We would stay again as it wasn’t a far drive to a nice beach, iroquois. Not much for our teens to do and staff were not really warm and inviting. Just a place to stop to sleep/park rv.

Super clean park. You can tell staff take great care in upkeep and maintenance. If all KOAs are like this, we would very likely be exploring other KOAs. We also loved the fact that everyone was very respectful of your space. Five stars, great park and worth the money.

This is the best KOA around. Super clean and super fun!!! Gorgeous mature trees shade the lot and everyone is friendly. Amazing time!!

It was our first time out with our new trailer and have never been to this campsite before it was a great experience they had all our paperwork ready for check in and the lady that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely go back again and will recommend this establishment to our friends and family.

Awesome campground for families with young children. Two jumping pads, pool and various play structures, and everything is close by. Nice doggie park which had two separate fenced areas to separate the large dogs from the small dogs. The grounds are well maintained and the washrooms are clean. Most sites are level and a fairly spacious. Will definitely return.

A very well run campground....very quiet an yet tons of stuff for children to stay busy and be safe, yet free....very fun. Highly recommended.

Great playground and dog park. We ordered from the chip truck and the pizza place. The chip truck food was ok. For the price of the poutine it could have used more gravy. We weren't a fan of the pizza. It just didn't taste like it use to. We have ordered from both places before and loved it so we were a bit disappointed. Our fire fit also had big holes in the bottom and ashes kept falling out

Great stay - clean bathrooms, lots of activities. (one small thing - perhaps get the popcorn distributed while the sun is going down so that the movie can start asap once it's dark enough. It ended quite late). great spot.

This was my first solo camping experience in my new camper, and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. The staff were very friendly and the grounds were impeccable! I can imagine my future grandkids coming here and having a ball. Thanks so much and I’ll be back soon.

A bit run down ... but suited our purposes. We were in Site B01patio deluxe pull thru site in our 42ft. fifth wheel and had to park the truck sideways in front of the fifth wheel to get everything in. We were there over the "Canada Day" weekend - VERY crowded.

Our site had paper and cigarette butts on the site - just gross. There is a 10km/h speed limit for guest, the staff have the golf carts ripping up the roads and we had to tell them to slow down. Then came the leaving the camp, where we were told, they could not allow us to dump upon leaving due the septic tanks being full. REALLY?? This place has tanked with the new owner who seems to not care.

I agree with previous reviews about the new owners son. Not approachable and not friendly. We do love coming here but it is in need of repair. We will not go back until then. The playground is falling apart, the pool lining is bubbling up all over and a trip hazard, in the pool. And the area where the "pirate ship" is needs a makeover as well.The base that it is sitting on is a trip hazard for all

Beautiful, large, well-treed sites. Very clean campground. Nice family atmosphere. Quiet at night. Clean, large pool. The only thing that could be improved is the chip truck — the fries weren’t good, and it took so long to get the food. But everything else about the camp was absolutely PERFECT! Will be back (and give the chip truck another try - maybe they were just having an off day) :-)

Beau terrain avec patio mais très dispendieux pour seulement 2 services. Toilettes et douches auraient besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement. Le matin de notre départ, impossible de vidanger les réservoirs d'eau usées car la station débordait énormément...personnel peu souriant.et on semble les déranger

This was I believe our 6th time at Cardinal KOA, close to Ottawa for a quick getaway and our grandchildren love it there. This time our site was not cleaned, broken water balloons all over, Bar B Q not cleaned, during week limited campers and limited hot water for showers, play structures 3 - 5 yrs need replacing and the pool liner ready to let go. Dog park - dogs could crawl under easily.

The thing I wish was better and faster was the chip stand! The food was cold and we waited and hour and a half for food+ we had no fheese or gravy on our poutine. Not fun!

The kids activities and Canada Day fireworks were great! Unfortunate to not have any on-site sewer connection (which is the norm for every other KOA we've been to). This caused a massive queue of campers needing to use the dump station on Sunday when most people were leaving (it certainly didn't help that the holding tank was full requiring an urgent visit from a local septic pump truck!)

Fellow guests were racist towards us and the bathrooms were not that clean. Hosts were also not very friendly. Black campers matter too!

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately some guests didn’t respect quiet hours which was not appreciated. Also the long line at the dumping station on departure day was uncharacteristic.

We've been to this KOA a few times since 2005 and we always go back. This is a nice campground that is well maintained. Staff is pleasant and there's tons of activities to enjoy. Definitely a must to visit once a year for us.

Our kids had a great time!! The site was clean and tidy, staff were always helpful. The negatives would just be general upkeep items. The pool liner kept coming out and water would get trapped under the liner, the large inflatable water slide was out of order(due to Covid, yet everything else opened). During checkout the sewage tank was full and had to be pumped out causing 2 hr delays.

Wish they had firewood for sale for after office hours arrivals. The pre connected dump station hose was awesome. First time I’ve come across that. Made emptying tanks super easy!

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
