would like to have better internet service on site. WiFi is horrible and sometimes need to do work from home while camping and this did not happen due to the bad connection.

I wish someone would watch bikes a bit more, we paid for bikes but so many stolen during weekend. We could see kids take them all the time! We also wish that quiet time was regulated a bit more, cause our kids tried to sleep and kids were laughing and playing loudly at midnight! Also shouldn't kids have lights on bikes??? Also are you not allowed tents on site if you have RV? Wish rules

Registered at front office and then drove to our site only to find the previous campers still there. Apparently they asked for a late checkout but we were not informed and left blocking orher campers as we waited for this to be resolved. We were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Enjoyable long weekend as we didn’t know what to expect with new owners. Everyone was friendly and quiet time was well respected which is a must for us. Just wish the rates were a bit lower. Thank you.

First time at KOA, and kiddo (age 9) had a blast. She loved everything: play structures, pool, bouncy pad, go-carts, and activities. Having a chip truck made dinner easier and fun. Proximity to others = smelling everything! We were surprised it isn't accessible (I have a broken ankle so I brought crutches and knee scooter) and the dump station is *right by the pool*...nauseating. We'll be back!

Had a wonderful time, the kids loved it, we loved it, everyone loved it! So much to do for the kids, and we loved how things were included and didn't always have to pay extra for things. It's also so convenient to be able to charge things to your site and not have to carry your credit card or cash around with you. It was also very clean in the bathrooms and around the grounds. A perfect time away!

It is always a nice place to stay. I miss the free weekday coffee! Unfortunately the pool was closed for an entire day due to unforeseen circumstances. It’s nice to have some of the amenities like mini golf and go carts but the costs add up.

Excellent site. F01. Clean bathrooms. Clean campground. New owners seem very nice. The only thing the grandson missed for Xmas in July was the bubble dump. I have told a lot of people about this campground. It’s super for kids!!!

We expected to enjoy the Christmas in July more very disappointing! And Saturday night around 12:15 some one unplugged out unit from power 50 amp plugs are hard to undo so was on purpose! Ruined my night sleep

I camped with 4 of my granddaughters and they had a ball. This is our second year in a row and will definitely be back. There is lots to keep the little ones busy.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots to do with the kids, but felt the pool Was always jammed pack. I would recommend having a capacity limit on the pool. We felt the park was a tad overpriced considering it’s not on a lake, but regardless it was great for the kids.

There is a lack of support for anyone with physical disabilities, including the huge step at the front office/store. I use a cane to ambulate and it was tough to get around to the office, the chip truck and the showers in the front of the park. Also, the bathrooms at the back of the park too. I’m disappointed. I really wish there was more thought put into this.

Great stay at the Cardinal KOA. Family had a great time. All issues were resolved that arose during our stay were corrected immediately. Will be back again soon.

We stayed for two nights and we loved it! No complaints. The pool was busy but expected that as the weather was HOT!!! If it’s always that busy maybe a second pool or a bigger pool I would recommend. That being said I still give it a 10/10. Thanks!

Good resources for kids. New playgrounds. Site was at end of a row and had 3 sites staring directly at it. Have to use key card to get in and out (vs a code which is what most KOAs use). The list of rules seemed intense and the lecture on canabis use seemed to just reflect the owners personal opinions. They were not honest about no cannabis policy @ booking. Price did not match park quality.

Fun, clean, quiet, & safe place to bring the family. The activities, playground, pool, bouncy areas and mini putt kept us all super busy all weekend. We enjoyed fun new things like the foam Pitt, run by friendly staff. The kids had a blast, I would definitely go for a weekend again. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were very inviting. We were in the pool daily. Also we enjoyed the Mini putt, bouncy pad and bb. I would suggest consistency on grey water disposal and free coffee availability. Also please vacuum the pool more often.

We had a great site, the staff were very friendly and the services were great. My only concern is that I had to pay to have my elderly mother and her friend visit for a few hours. They were not going to use any of the amenities. They were only coming for teA.

The young ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and well-kept. Our dogs enjoyed the K9 park.

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
