At $80 per night, WI-FI and cable should be an absolute! The dog park is too small. The staff was exceptional. Clean and well kept.

Very disappointed that there was no wi-fi. When I spoke to the host on the phone to make the reservation she never mentioned the wi-fi was out.

This is a convenient stop for us! It was a little too early for the pool to be open and the driveway needs some attention but otherwise we will be returning.

As we checked in, another camper approached the woman at the front desk for assistance, and she was very curt with him. If she had spoken to me in that fashion, my rating would be '0'

Very enjoyable. Close to amenities. All of the washrooms and laundry facilities are tidy and clean. The team are very nice and accommodating. We will be staying again, later in the year.

Playground equipment was in need of repair. There were some dangerous sharp edges on the slide. Bathhouse was nice and clean. Painted picnic tables were nice.

This stay was my winter stay. The site was adequate for me with a 40 ft class A and vehicle but the sites were too close together around me. I don’t like the back in sites where there are two site back to back. Too crowded. The staff however was fantastic. Always willing to help with any situation. So courteous and helpful. Always got a personal greeting when entering the office.

Other than the WiFi being down, the cable TV disconnected and the odd signage to get in, it worked well for us.

Staff is very friendly/helpful. Bathrooms quite clean. But several sinks both facilities had no running water or had cold water only and no hot. Automatic turn off so quick that too difficult to adequately wash hands effectively. Tent site had grass so long that shoes were chronically wet from dew every time we walked am and pm. Daytime smell of pet urine. That tent area used for pet relief.

No internet or cable tv. Only there for one night on a stop over, and really only needed the wifi. Small sites. Only positive is it’s proximity to Charlotte

It is a populated area and not very ‘woodsy’ but staff was all very friendly snd the grounds were clean. There was no wifi and no expected ETA which is unacceptable. Also, my husband had to plunge the shower because it wouldn’t drain. No fire pit was a bummer too.

Not realistic for large Bus! @ 45’ GPS is not really good….best way to go is in a Publix…parking lot, going in front of the store… Roads in the RV Pack are bad …muddy etc…

Campground host was very friendly and helpful. Good people. We stayed in a premium patio site, which gave us additional space.

Checking in at night after hours was a breeze! We were located conveniently between two bathhouses so we could decide if we were taking the dogs to the fenced in dog park or taking our kid to the playground on which bathhouse we'd stop at. We have stayed here before as it is very close to Carowinds but this trip we were enjoying Charlotte with baseball games and riding scooters around town.

This was our first camping trip and everything was great. It is a nice campground. Marie (who was cleaning the cabins) was very nice and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are clean. The site we stayed at (104) was beautiful, level, shaded, and we loved the patio and table with chairs. The nice young man who assisted us to our site was great. We had a great first experience! Thank you!

The location is perfect. Local fuel station with a great outdoor restaurant near by. Only thing I would like to see and I’m sure they are in the process of would be re-paving the entry area and the roads. It’s not a issue but a nice to have not a need to have. I’d suggest offering wood service too. The park was fun for my kiddos. Staff is 5 stars.

Cabin was nice....smaller than I expected. Dishes were not as clean as what we hoped. Will need to bring air mattress next time. The refrigerator did not feel very cold and I was worried about the food. We didn't get a chance to do a camp fire due to the weather.

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel

John's Place is a great bar for bikers and music lovers. Their friendly atmosphere and service is superb. If you just want to shoot some pool or hang on their large patio, you got it. Food is also available through an on site vendor. All in all, this place is a 10 in terms of fun relaxation and to hang with friends whilst out on a bike ride. Enjoy.
