The site we had was extremely small. We didn't have room for our awning, and we had to put the fire ring behind the camper. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. For what we had in a site was overpriced.

I sent an email on my first night with no response. The RV behind us D27 was feeding feral cats. There were cats everywhere and we camp with our dogs. It’s just a shame that there was no regulation of these cats and they will continue to breed and multiply. Was also disappointed that the camp K9 was roped off and we had to walk through a campsite to get to it.

Rained site had a lot of water runoff. Many 50 amp sites where threw the time if our stay but was but into 30 amp site which was not enough amps to run 2 things at one time. Walked the entire area and several sites and campers which required one 30 amp and motor homes which require 50 amp where put onto 30 amp service.

This KOA was okay but the sites are very tight so you are close to your neighbor. Also, they have stray cats roaming around the campground which I am not a fan of. The staff was friendly. We stayed 8 nights but probably wouldn't recommend a long stay as the campground is on a busy road so it is noisy in the evening.

The grass at the was very long when we arrived. It get mowed after a few days. The sewer connection needs work. Very small sites. The water was turned off for time with no warning. The staff was not very friendly. I will never stay here again.

You were very professional at the check in desk and gave great instructions on how to get to the site. The sites were clean and it was surprisingly quiet regardless of the amount of pets that many campers had, including us. We loved the ocean access' and will let our friends know about your site.

The spot they gave us was not cleaned up. It had not been raked or cleaned in quite a long time. There was trash in the woods behind us, there was dog poop all over our site and there were a lot of leaves. We raked the leaves when they brought down a rake and the maintenance man picked up the dog poop. The water spicket did not work, which they did have fixed. Their laundry facilities were nice.

Once we arrived I realized we have stayed here a few years ago. Issues both times as arrived after office closed. First time we were not given bathroom codes and this recent time, not given Wi-Fi codes. Other than that it was ok. Probably my just need to be sure staff get all info out to late arrivals.

Happy to say SO MUCH improvement. All of the decrepit trailers are gone, new fencing along the mobile home park, new playground for little kids and much needed overgrown vegetation gone. Hopefully more forward progress next visit back due to close proximity to our family. Thank you N Charleston/Ladson for the cleanup

Worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Extremely crowded. I had to ask my neighbor to move his truck so I could get out in the morning. When checking in, I had to ask the fellow to show me to my site. The sewer dump was broken, just about unusable. Needed help from staff member to hold the sewage in place while I dumped. Stray cats roaming everywhere. Dogs on leashes why not these cats!

First time staying at a KOA. Our stay was a week long. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean, and sites were easy to get into. The WI-FI was surprisingly decent for a campground. My only complaint would be that there isn’t much for children to do on the campground itself.

A nice place that is dated in so many ways....close to highway so the noise can be bothersome if you are not running your ac. Friendly and very supportive and responsive staff. Convenient location.

Didn't try to use facilities other than toilet and shower. Pool looks great but closed for season. Daughter lives 15 mi away so spent our time at her house. Ok place for a few nights.

Staff was ok. Sites were nice size. Lots of loose trash in the campground. A few rvs had junk around them, looked bad, one has windows busted out with window air conditioners hanging out looking like they were falling out and no tags on the camper. Had a wrecked truck with no tags on it. Many long term campers looked like they hadn't been mowed around for a long time. Not sure we would recommend

The sites with patios are very nice and the staff is great. I especially like the hanging swings for 2. The KOA store had limited selection of items and no hot foods to order. The location was less positive, and it is noisy from the airplanes going by and traffic noise due to being so close to the road.

You may want to remind your younger staff when a client comes in to get off their phones. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. Makes for better customer service.

This place was the noisiest place we've ever stayed in 5 years of travel. Sirens, planes, trains or the excessive traffic created a constant sound that never let up. Unfortunately 1/2 of my stay I was RV bound due to rainy weather. I understand this noise is strictly due to the location. The staff was very kind but the campground was tight & muddy, also it's not in walking distance to anything.

Very friendly and helpful staff; nice setting; easy pull-through spots; clean; full hookups; had on-site LP fill-up for our motorhome, and, at reasonable prices. Highly recommended; will be coming back on next visit to Charleston!!!

This was a very convenient location to Charleston with many eateries near by. Staff was super nice on check in! Downsides are spaces are close and for big rigs not exactly easy to get out of your space.
