A 1 nite stop during our trip. Nicely laid out park. Was very cold, actually below freezing, for the nite. The main bathhouse needs a major upgrade/overhaul.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and well maintained sites, many amenities with the store, dog park, pull through sites, privacy, location etc.

Had a hard time getting trailer level side to side on site 11. The area was uneven and had to hold sewer hose up with a couple bungee cords so it would drain. I asked the man in the office for a bucket of gravel to not be standing in mud when leaving. He said they could NOT add gravel until I left. Drove home with mud on all my hoses and my shoes Drove 10 hours home in my socks. NEVER AGAIN!

Very convenient access to the Interstate, clean, and hassle free. Second time to camp there, and plan to use it again the next time I’m in the area.

Office people were very helpful and nice. Took us to the site we had which was very nice. Also, rode around camping area to make sure nothing was happening. Enjoyed it.

The best part of our stay were the two ladies who checked us in and Gary who escorted us to the site. For a KOA, we expected a better facility. The entrance/exit in to campground is ridiculously rough...so rough, that even crawling at 5mp beats your camper up. Then add to the fact that the entrance at checkin is on a downward slope which makes unhooking your tow a big challenge. Sites very unlevel

Awesome, pull through site, was close to walking trails. Camp ground was close to Cleveland and all the stores. Staff were great!! Had an awesome time!

Somehow we ended up on Spot 11, which was a bit short for our needs. Made it work but my toad was a bit in the driveway and it.was a stretch for hookups. Hopefully we'll get a better spot next time through!

Only stayed one night on our way south to Florida. Clean campsite but a little close to next site who had barking dogs and talked late into night under our sleeping area. Campground good, neighbours not so!

Perfect stay! Was the maiden voyage for our new camper trailer and the camp host was amazing, evening helping us out setting up our site. We will be back, see you soon KOA.

We applied for a 30 amp space and found you had assigned us to tent city. It was an interesting experience to locate a site in the dark.

Quick overnighter so hard to get a full evaluation of this KOA but it's in the pines and the spaces are spread out nicely for privacy. Overall it's a great looking KOA and I hope to get back to it in the future.

Was generally good until a group of campers were placed at a campsite right next to my cabin and they were quite loud. I would have traded proximity to the facilities for being in one of the more secluded/quieter cabins not near campsites.

Easy to get there off I-75. Everyone was helpful nice. Could use a little leveling, but great to walk around. Very nice guests.

Dog park was nice, folks in office pleasant, somewhat convenient to go into Chattanooga-about a 35 min drive, plan on traffic- major construction going on. We love to bike & the hilly, stone set up of the Cg was not conducive. Sites are not very large & it’s quite a terraced maze. It was fine for a night or 2. Not having cable with no antenna channels was annoying.

A beauty of a spot. Rest rooms and ladies shower is very clean. Wonderful peeps at the welcome desk. They escorted us to our site. Extremely friendly! I75 very very close. But it’s a convenient spot for overnight trave. The lake and surrounding property very well taken care of. Picturesque!

I love this campground. It's a lovely place with a peaceful layout. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that many spots are not level. I've never seen so many front wheels in the air on the Class A's and C's. Despite that, we'll be back!

Cabin E. Bring linens? we had no idea that meant pillows and blankets too. I brought sheets/towels/pillows. Heat was on but It was freezing in the cabin and we had no blankets at 11PM. We bundled up with double clothes and towels and made due. Please be more specific to those of us that do not camp often. ALSO you can see light thru the walls. Lots of stink bugs. Cute place/good service.

Great placed to RV at, not to big and not to small. Gravel at all sites. lot of areas to walk the dogs. Friendly staff and helpful. Wi-Fi was GREAT. Towers all around. Road noise fair, I-75 is about 1/2 mile away as crow flies. Local traffic trucks to a landfill area and work garages. But not bad, normal for most of KOA locations. The RV sewer pipes are to HIGH off ground, so you have to "snake" the last bit into drain ! 15 min drive to Chattanooga town. Checked out some nice golf courses Nob North and Valleybrook look good.

As stated in a previous post about a different campground, i am generally NOT a fan of KOA's. HOWEVER, this campground is an exception. We were not necessarily directly on top of our neighbors and had some room. Workers were all very friendly. Campground was clean. Store was well stocked with parts etc. They had a fenced in dog park. Was within walking distance of gas stations and within 5 miles or so of Cleveland, TN. Movie house right around the corner. I was very pleased with our stay here and would for sure stay again if we come this way. Highly recommend.
