This is a great KOA. Sites have tons of room. The staff f is excellent- special shout out to Keith! The host/ owners are on site hands on and friendly. Park guests and short/ long term guests are friendly and fun to be around. Many activities including salt water pool and nice pavilion. Pet friendly. Great place to stay if you’re in the area or passing through! Highly recommend!

Staff was awesome but the campground seemed to be a work in progress. Great customer service but swim lake empty, roads need work (in park and public road getting in), sites un level.

Were accidentally directed to the wrong site, but we were still parked close enough to the friends we wanted to camp beside. NO biggie. Liked having the trash picked up at our site. It was very quiet, even on a Holiday weekend. Understanding it has a new owner, and expected some minor inconveniences. I feel price was a bit steep for not having full hook ups.

I really enjoyed the Painting and Bingo. The pool was a great temp- easy to get in but cool enough to be refreshing.

The "hosts" were very friendly and welcoming. Restrooms and showers were clean and decorated cute. The family enjoyed the heated swimming pool, and the golf cart parade was a fun surprise. Wish we would have viewed the map provided and explored outside our camping area. On our next visit we will bring our fishing poles, and hiking boots.

The campground seems to be recently purchased by KOA. Parts of the campground are nice while others are dated. The newer pull through sites are not very friendly for larger campers. The turning is tight in those spaces. Im sure in the next couple years KOA will have this campground nicer and I will return but in the meantime it is a work in progress. The staff and existing campers are all great!

We stayed in a cabin with my two grandkids and the pool was great playground was great everybody was friendly very nice staff

Unfortunately we found the roads and location of the park to be very difficult to reach. The park was additionally under done sort of construction. The staff was very pleasant however.

We really loved the Carrollton KOA. It was clean and the people were very nice Robin and Keith couldn’t have been more accommodating. When we got there they met us and took us to the spot they gave us a bag of caramel coated popcorn that was really good and whenever I had a question or needed to know something I just had to call Robin and she got me the answer. I would definitely recommend it.

Customer service at its best! The owners are present and very involved. This KOA is still in development. The pool is very nice, the lakes need some grooming, the pull through sites are gravel, the bathroom & shower stalls are clean. The KOA sits way back in the country. Cabin was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The activities were a huge disappointment! We love staying at KOA because of the family activities that they offer, with the themed weekends. We specifically chose this particular KOA and weekend because of the recreation they listed on website and the theme of Family Game Night for the weekend. The only family game offered was BINGO.

Over priced. Sites without sewer are over 50.00 per day. Roads are narrow. Low hanging trees at the exit. We went out the entrance as the tree limbs would have hit everything on our roof.

We had an amazing time! We love visiting different KOA’s and so far this one was very peaceful and serene. I loved that the fishing pond was right in front of our cabin, the early morning view was so beautiful. We had a blast and wished we could stay longer!

We had a wonderful time here. The setting is beautiful, it was quiet during our stay and the stars were so bright. Our hosts Robin and Keith made sure we didn’t need anything. The pool was sparkling clean and you could smell the pine trees. The store had a nice selection of items. Our sites were nicely shaded and tucked into the trees.

I booked my stay on 3.19.At that time I reserved a back-in site w/shade.On 7.31.21 I received a reminder email with details.One of these details was "pull-through" site.Why was my site changed without consulting me?Upon arrival, everyone of the shaded back-in sites occupied by someone permanently living there.On top of that sewer was only available to permanent occupants.$500 fine for me to use.

The staff was good all 3 of them and the cabin was great. The issues we had was the store was hardly ever open the pond for inflatables and swimming was empty and the pond for fishing was very small it seemed like they need to update what they have and offer

The section of the campground we stayed is very much a work in progress. Deluxe patio site with no sewer, I missed the fine print and think $90+ a night is too much without true full hookups. The road and sites need work, chewed up asphalt was kinda rough. Also some onamental trees or other foliage between sites would be nice. I think it has potential but more work needed. The staff was very nice.

The play area for kids needs to be moved away from the dump stations. Gross. Nice to have more dog bag stations for cleaning up waste. Along with the station, more trash cans on the campground would be nice as well. It is a very nice campground and I think more Full-Hookups would attract more campers. The water hookup was facing down and is low so it was hard to connect our hose without kinks.

The Campsite was very spacious and very clean. It was Nicely Landscape and I stayed in the Cabins and it was amazing the only thing I had to bring was Food and my clothes.The Cabins had everything you needed in it. Diswasher, microwave to a grille outside plus a cofee pot . It was Amazing. The staff was so friendly and nice. It was peaceful and I will defanately Be back Thanks You Carrolott

The cabin was beautiful. We were just a little disappointed with the abundance of flies in the downstairs bedroom as well as the bathroom when we arrived and during our stay.

the pool. showers and batrooms were immaculate, the grounds were well maintained, and the people who direct the camp are helpful and accomodating and co campers are lovely Highly recommend, a placce for quiet, hiking, swimming and camping

The overall service and amenities in the cabin were good. I wish the swimming lake was actually swimmable.

My family and I really enjoyed this campground. We tented here for two nights. Tent spots are big and shaded, with water and electric. Bathrooms and showers were clean. People were very friendly. The pool was great. Our kids (ages 4 and 6) loved the bounce pad. Great stargazing at night. Would definitely recommend this KOA to others.

We had a beautiful shaded site which was perfect for what we wanted but they do have sunny areas out in the open also for those with bigger rigs. It was very quiet and peaceful. The restrooms were very clean! The pool is small but it wasnt crowded and it was heated so it was great for us. The only thing I would maybe say is to update their website about the swim lake not being swimmable.

Very clean cabin, great amenities! The one suggestion our family would like to make is towards the addition of a toddler swing next to the regular-sized ones. We plan on visiting the campground quite often in the near future and bring our toddlers along, so a swing for them would make our visits even more fun and provide an additional outlet for their energy.

Staff was rude. Fishing lake is a joke. Inflatable lake is a bigger joke was told they were waiting on the rain to fill it up

After finishing up our 3rd year as seasonal campers we only have great things to say about this place! Great owners and staff, clean facilities and plenty to do. We have made so many close friends camping here. Can't wait for spring!!

Was having trouble finding somewhere to camp on short notice. It was late. They accommodated my every need and had reasonable prices. They even picked out a beautiful spot for me where I had a great amount of privacy. They had events going on and an outdoor heated pool on top of a regular swimming and fishing pond. Thoroughly enjoys my time there. Very polite staff. Only suggestion I have, make the restroom stalls bigger!!
