Stayed there twice with NO Wi-Fi nor cable connection. Pool and common areas was overrun with locals having parties on weekends Won’t be back

Very tight turns and tight spaces for our 40 ft fifth wheel and exiting was also difficult, we had to drive through an open campsite because a camper had their car parked halfway in the road. Staff was very friendly and FHU were good.

Staff SUPER friendly and helpful to a first time popup camper father and son. We loved the cleanliness of the facility, the variety of goods in the stores, and the hot shower was well worth an extra five minutes of soaking! I’m telling everyone how great KOA is!

It is a very convenient stop on route, however, after a number of years we haven't seen much improvement in the sites. Loads of gravel could be added. The host are nice but there was a storm and power outage in the park which they could have informed us about. We had to go to the office to ask and were not the only ones questioning.

We have been staying at this CG for over 10 years. It is a very convenient first night on our trips to Vermont each summer. Although there have been improvements BUT the roads to and from the sites have been neglected. These speed-braked pothole filed and crumbling trails are worse than the ice ravaged roads in the NE!

Shaded sites, first class bathrooms and showers, large laundry/rec room, fenced dog yard, Publix grocery store in walking distance, gas station next door, easy to find from the Interstate, friendly and welcoming, well-kept grounds. The best KOA we've ever stayed in.

Prices are outrageously high, even tacking on extra for a Friday night stay. Poor interior roads with broken, uneven asphalt. Our graveled site was unacceptable for a motorhome, long enough but very unlevel. Sub-standard 115 voltage with 30 amp. Although site was listed with wi-fi, there was none. No sewer. And this for $70 a night! We will not return. Staff was friendly and competent.

Took 5 yr old grandson camping for the first timefor 3 days. 20 minutes from home. Plenty to do for a koa journey. Swimming pool is great, put put and playground were enough to keep the little guy busy before making smores over campfire

Park is in pretty good condition overall. They just completed some upgrades to wifi but it is mostly non existent in our spot, I believe we were in 141. Staff was excellent during check in and throughout our stay.

The best thing about this campground is the location and people working here. Fort Mill is a good town to explore, close to Charlotte and light rail station-so getting into town is easy. We had a problem with our camper and hitch and the crew helped us trouble shoot it to come up with a solution. They were GREAT!! Our campsite was at the front, & left a little to be desired-gravel/dirt

This campground has an overall unkept appearance - it needed to be mowed, weeded, gravel spread, and pine needles spread over black plastic. Like most KOAs the sites are extremely close together with very little privacy. Not an ideal camping experience.

The staff was nice & helpful checking in. This place is mediocre at best. Slightly better than the nearby Carowinds RV Park,…but that is setting a very low bar. Why is there a decent RV Park near Charlotte?

It was only an overnight stay. The people were great and they accommodated our extra vehicle with a small cargo. The site was easy to get into especially with the guidance of staff.

This is one of better KOA. People, grounds, bathrooms and the extras there. Only wish the price was a little lower when you stay a week at a time.

Very friendly staff. Clean campground. Our grandson LOVED swimming in the pool, even in the rain! Hey, he was wet anyhow! We would come again if we were in the area.

From the very arrival the visit was a disaster! They failed to get the two of us traveling together beside each other and our friend had no one beside him the entire stay! They lied about WIFI, the lord about loaded with trees at least where we were and then they put an RV and a Utility trailer on the same site beside us! Will never stay here and honestly KOA needs to have better QC on its camps!

Great place and people. The bar and restaurant were a plus. Right next to a Publix and a fuel station in the parking lot. One stop does it all. We will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and showers were clean, Pool was nice. The park itself isn't very pretty, but it is urban so that needs to be taken into account.

we stayed here for 4 weeks as we needed to be near my daughter who was having her first baby. This KOA was perfect! the staff could not have been better! Nikki, Chris, Brandon, Bob and Valerie were fantastic. I had my other grandkids with us, and they enjoyed the pool and mini golf and play area. it is in a great location. Easy off and on I77. It is convenient to many places. We will be back!!

We stayed one night on our way to Gatlinburg TN - was good for just one night but wouldn’t stay much longer. Gentleman who took us to our site was very friendly and highly recommended John’s Place across the way - we took him up on it and it was the highlight of the night! Great lounge with cold beers and a food truck! Let me tell you some of the best food we have eaten!

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel

John's Place is a great bar for bikers and music lovers. Their friendly atmosphere and service is superb. If you just want to shoot some pool or hang on their large patio, you got it. Food is also available through an on site vendor. All in all, this place is a 10 in terms of fun relaxation and to hang with friends whilst out on a bike ride. Enjoy.
