We stayed at Bears Den - it was neat & clean. Screened in porch was great. Heating did not work properly, either it was full blast or nothing. Setting the temp made no difference..

The stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated how wooded the sites were and the smell of pine a plus. Our cabin was spotless. Plenty to do at the campground and the surrounding area. This will be our “Go to” KOA for stays in the white mountains.

Great dog freindly place to get away. Close to a lot of hiking trails and attractions in both Maine and New Hampshire.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Note the fox den has a problem with the shower. Only very hot or very cold water works. If you adjust it over from as hot as it gets, the water pressure falls off to zero very quickly (the water shuts off!) and there is no 'warm' water. It's either all the way to the right - cold - or all the way to the left - way too hot for me. Otherwise it was great!

We stay on the island cabin we had a good time we would like to make a couple suggestions please make the path way is bright to walk back in the dark. Some else for lights in cabin the gas smell give me a headache ��. We will come back again not sure if we would stay on the island again maybe. We posted pictures on Facebook. This is by far our favorite place to stay. The campground is beautiful. The activities are great for all age groups. The thing that really stands out is the staff. They are so warm and welcoming. They feel like family. Leaving is always so hard. We can't wait until our next visit. I can't say enough good things about this place. We love it.

I stayed here last year with a friend we very much enjoyed our stay as I did this time with my son and daughter in law and my grandson. You have lots to do and it's a nice campground very friendly staff!! We will be back again next year :)

The couch is old and broken down, no support. I would expect a little better for what you pay to stay in this park home. Heat doesn't work properly, it doesn't shut off. Cafe food prices too high for what you get. You used to get a sausage and coffee or juice. Not anymore, but prices are still reflecting that. After 12 years of staying at chocorua, I think this year I was the most disappointed. CC

Relaxing and a lot of fun!! I love the cabin I rent out every Labor Day weekend for years now. Every year looking forward to making new memories!! And the staff there is the absolute best!! Thank you for another wonderful time!!

Love this campground! This was our 2nd visit this year and it was another great trip! The cabin had everything we needed and even had a canopy provided on the site above the table. Every employee we met was very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed having the option to get food at the pavilion. This KOA has a great peaceful atmosphere that has me eager for a return visit!

Campground overall good. The cabin we were in wasn't bad but the bed mattress needs upgrading. got some relief by taking the hideabed mattress off sofa and putting onto bed. The sofabed springs need Major Overhaul.(Already told Steve at checkout about it). Firewood "WAY" overpriced. Newspaper article said meats and food in camper's store. None. Thought I wouldn't have to leave campground.

Everything was great. Painting bird houses was great. Double kayaking excellent idea. Only negative was WiFi not too great. We go every summer for a long weekend. Camp staff always very friendly & helpful. Pet friendly. Many activities

I rented a cabin on the "private island." I did not realize this meant a .25mi hike to get to the car or cg amenities. I assumed we'd be able to swim from our lakeside cabin, which was not the case. The activities planned for the mid week days we were there were "make your own activities." I was pretty disappointed since I had 3 kids with me.

Just spent 4 nights at the Eagles Nest camper rental. We were in love with the woodsy sites, nature trails, and overall family friendly atmosphere. Our children enjoyed activities with Ms. Cathy. Pat in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a good stay at the camp, first time using KOA. The area is amazing and the KOA activities were great for the family! The only complaint we have is about our cabin's condition - the floors, furniture and walls were very dusty and unclean, which didn't feel great. The proximity to the highway was also an unpleasant surprise.

This campground is awesome. So much to do as a family. We enjoyed swimming, boating, biking, hiking, we did it all! We stayed in a cabin and it was spotless clean and the entire grounds were well kept, and the staff so friendly and helpful. There were so many activities to enjoy that we didn’t even get to them all. So we’ll happily be back another time soon!

My family and I had a wonderful time hiking and kayaking around the campground. The scheduled activities were great too. We also loved the chicken dinner and ice cream.

We stayed in the look to the mountain cabin. It has plenty of room for the 5 of us. It has portable a/c for upstairs but it did not have enough power to cool it down. Down stairs had a window unit, which kept it cool in that area. We had a great time doing ceramic painting with sandy. The pool was icy and the pond was a lil mucky for swimming. We rented paddle boat to go on pond; great view of mtn

We stayed in Chocorua House .It was our second stay in this cabin and we noticed no improvement like old furniture change for the same old furniture. The cabin was not clean: human hairs on the bathroom floor and dog fur around the house. No light in the backyard at all. Our old mother always had a problem to go on the stairs when it was dark. Also there was huge dog poop in the backyard.

The cabin was cozy and clean, but it can use some TLC, especially in the bathroom. The cabin was listed for up to 7 people, but there were only 5 chairs. It would be good to have a seat for everyone during rainy days where you have to stay indoors.

We always have a fantastic time in this beautiful campground, and return yearly. The staff is like family, they go above and beyond and make us feel at home. The place is immaculate, our cabin is perfect and has everything we need. From fishing to swimming to hiking to biking to crafts and the best dance parties anywhere, Chocorua KOA is our destination in the area, we don’t even leave. :)

Staff is amazing! Steve on the phone, Sue at reception, Angela in transport, Paul in Maintenance (and everyone else whose name I cannot recall at the moment) It really is a "great day (every day) at Chocorua Camping Village!" Everything is clean and well maintained. Numerous activities for kids and adults. Cant wait for next year. Only concern, some campers chose not to leash exuberant dogs

This was our third time renting the Eagle’s Nest camper and as always, we had a blast! We needed assistance after hours, and they responded to our call quickly and were very polite and friendly while fixing the problem. Everyone is so nice, the campground is absolutely beautiful, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to staying there again next year!

We stayed in a teepee site. We had booked two nights but was only able to stay one due to severe weather. The night we did stay we had a great time. We got the pulled pork dinner and did the ice cream smorgasbord. Everything was so yummy! My son did the hayride and our guests also had fun. I recommend this campground.
