The camper beside us when we first arrived had septic running all over the ground cause it was broke and not connected. Then they left and another arrived in the same spot and they were loud after quite time and drunk from North Carolina.

Well went for 4 nights to relax & enjoy the island. My 1st disappointment was the extra FEE for my adult child. Most of all, my neighbor site had a fire and chatting (not yelling) till 4am. I leave the RESPONSIBILITY to the park, even tho the customer's common sense should have kicked in. This happen on th 2nd night. The remaining 2 night were not enough to catch up the lack of sleep. Stayed 3 nights, staff all very friendly and accommodating. The entire park is extremely clean and well looked after. Highly recommended.

Premier terrain alloué était franchement inégal. Difficile de mettre notre motorisé au niveau. Ils ont accepté de nous changer de terrain . Très bien situé

Great stay. There was a group of 14 family members. Staff is excellent. I can’t say enough about Joe and Gigi, they go above and beyond for all the kids and treated our kids like their own. We are all booked for 2023!!

The roads need to be fixed/upgraded in the campground: dusty, significantly raised shoulders in places, potholes. I have asthma: this is by far the smokiest campground we have stayed in, particularly on a still humid evening. Why do we have to wait in the registration lines at headquarters just to buy a bag of ice? Staff were friendly and very helpful. The petting farm was a big hit for the gkids

We booked a pull through site for 4 nights more than 5 months ago, but when we checked in it was changed to a tight, noisy back in site # 55, another site’s campfire is right next to our RV. KOA couldn’t or didn’t want to give an explanation about this situation and was refused to give any compensation at beginning. We are pretty dissatisfied about this KOA!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le camping est très propre (douche wow! Et toilette) Il y a plusieurs commodités et c’est un camping amusant pour les enfants. Nous y retournerons!

We were so excited to be back staying at KOA Cavendish for CBMF weekend ~ we love this KOA for so many reasons as there is always so much for each of us to enjoy ~ Kay, Victor & their entire team are so awesome, always pleasant & helpful even during one of the busiest times of their season ~ Kay’s Cafe is a must try, baked goodies are absolutely delicious ~ we look forward to our next stay!!!

I have stayed with Cavendish KOA several times in the past over probably a 10-12 year period and every time we have issues with customer service. With our most recent stay, I arrived at 12:30pm to check in, the guy at the desk told me that check in was not until 2pm and there was no way that I could check in at 12:30. This is our fifth year staying at the KOA and our children refuse to stay anywhere else. They love the play area, the petting zoo, and the pool. This year we went on the wet wagon ride and had a fantastic time — not to be missed! The staff always goes above and beyond, bathrooms are very clean, free showers, lots of scheduled activities and very close to everything in Cavendish. Stay here!

RV/trailers are too close to each other, very small space for individual one. And I think the check-in and check-out system is kind of outdated. When people would like to extend the stay, the system is not smart to operate in a better way to arrange. We have to move around to instead of staying in the same spot. In addition, We are not informed the exact site until 11am in the check-in date.

400 characters is not enough for me to comment on how much we love this property. Activities for the kids are excellent! The staff are all excellent. We hated to leave and certainly look forward to returning. We’ve already booked two weeks for next August!! Thanks to Kaye, Victor and crew for another memorable vacation.

We absolutely love this KOA. The staff are friendly and the layout is perfect. Lots of activities for kids but quiet for adults as well. We look forward to returning next year!

Staff were fantastic, many fun activities for our kids. Our site sloped somewhat right after the spot for the trailer, no issue. The pool/deck, basketball net, asphalt lanes need reno/replacement. The water however was crystal clear. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Sites are pretty close so no privacy at all, but overall the facilities were clean, staff was very friendly (thanks GG for all his help at the sandcastle) and there was so much for kids to do! Will be back!

I love that they do a lot of activities for the kids. The location is great if you want to do all the “touristy” stuff. They don’t budge on early check-ins, even if your site is clearly ready. Even if you are already staying there and moving sites, they make you move your trailer/rv for a few hours to a field. Pull-through sites have low branches on the trees that hit (& scratch) your rv. Do away with the expensive card setup that you need to place a $20 deposit on gate card. Get cheaper setup and state that you will be charged if you do not return the card, and it would be something less than $20 with no upfront deposit needed. Time limit be placed on the card, rather than the open setup you have. It causes people and vehicle congestion during busy checkin/out times.

We appreciated our site (403D), particularly it's wind sheltered nature and orientation to AM & PM sunshine. Rest rooms at the activity centre were well maintained and clean. The park is quiet and well managed. Only thing that was a little unpleasant was the volume of the soundtrack on movie nights. We love the park's proximity to trails in the National Park and other more practical amenities.

Our stay didn't start the best. We were greeted very rudely by one of the staff after arriving at 115pm. We were also rudely told we couldn't check in until 2pm. Their system was down and they told us they didn't know what time we'd get to our site. Not a great start. Other than that, the rest of the staff members were excellent and super friendly. Campground was super clean. Great place for kids!

Location is 1 mile or so walk to Green Gables attraction. Entrance to CG has a gate you need to swipe a card to open. That gate entrance is VERY tight, a hassle to use, but that is the only negative. CG is very long and very friendly to biggest rigs.

Really nice campground. It's big - well over 200 sites - but we were there just after Labour Weekend, so it was fairly quiet. A mix of sites on open grass and under trees. Restrooms were clean and well maintained, although I wasn't a fan of the showers that blasted water from a relatively high height, giving you no escape! The campground is set a long way back from the main road, so there's no traffic noise. Easy walk to the Anne of Green Gables National Heritage Site just up the road.
