Escorted to site and helped with electric which wasn’t working at first. That was very appreciated. Only cons are no sewer hookup and the site was all grass, no gravel or cement at all. I could have upgraded to a site with a cement pad and if I was staying longer, I would have. Since I was visiting family in area, it didn’t matter that I had no patio area but I could see it being a con for oth

First time here and for Memorial Day Weekend. Read the mixed reviews but knew it was a newer KOA and wld decide for ourselves (6 travel trailers total) We have no real complaints. We’d go back. Love each site is a patio. Love no light pollution to see the stars. Can’t wait until sewage is approved. Yes, there needs some improvements. But Rome wasn’t built in a day. We will visit agai

We had a wonderful stay at the Carrollton KOA. Our hosts were very friendly and hospitable, checking on us each evening before retiring asking if we needed anything. Any needs we had were quickly and graciously met. The bathhouse and showers were clean and functional. We're not really seasonal campers in one location, but if that changed, we would strongly consider the Carrollton KOA.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived! This place is really great. Robin greeted us, and checked in on us after our day of adventure. Plenty of nice amenities, especially loved the heated salt water pool!! (K9 park was too small and unshaded). Very friendly and helpful people. It’s one of our favorite kampgrounds!

Our stay was very nice. My only suggestion would be that some dusk to dawn lights be added to the park. Some areas were very dark at night before quiet hours

I have to honestly say we were very disappointed. I felt like what was advertised on the website was a far cry from what we actually found once there. The fishing pond left a lot to be desired (and make sure you take your own bait!). The swimming lake had 2 inflatables, but one had no handles that the kids could pull themselves up with. Miniature golf, basketball court (yeah, right!). So no!

We are sorry your stay was ot as expected. We do have actual photos on the website. The inflatables have pads attached with handles on them to get onto the inflatables. We have tons of bass in the pond. We do sell bait in the store. We do have miniture golf and basketball available as well.

We had a wonderful time and the staff was great. The road in could be a problem. It's too narrow of you meet oncoming vehicles.

Loved the pull thru sites with the concrete pad. Upon arriving the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get us to our sites. Constantly driving by asking if we needed anything. Missed having sewer hook-up. Hear it in the works but not approved. This caused a bit of a jam upon leaving even with 2 dump stations. Playgrounds need to be bigger and more equipment for the children.

Fantastic stay - $50 a night for a tent site was a bit steep, but it was worth it for the amenities (pool/lake/jump pad/donuts)

My stay at the Carrollton KOA wasn't bad. I ended up staying a couple extra days. My only thoughts for improvement would be the roadway coming into the campground. It's a down slope and a sharp tight bend. If another camper is coming the other direction someone would have to back up and that would be tricky. All in all not a bad stay

We had an excellent stay Memorial Day weekend. The swim pond with inflatable kept the kids busy for sure! Very friendly staff, nicely stocked store and fun activities.

We loved everything. The coffee and doughnuts was great. Everything was clean and the staff was so nice. I just wish the itinerary had been a little but more organized. We had no times for the programs and when we would ask no one knew exactly. All in all it was an amazing weekend. Thanks again

First, my spot was moved from a shaded spot to a normal sunny spot. The reason I found out was I was overcharged and when I went to find out why they told me my spot was moved. I reserved my spot in November. So why move me without telling me? The restrooms and shower houses need serious work. Very outdated. Water in my site had no pressure and was brown. Not enough pressure to wash dishes.

Sorry your stay was not as you expected. We moved your site due to the rain to ensure you wouldn't get stuck in the site you were originally slated for. We gave you an upgraded site. The restrooms have brand new fixtures and toilets and we are always complimented on their cleanliness.

The people were very friendly especially Grace! Our patio site was nice. Our daughter enjoyed the Easter egg hunt. Website advertised live bait but they had none available at the camp store. Fished for over an hour with nightcrawlers and didn't have a single bite. Lack of sewer hookups is a bit of an inconvenience but dump stations were nice.

All the employees were very friendly. The seasonal campers were as well. It was our second time staying there and they had the swimming pond filled this year. I think they are working hard to make it a nice place.

We stayed in field, near friends, it was good. Nice quiet weekend, not too many kids near us. Will stay there again within the next 2 months.

I stayed in a basic cabin. I was very happy with the check-in process. I wasn’t left with directions on how to check-out though. When I called the hosts while trying to check out they were immediately available and helpful. The cabin was as I expected except that I mistakenly assumed the AC also had a heater. For my next stay I will bring a power strip so I can plug in multiple items.

We arrived in the evening. There was no signage. No one was present. Had difficulty finding our way around. Water was brown in our faucets/ toilet. Was worse in the morning. Shower facilities were dirty amd totally outdated. Was our first KOA experience and we were very disappointed. If this is how KOA sites are, we will not be using them in the future.

You came in at 9:30pm with no reservation. To have a better stay in the future, please make reservations if you expect to be escorted, as we had no idea you were coming. Our bathrooms are always cleaned and checked regularly. We have exceptional water normally. We wish you the best.

Mike and Amy has always been very kind and helpful. They continue to make improvement around the camp also. Keith and Robin has also been very nice and go out of their way to help you where ever they can.

Was pretty empty when we stayed as it was late in the season. Nice, clean, basic, friendly staff. Putting in a new area, needs wider turns for the larger rigs.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for two nights. It was a great experience for me and my son! We especially liked the four wheel karts that you pedal and the lawn size Connect 4 as well as the jump pad. My son also really enjoyed the trick or treating and haunted hike and hay ride!

I was there for an extended stay for work in the area. The staff accommodated me with a very nice site that afforded me privacy and quiet nights. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our 4th visit this summer. It’s a hidden gem. The sites don’t have sewers yet but it’s a great location for someone that loves to ride the beautiful countryside and hit some great wineries

We had a great experience there! Friendly people working there and very helpful too. Our deluxe cabin was clean and very comfy cozy. You thought of everything except maybe a curtain on the door and window for night.

Would not stay here again. Gravel campsite contains many large chunks of old asphalt. Poor footing for my disabled husband. Does not enforce leash rules. Neighbor had 2 dogs unleashed the whole time at their site. Saw staff on golf cart talking with him. Couldn't hear if about the dogs, but they remained off leash afterwards. The barking scared me and my dog. CG very empty so why was I next to him

Very nice place surrounded by woods. Beautiful walking trail. They had free coffee and donuts on Saturday morning. They had a carnival for the kids. Very nice concrete pads at our site. They came around every so often and took our trash to the dumpster for us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Campground is very clean and the staff is exceptional. They put on a Kids Carnival which was a very nice treat. There was no septic where we were but I can see that improvements are being made and will come back next year to see the continued improvements.

After finishing up our 3rd year as seasonal campers we only have great things to say about this place! Great owners and staff, clean facilities and plenty to do. We have made so many close friends camping here. Can't wait for spring!!

Was having trouble finding somewhere to camp on short notice. It was late. They accommodated my every need and had reasonable prices. They even picked out a beautiful spot for me where I had a great amount of privacy. They had events going on and an outdoor heated pool on top of a regular swimming and fishing pond. Thoroughly enjoys my time there. Very polite staff. Only suggestion I have, make the restroom stalls bigger!!
