Me and my husband came for a mini vacation at this KOA. Staff super friendly and the whole camp grounds is super clean and nice. The weather did not cooperate, and there was an issue with pool due to the weather. They let everyone know and they were right on it to fix the issue. Would definitely stay again!

Nice campground, very friendly and helpful staff. Bath house very clean and updated. Laundry room clean. We enjoyed our stay as there were plenty of space on our lot for our dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Short overnight stay. FHU site, mostly level. Friendly staff. This was our 3rd stay at this campground. Very clean bathrooms. Great family place.

Lots of things for kids to do, bathrooms are very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Only negative thing is that they need to cut back the tree branches off the road you cannot see the KOA sign until you are right up on it and when pulling a 14k# RV it's harder to stop as fast.

Family Reunion, first time KOA user. We were very pleased. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful landscaping, excellent restroom and laundry facilities. A fantastic dog park, close to stores, sites and highways. We would definitely keep this facility on our list for future reunions. Could not be more pleased.

We needed to find lodging at the last minute due to a death in the family. What a remarkable facility! Clean; quiet; level sites; nice store; incredible bath houses. It was a perfect respite during our journey. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely recommend your facility to others.

One of my favorite campground and the people who work there are so nice. However, we saw 3 pitbulls staying there. People should have to send a picture of their dog and then show that dog to a worker before they check in. Also, the people next to us were smoking pot and stunk up the whole campground

We've stayed many times at Lebanon/Cincinnati NE KOA. We always enjoy our stay, employees are very friendly. They do a wonderful job keeping everything clean including the grounds, bathrooms/shower and the pool. We will continue to stay here when we are in the area.

Stayed 2 nights on our way up North. We were in a beautiful site with a grill,round table with 4 chairs And a comfortable glider for 2. Just a really nice patio and set up

You can not see the Koa sign til you pass it. Then have to try and get turned around. They need to trim bushes back at entrance.

Very nice campground with lots to do with kids. Our site was not in the best shape. Broken up pad, mud paddles all over. Very tight fit between 2 cabins.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lebanon/Cincinnati NE KOA! Our kids loved the jump pad and swimming pool and the staff had some fun activities planned that we enjoyed as well! We tent camped; the sites were very spacious and had plenty of shade. Staff was friendly and helpful and cleanest bathrooms/showers I have ever seen at a campground. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed this campground very much! Everyone we spoke to was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. Our site was very clean and everything was just great. The K9 park was great too; perfect size and location! We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to others!

Our stay was wonderful! Cleanest campground we have ever been to. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The campground was absolutely gorgeous! The bathhouse looked like it belong in a hotel. Staff was consistently out cleaning, asking how our stay was and if we needed any kind of assistance. Will definitely be back! 10/10 facility!

The only thing that would make it better is the addition of more food choices. I like to be able to order a pizza or other food when I'm at a campground and don't feel like cooking.

staff was very accommodating to our family and could not have been any nicer! due to an electrical fire we were unable to stay at another KOA in the area and we contacted Lebanon KOA at the last minute and they were able to fit us in. very clean location and loved the little town of Lebanon.

The check in person was very friendly and personable. We were escorted to the campsite. It is pretty small in space. We had to park the SUV perpendicular to our camper. Fortunately we are only staying here two nights and using it for sleeping not really camping. The bathrooms are extremely clean, they look newly painted. They're unisex bathrooms, there is a toilet sink and shower in a lockable room. They also have a very clean laundry area.$3 per load. I don't know how this would be during a busy time of year because they have a mix of campers and cabins- not sure how busy the bathrooms would be. This worked well for what we needed.

We have stayed here many times when traveling on I-75. Staff is amazing, restrooms are spotless and there is a great little dog park! Highly recommend this campground.

We stayed on our camper that's why a 5. The office personal was super nice and helpful. The location is great for downtown Lebanon Ohio. We will be going back in the summer and probably next December.
