The weekend was well planned. Saturday allowed for many scheduled activities, all of which my 10 year old daughter throughly enjoyed! We liked it so much we have already scheduled another stay for a weekend in October.

We had planned to stay at a different camp site about 5 miles down the road. When we arrived there we were very disappointed, it was very poor considering the high ratings. We asked for our check back (yes, they would not take a credit card) and call CNW KOA. We had a perfect patio site, as always the staff are friendly and provide a high level of service. Thank you

Had a great stay. Communication from the staff was very good. My only criticism from the park was the employees driving quickly around on golf carts which is a safety concern. Also kicks up a lot of dust as the park has rock roads. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. Apart from that the place was very clean and organized. Will stay again.

Stayed for 3 weeks. Was a great location to visit family and friends. Wasn’t thrilled with our campsite. Felt a little squished. Should have reserved a good spot if possible. And the only other thing we weren’t crazy about was the WiFi.

A big shout out to Emily! I had lost my wallet at your KOA. Thankful that someone turned it in to the office. Emily was incredibly kind in packaging my wallet and taking it to UPS for delivery to me! Thanks Chicago KOA! You went above and beyond your service!!

We loved our stay here! It’s proximity to commuter rail stations allowed us to go into Chicago multiple times without the traffic and parking headaches! The staff keeps train schedules in the office. The owner Sylvia is hands on and actually called us when we made our reservation to insure the best possible experience for us! Good spots for big rigs too. We will be back!

We have stayed at this park a few times over the past 16 years. Love the pool upgrades!!! We will stay here again.

We made it a good weekend but won’t be back. Pool was freezing - it was filled directly from a garden hose all day. The single sites are teeeny tiiiiny. The activities were only on Saturday but fun. Showers smelled strongly of mildew and were not cleaned - the same smooshed bugs on the walls were there all weekend. I was double charged for something and had to ask for a refund after I caught it.

Sites are level, the personnel are friendly and helpful. Nice place for a one night stopover.

Very nice campgrounds. Lots of things to do especially if you have kids. They gave us a number of a wonderful pet sitter (Joanie) because we were there to go yo a wedding.

It would have been better if the single stall showers were near the tent site and the bathrooms with the 3 stalls only were near the rvs. Would have made more sense since rvs don't need showers , but we didn't even know those cleaner shower existed until our last night. First time staying here. Easy no contact check in and check out, firewood delivered directly to sight, many activities, pool was very refreshing, sites nice and level, campground was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay with our two children and three grand children.

Was there 3 nights. Staff was helpful and friendly. A handout for local amenities, such as grocery store and local attractions would have been nice. We really appreciate that the grass was cut.

This was our first time at this KOA. Bob and young man that helped us at check-in made the trip worth it. They truly understand the meaning of customer service! The grounds were clean but kinda tight. The storage area for rigs was a bit concerning with the grass growing up under them. In the country, that could be a good hiding place for snakes. Overall, very nice and we will be back.

Campground was nice however the bathrooms are the worst I have every experienced at a KOA. Toilets are distrusting, floors are filthy, cobwebs everywhere and the HVAC vents look like they have not been cleaned in years. This is NOT up to KOA standards.

This was our first time at this campground and we absolutely loved it!!! We are planning to come back in the fall. We have already told all of our friends about it!

We were only there for two nights but we could tell it was a very well run Campground and it looked like all the kids were having a great time. Will definitely use again if we're heading that way.

Such a nice little campground! Lots of things for the kiddos to do, firewood delivery to your site, and they actually escort you to your site which is super nice! Would like to see area around the fire ring a little flatter, was a pain trying to get chairs to set comfortably around the fire, (site 79) but we will def be back and still a 10/10

Check in was simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. The site was easily accessible, clean and perhaps most importantly level. Look forward to returning in the near future

We pulled in after 6pm. The office was still open. We had made reservations on line a few hours before. Everyone was pleasant. The grounds were clean & spacious. Lots of primitive sites & many tv sites. The lay found looked like fun. We only stayed one night.

The park itself is great, but the water smells foul. After washing my hands they smelled for hours. Please correct this issue so you don’t get negative reviews.

I love that you are located away from the city but still close enough to local grocery store and restaurants. Owners are so nice. We always have something fun to do while we are there.

We went the last week of September and was a blast for the kids since they has a lot of activities related with Halloween. Kids had a lot of fun. We had an excellent spot for our trailer. Bathroom are clean.

Great location, convenient to the highway. Super cute park with a ton of amenities & maintained very well. Reason for the 4 stars would have to be the water at the site. Came through dingy yellow/brown. My best guess is rusty pipes?
