Charlotte/Fort Mill KOA is 1/4 mile off I-77; only 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Relax in a wooded atmosphere, free from the noise and bustle of the city.
Sorry, Rottweiler, America Bulldog, Pit-bull, Doberman Pinscher or any mix of these will not be permitted.

Propane service; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Rustic cabins require a $40 key deposit on your credit card with a refund upon return of key.
Deluxe cabins require a $100 deposit on your credit card with a refund upon inspection of cabin.

This KOA has all the amenities: WiFi, mini golf and a pool. A picnic pavilion is available for group use. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy Hunt Brothers Pizza on-site. Relax next door at John's Place, a full-service lounge. Walk to Publix or drive to Walmart, just five minutes away. KOA is a short drive from most popular destinations, including Anne Springs Close Greenway, Carowinds theme park and museums. Lake Wylie offers fishing, boat rentals and water sports. Our Pet Playground is a nice grass area on the upper side; close to the upper bathhouse.
We don't have TV cable, but you can receive several HD air-wave channels with your antenna.

John's Place is a great bar for bikers and music lovers. Their friendly atmosphere and service is superb. If you just want to shoot some pool or hang on their large patio, you got it... 2/8/2024

Stayed there numerous times passing through on our journeys. Convenient off and of the interstate. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Will definitely stay again if possible. 4/19/2024

Ron was very helpful helping up park and level up. Had a good visit after we got finished. Stopped a couple time to see if everything was good. Relaxing overnight stay. See you this fall on our way south 4/19/2024

we stayed 1 night so we could not use all facilities, the sites were on multi levels / and fences made it difficult to walk to bathrooms for a senior 4/17/2024

Everything was wonderful! It would be really nice however to have a smoother entrance and driveways throughout. Pulling into the property it was a very rough ride. Assumption would be you are adding amenities as well to the park, which would also help ones with kids... 4/15/2024

Fantastic amenities within the campground, and even more useful services in very close proximity. The drive into Charlotte really is 20 minutes off rush hours, so because of the above, we'll look forward to staying there again. A note of caution... 4/13/2024

It was a brief stay this time, but everything was fine as usual. Easy access to the site and to the highway on the way back home. Didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, but the new additions to the playground looked awesome. 4/11/2024

A bit underwhelmed with this KOA. I would say that the clean baths and showers gave it an additonal star. The place was very muddy and needs repaved badly. 4/10/2024

Make sure you ask for a full hookup station otherwise you just get electric at the full site fee. Not a very happy camper at this site. 4/9/2024

We stayed there a lot of times. It’s always nice and clean. Workers are always nice. This year for some reason they had a Ton of dump trucks all day long from 8 am until Dinner time. Noise, traffic and pollution for the camp site... 4/7/2024
