for something family friendly and convenient. It is huge! The pond is beautiful. My daughter loved the ducks. It is a beautiful property. Pricey, but definitely has all of the amenities.

I was cabin camping Thanksgiving weekend. Very quiet holiday weekend. Staff was very nice and even brought four bundles of firewood to my camp spot. Didn’t even ask for that to happen. Second day I went to the store to get a few items. The owner helped me and she was very nice.

Beautiful setting, very friendly staff, and lovely fishing pond. My husband took advantage of nearby roads for some fabulous biking. The road in is twisty— just take it slow and you will be fine!

Bathrooms and shower rooms are absolutely disgusting. They reminded me of a gross rest stop. As a KOA you expect much better. The one in petaluma is 10 times nicer. Go there going forward instead of this place

Great stay, quiet and convenient parking/hookups, everything is very close and works. The only disadvantage we had was a bit cold shower facility in November (no additional sufficient heaters). But we would stay here again if travel through the area.

The staff was delightful: eager to assist; going beyond what I would expect of a campground host! However, we stayed in one of their cabins and it was sorely in need of updating. Furniture worn, scratched. A couple of light bulbs out. Had to move to a different cabin as the first one's heat went out. Wifi never worked. But the location was glorious! Would still recommend.

We can’t believe how beautiful this campground is. From every direction there are lovely natural landscapes. We felt like we had plenty of space to entertain our family for meals and a campfire. And this was only 38 miles from our home!!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The grounds are kept very clean, and all amenities seem to be in working order, general store well supplied, and staff were very accommodating. The campground is located outside of Cloverdale tucked into the mountainside overlooking the valley. Visited early November 2022 and the fall colors are spectacular. Can't wait to revisit for a longer stay!

Bathroom is disgusting so I wouldn’t return. Shower area was very dark and creepy. Laundry room looked clean. Campground is nice but some sites are tiny/crowded or at weird angles/slopes. Office people seem nice.

I have almost never given a rating this low - especially for a park that has so many things going for it. The big drawback was "Quiet Time." It's supposed to start at 10:00 p.m. but every night established the fact that the rule was merely a loose suggestion. Partiers weren't screaming and yelling but they certainly weren't being quiet.

We were camping with another couple and had put in special instructions on our reservation that we'd like to be close to them. When we arrived, our camp spot was in the back while they were in the front. Waited a few minutes for the manager and she got us into the spot right next door to them which was perfect! This is a nice secluded campground, yet close to town and wineries. Would return.

We loved the campground. The spaces were relatively level, long, and clean. There are beautiful views, a pond and very accommodating office staff (the owner I think). We are already planning a return trip to this KOA next fall.

Nice time of year here, favorite thing is the hot tub, bummed it wasn’t working, hopefully next time it will be fixed it’s the best

Enjoyed the stay, however a couple of issues: 1.) the 30 amp receptacle did not work and the circuit breaker switch was broken. I used an adapter to plug into the 20 amp outlet and voila my amperage reader told me I was getting 30 amps! worked out for me but should be corrected asap. Also the hot tubs jets did not work, no sign up to warn hopeful people wishing to use the thing

I like that its more like a campground. KOA staff very nice. I don't. think the price is worth it. It is a large KOA, but they Put everyone together instead of spreading them out.

Campground was somewhat deserted when we arrived at 6:15pm. I called the phone number by the door and was told that they didn’t know we were coming when I had made the reservation 5 days previous and and had a confirmation. I asked if we could get some wood for a fire and was told that they would try and find someone to bring it to us in about 20 minutes. No one showed up. �

It was quite, clean and pictureque. We have stayed twice and the pond, ducks and beautiful park make it one of our favorites. I would have enjoyed TV or WIFI to plan our nedt move but without it we did survive. Very friendly and the nature trail, laundry, and setting was great.

Lovely setting. Tent sites are a little close together but as we came in October we had the place to ourselves. Very clean. Sunset was amazing.

We very enjoyed the natural beauty of the KOA campgrounds, appreciated how well maintained and clean both the grounds, cabin, and facilities were. Pam and her staff are absolutely the best in hospitality; truly a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll return again next year!!

Your park is high on the hillside and provides great views. It took a couple of 4-inck blocks to get our trailer level. Great pool and hot tub. Deer moving throughout the park. Very quiet. Friendly folk as guests and staff. We took the nature hike - well worth the trek. We plan to stay again next year.

The facility is set up strange. We asked for a back in, got put in a pull in and that did not work. They were very nice and moved us but then that evening someone showed up and said they had reserved the site they put us in so that was a mess. The staff was very friendly though, just not a place we would return to.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
