Kids love summing. Went right when pool opened up.The kids did not like to water. Water was cloudy, slimy and another kids pulled out a pile of hair which was at bottom of pool.There was no cleaning done prior to pool opening at 10am Kids did not want to go back into pool as they said the water felt gross and we didn't return to swimming This is a major let down Multiple clean time a day needed.

We loved our site and where it was but we had so many problems with house flies. We didn't have that on our other sites, so we wondered if it was the sand or grass???

Great park for kids! I would give you 5 stars if you didn’t charge so much for a honey wagon pump out! I paid for a full service site that i find out doesn’t have sewer at any of the sites and you charge $14 for a honey wagon pump out… what! … the honey wagon should be free, at least one pump out free!!! And the line up leaving the park is huge because everybody needs to pump out on the wa

My 1st time at KOA. Your sites are well maintained, your staff are friendly. We were there for 4 days to spend time as a family. Your campground is not accessible. I am in an electric wheelchair so I can't manage stairs. It meant I needed help to use the washroom. I could not shower or visit your store. I'm upset that in 2022 your "family" campground has zero wheelchair access and I won't be back.

Overpriced for transient travel. If you are interested in a "resort" experience this might fit the bill.

The campground was clean and very easy to get a trailer into the bathrooms were clean and always stocked with toilet paper and paper towel the front desk staff and all the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful we will stay there again in the future.

Our grand kids had a blast during our stay. The only downside is not having sewer. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was just a one night stop over on our way home from Newfoundland. Pleasantly surprised by the quality, care, friendliness and cleanliness of the well-maintained campground. Outstanding! Enjoyed the mini-golf course (18 holes) and ease of access to our campsite (47' truck/RV trailer). Thank you!

Clean and friendly campground with so many activities for children. My grandson never stopped smiling! He ran from the giant water slide to the play structure and then to the splash pad and pool. The staff were all very helpful. One suggestion would be to post the days for the water slide and bubble drop and the chip wagon and pizza on the website so families can better plan their stay.

We stayed a couple of days with two children aged 6 and 3. They enjoyed all the campground amenities like the pirate playground, pool, splash pad and mini putt. Also the foam pit and crafts. Nice quiet campground for sleeping, and very clean. Friendly staff. The only recommendation I would give is if there were handrails on the steps leading into the pool. We will come again!

It would be helpful if the pool depth was advertised more clearly and perhaps include some signage to indicate no jumping or diving due to shallow water. My son was unaware the pool had no deep end and really hurt his foot when he jumped in the pool.

Couldn’t accommodate us for 2nd night on booked site so arranged to stay at a different site—wasn’t told it would be more expensive. Put through a charge for the honey wagon (cancelled 5 mins later when we realized we didn’t need) and did not refund.

Your fees are high enough that the extras such as mini putt and go karts should be included in the fee. We noticed that you campground was nearly empty during our stay which is very unusual for this time of year. I can't help but think that your fees are keeping people away. Generally, we like your campground as we have grandchildren and there's lots to do at your site. Your staff are good.

Quiet and clean location. Internet signal is very poor. Little to no TV reception. Poor cell phone reception. If you want to get away from technology for a few days, this KOA is great. Nothing special about the site itself and unlike almost all other KOAs there is no sewer hookup. Worth about half of what we paid but got a good night sleep.

My family loved it at KOA lots of stuff for all ages to do ! we had our grandkids and the ages run from 1 1/2 ,2,5 and 8 they all enjoyed the stay and so did we . The pool was fantastic all one depth across and clean ! Washrooms we’re very clean. They stay was fanatic we are looking forward to coming and staying again!

Nice facilities in a peaceful setting. Lots of activities for the kids which were located away from our camp so not bothersome at all.

Was not impressed that there was no Garbage pickup. Plus the office and pool entrances were not Handicap accessible. Office Entrance didn’t have a handrail to help get in and out of office as there is a big step down. Pool doesn’t have handrails to assist people on the steps getting in and out of the pool.

Hello! We come annually to Cardinal for a few years now. We did notice that there were fewer planned activities, less ice cream socials, no 50/50 while we were there, and although staff was friendly, wasn't the same bubbly, excited to see you environment that we have come to love. 1 tip: rinse the kids off before they go down the inflatable slide with a garden hose. Keeps it cleaner.

It is very clean and has a lot to do for young kids. But there is too much extra costs - mini putt- ice cream- late checkout which other KOA’s do not charge for. The pool is nice and big but the baseball field is non existent- which was sad for my son. The water slide should be available longer so the wait isn’t so long- we ended up not waiting. The staff was very friendly.

Great staff, good amenities (clean bathrooms, clean sites), good shade from mature trees - good size lots too for 33 foot camper - fun movie night, pirate themed adventures. Lots of families, kids enjoying. Would recommend they don't heat the pool when its 40C outside, and water was cloudy which was unfortunate but still that's the only constructive feedback

Stayed August 5th and 6th. Positively the best stay over between PEI, NB, NS, and Quebec. Park is clean, quiet, and well managed. A safe haven for all.

To many rules. States free wi-fi but during my 3 day stay I was not able to connect not even once. They had a 1 hour water slide event for kids and the water was disgustingly dirty, it was brown yuck!!!

This park is amazing I highly recommend going and plan on staying for a few days or longer , I was there with 6 kids ages 3 to 13 who didn’t once complain of being bored they wanted to stay more … we stayed 4 nights if not for work we would’ve stayed more It was magical Will definitely go back !!!

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
