We arrived just after 6pm and the site we were given was the very first pull through, making it so easy for me to find. You Hoo! I thank you for that.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was helpful, the bathrooms were very clean as was the grounds. Only negatives was there was no internet and those early morning trash dumps. That thing was loud, jarring us out of bed. I know the trash situation was necessary though. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice campgrounds. We only stayed for 1 night.but it was very clean large easy sites to back into. Friendly staff.

Our stay was OK. The park was quiet. But for about $90 a night it was lacking. First of all the internal roads are terrible. Our site was next to an outfit that looked like a band of gypsies and appeared to have been there for a very long time. Also, if you are going to advertise that you have wifi it should at least be able to open an email or a short youtube video. Other than that it was ok.

Restrooms are nicely tiled with great lighting and many hooks in showers. I just wish one could get hot water at the sinks and that one didn’t have to hold the faucet to get the water. Camp has nice trees with wide lots and it was quiet.

Very convenient stop for us when driving down to Florida. Grocery store beside the campground. Friendly staff and campers.

Nice gampground but was VERY noisy it’s they highway so close and planes taking off and landing at Charlotte airport. When we arrived, we discovered that one of our 5th wheel camper tires tread had separated on the trip to the campground. The workers were so helpful by helping us to remove the tire, and directing us to a tire shop.

Wi-Fi broken. Toilets broken/closed. Not a fan of camping like sardines, packed tight, paying premium price for something I would not like at any price. Won’t be back, will drive further to get value for my $$$

If you have to stay near this area it's OK. There are not many camping choices around there. It is convenient to a lot of things. It is also, within 40-50 yards of a four lane main road with a lot of traffic and commercial businesses. One of the Charlotte Airport approaches is basically over or just off to the east of the campground. This is my least favorite KOA of the many I have stayed at.

We had a great overnight at this campground and wished we coud’ve stayed longer. It was perfect and easy access. Lots of shade. We went to dinner at Salmari’s Italian. The Best!

Polite accommodating staff. Quiet kampground, faint Interstate noise. Actually, easy access off I-77. Frequent overnight stopover for us.

Pros: staff extremely friendly-and escorted us to our site-dog park-fuel & groceries right outside park entrance-laundry room was excellent. Cons: political flags on sites is sketchy (no flags should b policy) permanent sites w lots of junk (no junk on sites should b policy) dog poo everywhere (what’s wrong w people!). Overpriced for sure. Again staff and laundry were excellent

Dog park needed some work, bottom of gates very high off ground and small dogs could get out. Conveniently located to Charlotte and Rock Hill, just off of I77. Some restaurants and shopping very close by.

This is a very plain and simple KOA campground. It is very convenient to the major highway and other services in the area. We did appreciate the door-to-door warning of a possible strong storm coming through the area. It is clean, sites are level, and staff is pleasant.

Campground is rather plain but clean, and the staff is pleasant and helpful when needed. It is convenient to the major highway. The drawback to this KOA is there is no television service.

This is a regular stop for us on north/south travel ea spring & fall. The staff is very friendly & quite accommodating. It’s a journey class KOA & tends to be quite busy. Facilities are very nice & very clean. Within east walking distance there’s a Publix, an RV parts store, a gas station & a bar.

My only issue with the campground was that I had bright lights from the bathrooms shinning on my site all night. Maybe they could be aimed down more and/or put a motion detector on them so they aren’t on all night. My other issues were with other campers walking through my site and dog poop not picked up throughout the campground.

Enjoyed our stay! We were on site 85 between 2 cabins so we had plenty of room. Concerning- a cabin renter made his campfire between the cabin and awfully close to our trailer. Thankfully, there was no damage. Recommendation that the cabins don't get to make fires if there is someone in site 85! Heated bathrooms= A+. I think the trashcan in the ladies bathroom should be emptied every day.

I needed an overnight pull through stop between Daytona Beach and Bridgeport West Virginia. I stayed on the way up and on the way back. Best site ever on the way up. Good TV reception and internet. Food and Gas at location. Bath house close and clean. Just what I needed after a long drive. Reception was friendly and quick. Escort friendly and helpful.

This is our go to place when heading South for the winter. People are awesome, sites are a good size, food truck & John's Place is amazing. Close to Charlotte & all it has to offer, highly recommend staying here!

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel

John's Place is a great bar for bikers and music lovers. Their friendly atmosphere and service is superb. If you just want to shoot some pool or hang on their large patio, you got it. Food is also available through an on site vendor. All in all, this place is a 10 in terms of fun relaxation and to hang with friends whilst out on a bike ride. Enjoy.
