Enjoyed the atmosphere and events for the kids. Employees sermed overwhelmed and short staffed. They took my money for a craft, but then billed me again for it after checking out. I left messages, but never heard back so the charge was never reversed. I also was interested in the bikes they had for the kids, but they never responded to my queries about that either.

Cabins are always clean, Kampground always has a ton of activities going on for the guests, bathrooms are always clean and attended to. I've stayed there 3 times in a year and it's been great each time.

We used this past weekend as a final hoorah to our camping season with the grandkids. Instead of dragging the camper out, we stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The grandkids love to go to camp with us and we all really enjoyed the cabin. The staff was as friendly as ever. Nothing like an Autumn Campfire roasting marshmallows and telling jokes. We love making memories with the grandkids camping.

This KOA rates a 10 out of 10, for welcoming, comfortable and beautiful grounds. Check in and check out was super smooth. Next year we hope to score one of the beautiful, fully equipped cabins. Very, very pleasant. Thank you!!

stay was good , but I will not suggest anyone to stay on those rustic cabin during summer. the AC is not working and its too hot inside those cabin. My wife and daughter both fell sick because of that much heat. Apart from that everything else is fun. pool is best.

The Pioneer Tent site was fantastic. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the pioneer tent.

The rv rental was great, wish it was a little bigger. There is no one to show us how to used the appliance and lighting inside the rv, we have to go find a staff. Pillow case was dirty. Thank you

Family friendly environment lots of activities for kids. My only complaint is the fact the mattress cover on the bunk beds were not changed. Clearly had stains and odor. Went to the office and they addressed it immediately and the mattress covers were changed within a 1/2 hour. The rest of the camper we rented looked fairly clean.

It was ok.. bathrooms were pretty dirty, the camp store was never opened our entire 4 day stay except for about 3 hours one day, after I inquired about it. Very small and primary huge rigs with people just passing thru for one night. We were the only ones with a campfire every night, very weird vibe. Plus side the staff was friendly and attentive.

Our cabin was clean and neat. We only had three forks, but we made it work. The young gal who checked us in was rather rude and abrupt, but later in our stay we met the owner and she was wonderful! They have lots of things for kids to do and seem to address any maintenance problems ASAP. Unfortunately, they were mowing all day and until sun set. That noise put a damper on our evening.

I did not take part in any of the activities, but there was lots to do. Park was very clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If I am ever in that area again I will definitely consider staying there.

Staying during the week is totally different than a weekend stay. Next time we will book a weekend stay for our son to have things to do and kiddos to play with. Wish the store would have been open as stated on the sign.

It's a clean, quiet campground but not much to do in the area. The closest fishing/boating we could find was about 30 miles away in Rockford. We spent most of our time there. When we checked in to our RV, we were cautioned about our water usage. We were told that if we filled the tanks, they would have to take the RV to be drained. So, we never used the shower. Stay was meh.

Stay was okay, didn't feel like a holiday KOA becuase of not lot activites, pool was small, grounds around cabin were small, minor trash around cabin, fire pit to close to road to sit and cook, not much space around cabin, air condition stopped working, not much in store, did not like had to haul or trash to dumpster, had to ask a couple times for bathroom to restocked.

Stayed at a cabin 4th of July weekend. Cabin was well appointed and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I only wish the area had better trails for hiking and or biking.

So nice since it has been fixed up, new bathrooms, separate showers, nice little shop, friendly staff, great place for kids to play, love the new playground, jump pad, Gaga ball, love the mini golf. Our cabin was nice just wish there was an outside plug for cooking, and the mattresses were a big hard for my husband. Close to lots of kids places to visit. We loved our stay and would love to stay

We stayed in the new rental trailer. It was on a lovely site that offered great shade and was near the swimming pool and bathhouse. The campground was quite full when we were there but was quiet, especially at night. The staff was very timely in responding to texts regarding questions or requests. The campground was clean and well maintained.

We arrived to find out that the “dog friendly” advertised fenced area was not just for our cabin. It was shared between two cabins and multiple dogs which is very dangerous and not at all what we had booked. Silvia in the office was absolutely rude and disrespectful and argued with us about us. She was also very rude to my 8 year old daughters when asking a simple question about the gems.

The weekend surpassed my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was given all the information needed to enjoy all the events available, there were so many different, fun activities for the kids! Definitely coming back again!

I love that you are located away from the city but still close enough to local grocery store and restaurants. Owners are so nice. We always have something fun to do while we are there.

We went the last week of September and was a blast for the kids since they has a lot of activities related with Halloween. Kids had a lot of fun. We had an excellent spot for our trailer. Bathroom are clean.

Great location, convenient to the highway. Super cute park with a ton of amenities & maintained very well. Reason for the 4 stars would have to be the water at the site. Came through dingy yellow/brown. My best guess is rusty pipes?
