Small campground with tight sites. Over priced for the amentias offered. Bushes and trees along road overhang into the road causing them to run across the camper when entering and exiting campground.

Nice campground. We had site #1 and it faces out into the woods. Convenient to most everything we came to the area to see and do. Would definitely stay again

A very quiet, peaceful campground but with not alot to do. Bathrooms/showers were impeccably clean and beautiful.

Stayed at site 31 (pull through) and found the site clean, well maintained, easy access hookups, and enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. However, priced too high for sites provided. Also, guests pay a fee to park, but not allowed to park at our site although lots of room to do so? Leaving them to walk to our campsite in the rain. Will not be returning.

It was beautiful and peaceful. A variety of campers and all were so friendly and respectful. We hated to leave but we must keep traveling.

The campground is very quiet and relaxing for us but we don't have young kids. The Pool wasn't very clean/clear and had a lot of overgrown greenery on the fence. Not very welcoming. The location is very good and the pull thru site was very level!

This KOA is nicely located and quiet. The facilities are somewhat disappointing for a Holiday level campground; more like Journey. The sites are relatively spacious but the amenities are rather old and a bit run down. The pool, while spacious, was not inviting and did not appear to be very clean with algae on the sides and in the water. The Laundry/Game room was very musty and unpleasant.

The facilities are amazing!! Very close to activities & downtown Charlottesville. Definitely returning multiple times & longer stays.

50 amp electrical is wired for incorrectly in space 20 and was unusable

The shower house was great! The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful! It was an easy in and out campground. Everything looked new and clean.

This was a little let down from our previous KOA stays, grounds needed mowing and weed eating which were partially done during our stay. Camp store, bathrooms and laundry facility were all clean and updated, friendly staff at Camp store. Pool was not opened yet but looked like it would need a good bit of maintenance prior to opening. Most sites not overly shaded if you are looking for that.

Nice campground. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Grounds need a little more attention. Sports field was a little cramped. Wasn’t very happy with your camping spot, much too close to the road (driveway). I would stay again if I had a different spot. All in all a pretty nice place.

This was our first visit here and we had a great time. It was very family and pet friendly. Bathrooms were clean and the staff nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall fantastic! It wasn't cramped and everyone had plenty of room to stretch their legs. The pool just opened, it was cold, but the kids loved it. The restroom and showers looked like they were just redone, very clean. The kids also loved the jump pad and playground. Only downside was I couldn't fill up my 2 year olds small pool due to the park being on well water. He's too small for big pool

The campground was better than expected. Will for sure be back. Very nice people and just a great smaller KOA. One tip if you par take in adult beverages make sure you have them prior to your stay the camp store does not sell them.

Enjoyed the holiday weekend. Campground was very quiet. Sites were very large it was like having a double site. Store was well stocked and employees were very friendly. Close to many attractions.

Smaller campground tucked away in the woods close to Charlottesville. Close to Jefferson’s plantation, Monticello, as well which we toured. New and clean restrooms, showers and laundry.

This isn’t your normal KOA. the park is beautiful. Trees, grass and gravel. The restrooms and showers are unbelievable. Private shower with a private toilet and sink.

We attended our grandson’s graduation from UVA and did not spend a lot of time in the campground, but we found the facilities well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a very peaceful weekend! Sites are clean and spacious, with lots of needed shade on a hot weekend.

Very nice, clean, well maintained KOA. We stayed in a pull through where smaller trailers and cabs were, it was wooded with spectacular trees and quite private. There was an area that was very nice for bigger rigs. Dog yard was small but clean and nice. Bathrooms were very nice. Poison ivy all around so be careful.

This KOA is off the beaten path which was nice as it was quiet and remote. The folks that run it are a nice family. They are putting a lot of work into it with the addition of several new sites. Nothing fancy to speak of here, but was a great stay for seeing the Charlottesville area. The road in is two lane and a bit winding but our duelly and 39' fifth wheel made it just fine. Be advised there is bridge construction on a google route that is narrow and tight turn. The office advised us of how to avoid it. Happy trails.

We had a two day stay here in early April. The bathroom facilities were immaculately, clean, and private. My kids state that this was the best campground they've ever stayed at. The staff was extremely thorough and friendly. Prices at the general store were excellent. They also have a propane filling station, which is a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and give five stars. PS. There is an awesome nature, hike and pet trail.
