Cabin was beautiful, however, the cabin layout was not as advertised. There was no actual sitting room aside from a two stool bar. Not very accommodating with 6 guests. The swimming lake was unusable and misadvertised as such. Fishing lake was very small. Limited hours for the small camp office but staff was very responsive to texts. This campground was not up to usual KOA amenity standards.

Nice and quiet in the field after 11 am quiet time. Nice & dark too, which is what I LOVE. Also loved hearing the rain on our camper roof during the night. We will definitely stay there again!

The cabin was very clean with a comfortable bed. Nothing to do in Carrollton. The cabins were very close together. Not much privacy.

This park is a work in progress, with much of what is advertised on website not in existence yet. Check-in process and signage for entering park needs to be improved, office was never open. Upper sites without sewer hookups, once this is completed will be better. Swim lake was drained. Seems like hosts really aren’t prepared for big rigs, need to go through areas and trim all lower branches.

The campground is not upgraded like a typical KOA. The restrooms, showers, playground,putt putt, basketball court etc, were not like other KOA's we have been to in the past. On the upside, it was very quiet and the staff seemed nice and helpful.

The sites are a nice size and shaded with mature trees. The pool was nice, clean and heated. The man made lake was dry during our stay. There could have been more organized activity and excitement build up for them. The workers and caretakers were very friendly and hospitable. It was well manicured and very clean We will be back. Very pleasant weekend.

Our stay was very nice. The deluxe cabin was very beautiful and clean! The People are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to have more activities to do though.

Wayyyyy too overpriced for what you get. We pay a lot less for full hook up and more amenities

This campground has the potential to be good. The swimming “lake” is very small and was not ready for swimming. It had a green tint to it and the water level was low. The playground equipment was for little kids only, too small for big kids. The pool was too far to walk to and was also very small. Most of the spots are in a big field. The shaded spots are all seasonal. Won’t be back.

There's a lot of new lots going in. I understand good campgrounds don't pop up overnight. It's a work in progress...but will be very nice when everything starts growing in!

It was very nice and staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was the swimming lake was not useable as described in the original ad I seen which was one of the main reasons I chose this KOA.

Everything was very nice & welcoming! The showers were updated & clean! The lake was a tad muddy but the kids had fun either way. They even had a foam party which was very nice. Definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Swimming lake, fishing lake & pool are not as advertised! All very, very small!! Swimming lake more like a weird color pond!!! Kids were bored all weekend. Will not go back!!

Buyer beware. It is a KOA in name only. It is a seasonal park that surrounds an open field with NO trees. The open field is the “KOA” No sewer. Gravel sites. The swimming pond, is a hole filled with dirty water. No one would swim in that water. No store. Their policy on shortened your stay is ridiculous. If you get there and have an emergency, tough luck.

All the facilities were kept clean and nice. All the workers and other campers were extremely friendly. The only I see is maybe they are short staffed so the ice and firewood were tough to get sometimes. But with the amount of workers I saw there they did an amazing job with everything.

We really enjoyed the shaded sites. I can't give it 5 stars bc we were told we couldn't use the drain on our site. The staff was responsive to texts

It is way too far off the beaten path windy narrow roads hills. And it isn’t near anything like a decent store. We won’t stay there again.

No activities offered for kids during the week. The swimming lake advertised is not really ready. The pool was closed on Friday during the day for several hours for regular maintenance and then Saturday they were refilling at 11am. Camp host kids need to be supervised better. My husband had to pull one off their sibling because they were drowning him in the pool while grandma sat in a chair.

New campground under construction Roads was made of ground up blacktop big chunks big rocks soft spots I was worried about getting out after my stay it’s not big rig friendly I walked the road out before leaving kicking big rocks out of road to keep from damaging our tires Hard to walk on road my wife almost twisted her ankle It may be nice after construction but it’s a big mess now

We select a new KOA every year for Father's day weekend, we were very pleased with this KOA they have plenty of things to do for the kids and adults. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The staff is very nice but the big pile of gravel where we stayed was kinda a nuisance! You can tell they are trying to fix this campground up for the better and in a few years it will be better . The entrance in is not good at all. We did not mind our stay.

Chris was amazing!!! This is my all-time favorite KOA. First visit of the season was last and my family and I are looking forward to many more near-future visits. You wont be disappointed at this KOA Holiday. Super clean pool, new beach/water area. inflatable bounce pad, extremely clean showers/restrooms. Give Chris a call.

Lots of new sites are being built but won't have full hookups. If we were to stay more than 2 nights, that would be a big negative. Park was quite (mid week) and staff was friendly.

The facilities were nice but overall spots were bad. The driveway coming in and out was bad only one lane. Pool was too small. Swim lake wasn't much to look at.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and had an amazing time. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The bed was comfortable and the outside patio area was awesome. This was our first visit here and we will definitely be back. We also appreciated getting texts checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great campground

The staff was friendly. The man that escorted us to our site went out of his way to be helpful all weekend. Our site was shaded and private. Our nephews played all weekend and never complained about being bored. We don’t usually enjoy staying at KOAs but this was a last minute camping trip and they had spots available. We will definitely camp here again!

Got a double tent lot in the horseshoe to celebrate a 19th birthday. Had people from 3-45 years old. Everyone had a blast. The pool is great. The lake is coming along. The regulars are so friendly and nice. It’s so quiet & peaceful, all that was missing was Dave. Atwood lake was close buy and we were able to rent boats. This was the second year we stayed & we’ll definitely be back next year!!!

Accommodations were very clean and welcoming. The hiking trail was enjoyable I would highly recommend this location to family and friends

New owners are friendly and making improvements. Signage upon entering is small or non-existent. A recent change is a completely new section that seems to have been put in hastily. The asphalt sites are not level, the step off concrete patio is onto low lying dirt/mud, the road at the turns are full of huge holes. We should have been informed of conditions when booking. Not up to KOA standards.

We apologize that the new sites were not up to standard for you. We have been working tirelessly for months to get them done and looking good. No one was more disappointed than we were that they were not perfect. The terrible weather made it tough for us. We are committed to making this KOA great!

Pretty ok for a night or 2 but after that the cracks really begin to show. Owners have a long way to go before bringing this place up to a true KOA standard. Everytime I encountered an issue or safety concern I was given an excuse or ignored. Not to mention no one is willing to enforce the policies they themselves put in writing! No integrity! Sloppy campground, sloppy owners.

After finishing up our 3rd year as seasonal campers we only have great things to say about this place! Great owners and staff, clean facilities and plenty to do. We have made so many close friends camping here. Can't wait for spring!!

Was having trouble finding somewhere to camp on short notice. It was late. They accommodated my every need and had reasonable prices. They even picked out a beautiful spot for me where I had a great amount of privacy. They had events going on and an outdoor heated pool on top of a regular swimming and fishing pond. Thoroughly enjoys my time there. Very polite staff. Only suggestion I have, make the restroom stalls bigger!!
