KOA was very nice with varied places for your rv’s. Deer were wandering around the playground. I rated it a four because it was not designed for big rigs and we struggled with tree limbs. Nick made our stay by helping us leave without scratching the bus with trees. Thank you Nick.

Loved the fishing pond and the friendly staff. Free shaved ice and live music was also nice.

Nice area campground is keep clean and presentable. There should be some warning about how tight some of the sites are and how challenging it can be for big rigs to navigate some of the turns and sites can be. It's an adventure to get there but well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Love it here. Looking forward to returning next year. The live music was a nice surprise and special touch. Wish there was one more common bathroom.

Plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The fishing pond was great. Kids loved the snow ones, movie night, playground and pool. The only downside is that the full hookups were on the wrong side of a back-in site, causing the sewer line to run THROUGH our site and we wish the pool was heated.

Customer service is horrible. They never answer their phones. We had a group of 5 trailers. We finally got a hold of someone (20times trying) they told us they would put our group all next to eachother. We showed up and they messed up all of our reaervations and only 2 of the 5 trailers were put together. It was a mess. They were unapologetic & made every excuse in the book. We won't return.

Facility is lacking and staff is incompetent. They double booked sites and moved our whole group around. They do not answer phone calls and communication is poor. I like Koa facilities but do not plan to come back.

This KOA is pretty rundown compared to most of the other KOA's we have been to. The management is very unorganized. We booked our spot and paid in advance to have it held and when we arrived, it had been given away. Luckily, we were flexible and we found another spot that would accommodate us. We would consider going back only because we live close to this campground. The Wi-Fi is really weak

The mini golf should be taken off the site and if you're not going to allow groups to book together you should charge less and make that clear. You're got a beautiful spot out there, but you should start taking care of it. So much potential, constantly disappointed by poor customer service and maintenance.

Picked up our paperwork for assigned campsite only to find that another camper was occupying it. Called the after hours number only for it to go to v/m. Needed to hook up to electricity so we found an open site and parked there. Person calls back 1 1/2 hrs later and gives us correct site #. Campsite was extremely sm. for our lg. RV. No room for anything. This places charges 17.50 per child/day!!

Nick was great! The guy at the counter was great. Really appreciated the hospitality. Pond was super fun. My 70 year old dad caught his first fish EVER!

Hidden gem in the Akexander Valley was a pleasant surprise on a Memorial Day weekend with a lot of weekend warriors in the park !

Challenging trip up but so worth it! Level, forest sites- pond with awesome sunset views and friendly ducks and geese. Mama deer and 2 babes make a daily showing. Quiet campground but with many wineries locally!!

I would not stay here again. At the narrow road up there is a sign that says Private Road and NO sign saying that the KOA is up the private road. The pull through site that we paid a premium for was so thin with a huge tree in the middle that we couldn't open our awning. To avoid the tree you would need extra long hoses to hook up to the water and sewer which are at opposite ends of the site!

There was a issue with our campsite and management took care of the issue immediately. Very happy we stayed here, we will definitely be back. Great staff!

Place has so much potential for being great but it is so run down and needs so much maintenance. High weeds everywhere resulted in lots and lots of ticks on us and children, also too much potential for rattle snakes to hide in. The site manager also rarely picks up the phone for questions or confirmation regarding the stay and once you arrive, your sites are scrambled.

Pire Koa que nous avons rencontré en ce qui concerne le rapport qualité/prix!! Très dispendieux et le bloc sanitaire aurait sérieusement besoin d’une mise à jour et aussi d’entretien! Lors de notre arrivée tardive, aucune enveloppe pour s’enregistrer et aucune liste de prix d’affichée. Ne mérite pas d’être un KOA!!

It was our first time camping as a family and our stay was amazing. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. We definitely see ourselves staying at Cloverdale and other KOA locations in the future!

Beautiful setting and quiet. Only issue was the high grass everywhere. Understand the season is early but it was difficult to walk my dogs and go off the road anywhere.

Nice RV park that has many accommodations. Our site was relatively level with E, water and sewer. Fire ring was not in an easy location, so we did not use it. Picnic table required cleaning before use (grease).

We had a large group of 1st grade girls for our annual daddy/daughter camping trip. Pam and her crew did a great job of working with us and helping make it a great trip. We scheduled next year's trip back already!

The grounds and facilities need updating. The spa was unavailable. Friday night there was a very loud camp next to us that went late into the night and disturbed our sleep. We probably wouldn't stay here again. Pam was lovely. Proximity to Santa Rosa Was a plus. The setting was beautiful. The site we were put in was sloped uncomfortably getting out of our door. Leaky water connections.

The area is beautiful. Fun place for kids with pool, play area, little lake (no swimming), and trails. Sites are not very level, and some are really close together. Restrooms are okay, but few. Office is never open.

Beautiful, pe campground! The undulating, winding, wooded layout is a welcome difference from treeless grid campgrounds. At the entrance, we saw no less than 7 deer grazing in the field. The only drawback is the sites are not precisely graded. You might not be able to get completely level. If you're pulling a trailer in Sonoma County, the winding road to the campground will not bother you.

When we were unable to leave on time because of an RV problem, the staff there was very understanding and accommodating and allowed us the extra time we needed to get it fixed.

We had a great stay at the KOA in CLOVERDALE, CA. We love all the Deer, Geese. The area is beautiful and very relaxing. The Staff in the office they are very friendly and Nice. That alone makes it for a Wonderful stay a KOA CAMPGROUNDS!.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
