This stay was awful. I called corporate and still haven’t heard from the campground. The people are rude and disorganized.

We stayed a week at this campground. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet place to stay.

Electrical system needs updated. Lot 84. Couldn’t support two trailers, we were all set up and had to move, we are 75 & 76 years old. Dump station needs graded slants wrong way can’t empty completely. Water hose for clean out missing hose connection, couldn’t use tank rinse. Bob , maintenance man super guy can’t say enough good things about him.

Very nice stay.. sites are very close! If you put your awning out, it would be over your neighbor's electric box... And by the way.. The ice cream is $4 not $3 like it says everywhere in the brochure.. We had no issues with the water like I've heard of.. Over all a very enjoyable stay and plan to go back again �

Caters mostly to semi/permanent RV … let these people leave there sites looking trashy. Would look elsewhere if passing through. With the income from sei/permanent they really let vacationing RV’ers down … near non-existent WIFI, ground not mowed or trimmed often enough. Greed looks apparent. A dog gone shame.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with a comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchenette. It was well furnished and the gas grill and patio were nice. Offered family friendly activities on Saturday. Very quiet at night.

My family had a great time camping here. Kids loved all the activities and the park. The bathrooms were clean and the staff helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back.

People who came as a group played the song loudly until late and sang a birthday party song loudly. Even though it was past 12 in the morning, the sound of the song could be heard. Many people have trouble sleeping.

The weekend was well planned. Saturday allowed for many scheduled activities, all of which my 10 year old daughter throughly enjoyed! We liked it so much we have already scheduled another stay for a weekend in October.

We had planned to stay at a different camp site about 5 miles down the road. When we arrived there we were very disappointed, it was very poor considering the high ratings. We asked for our check back (yes, they would not take a credit card) and call CNW KOA. We had a perfect patio site, as always the staff are friendly and provide a high level of service. Thank you

Had a great stay. Communication from the staff was very good. My only criticism from the park was the employees driving quickly around on golf carts which is a safety concern. Also kicks up a lot of dust as the park has rock roads. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. Apart from that the place was very clean and organized. Will stay again.

Stayed for 3 weeks. Was a great location to visit family and friends. Wasn’t thrilled with our campsite. Felt a little squished. Should have reserved a good spot if possible. And the only other thing we weren’t crazy about was the WiFi.

A big shout out to Emily! I had lost my wallet at your KOA. Thankful that someone turned it in to the office. Emily was incredibly kind in packaging my wallet and taking it to UPS for delivery to me! Thanks Chicago KOA! You went above and beyond your service!!

We loved our stay here! It’s proximity to commuter rail stations allowed us to go into Chicago multiple times without the traffic and parking headaches! The staff keeps train schedules in the office. The owner Sylvia is hands on and actually called us when we made our reservation to insure the best possible experience for us! Good spots for big rigs too. We will be back!

We made it a good weekend but won’t be back. Pool was freezing - it was filled directly from a garden hose all day. The single sites are teeeny tiiiiny. The activities were only on Saturday but fun. Showers smelled strongly of mildew and were not cleaned - the same smooshed bugs on the walls were there all weekend. I was double charged for something and had to ask for a refund after I caught it.

Very nice campgrounds. Lots of things to do especially if you have kids. They gave us a number of a wonderful pet sitter (Joanie) because we were there to go yo a wedding.

It would have been better if the single stall showers were near the tent site and the bathrooms with the 3 stalls only were near the rvs. Would have made more sense since rvs don't need showers , but we didn't even know those cleaner shower existed until our last night. My family and I had a wonderful time at this KOA location. Everything was within easy walking distance. The restrooms were well maintained, but the regular tent sites were too close together. This is a great place to go with young children as there are several play areas and weekend activities. You can request that items like wood and ice be delivered to your site via text message. We'll be back.

This is our 3rd year staying in a deluxe cabin at this KOA. We love it, and it is now a summer tradition that will continue for years! This KOA has a lot to offer--pool, yard games, playground, tons of Saturday activities (tie-dye, ice cream social, scavenger hunt, gem mining, flashlight candy hunt, etc.), and a nine-hole mini golf course! My kids love it here and we make great memories each year.

First time staying here. Easy no contact check in and check out, firewood delivered directly to sight, many activities, pool was very refreshing, sites nice and level, campground was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay with our two children and three grand children.

This KOA if it is the one I am thinking of, was hard to find. Signs either too small or non-existent. Washroom had toilets and showers that were out of order. One washing machine was out of order. I wish that KOA's would have coffee available for early rises. The stores close too early and open too late.

Was there 3 nights. Staff was helpful and friendly. A handout for local amenities, such as grocery store and local attractions would have been nice. We really appreciate that the grass was cut.

I love that you are located away from the city but still close enough to local grocery store and restaurants. Owners are so nice. We always have something fun to do while we are there.

We went the last week of September and was a blast for the kids since they has a lot of activities related with Halloween. Kids had a lot of fun. We had an excellent spot for our trailer. Bathroom are clean.

Great location, convenient to the highway. Super cute park with a ton of amenities & maintained very well. Reason for the 4 stars would have to be the water at the site. Came through dingy yellow/brown. My best guess is rusty pipes?
