We chose the park for the pool. We had hoped the pool would be significantly warmer, it was too cold to use. If it was warmer (85) we would be back. .Otherwise the park was nice and staff friendly.

The young girls who run the events for the kids have terrible attitudes and could be heard complaining about work they had to do instead of helping any kids. Acted like they didn't want to be doing any of it. Kids look forward to the events and was a bummer to have teenagers woth bad attitudes that didn't care about the kids time.

We had a VERY great first stay. Here are some things that would’ve made the stay even more perfect: not emptying black water right beside the pool; not running out of fries at the chip stand. We waited over an hour to NOT get our food; a little more supervision to ensure rules are followed (no 10-12 yo on small climbers, the buggies were everywhere).

Les acitivites sont super! La piscine bien chauffé, la toile a besoin de reparation. Trouver des pierres precieuses bien apprecie mais $. Activites vises pour enfants de 8 ans et moins. Ajouter egout et de l'eau a la station de vidange. Idealement, ajouter une tstaion de vidange.

Overall our week was good. We did find the site not as clean as we expected or experienced last year, example the BBQ had not been cleaned properly from the off season as well as the chairs and patio were quite dirty in our arrival.

Très propre, beau terrain. Certaines installations pour enfants sont vieilles et auraient besoin de réparation. ( parc jeu enfant - de 5 ans) Nous y retournerons

Our kids loved the pool and the play structures. The carts were also such a hit! We will be back next year!

We have stayed at this camp ground at least once a year and something has definitely changed. a. Grass was not cut at sites. b. Pool falling apart, over capacity c. Other swimmers open alcohol in pool, side of pool, leaving garbage all over d. Bathrooms not checked on e. Random dinner charged to my site (has been fixed waiting on refund) f. Emptying black waster during dinner prep and eating

It was a peaceful place. Great place to just sit back and relax. The staff were wonderful and we also had fireworks the first night. If I had kids with me it would have been a lot better. Lots of things for them to do as well.

We knew the campground before the change of management and we loved it!! But week-end with the new owners: pool broken and dirty-fillty, guests were eating and drink (beer or cocktail) in the pool area, rule not enforce - kids jumping over adults (we have three of our own, safety was an issue) Fries-1h30 wait after order - no supplies send back without our order. Poor communication

Stay was great, however we had an extremely small lot. We are frequent campers, and can honestly say we have never had such a small space before. The pool and kids playgrounds were great, however at night we kept getting asked by the staff if we were smoking marijuana, and I can assure you that we do not smoke anything or any kind not even cigarettes, however they kept asking which was annoying

We stayed from Monday - Friday. We enjoyed being the only unit in our row - I know this will change with the summer season coming but it was very nice to have the wide open space! Enjoyed the pool and relaxing outside. Appreciate the wifi for keeping in touch with family and friends. The bathhouse was clean and tidy and everything looked fresh and new. Loved the campers on the shower curtain.

It was quiet and restful since the camp was relatively empty. Had a safe and fun 30 mile bike ride in the countryside. Many amenities for families.

It was extremely enjoyable and peaceful. The amenities that are offered are truly second to none. The staff were professional and polite in every way possible. Keep up the great work!

Had a great camping weekend with friends. Surprised not to see the new owners, but the young staff were very friendly. One of the maintenance guys pumping out my trailer was extremely friendly when we were leaving! Hope to be back soon!

This is the most expensive camping site we have booked so far. My rating of this campground is relative to the price we paid at $99 a night, I expect above average for the price. Although the Camping offers extensive services and the cleanliness is irreproachable, the sites are tight and the Wi-Fi was non-usable. I think $65 a night would be fair. We would be back at 65$ a night.

alot of people walking around with alcohol.grass was very long.pool was freezing.wood was extremly expensive.loud radios at 11.00 pm.kids running around with axes cutting tree branches off trees.

Had a great time. Kids loved it! It’s primarily for kids and families. Definitely expensive for camping and not private sites but all the activities make it worth it.

Everything was perfect except the pool. For being a heated pool it was still really cold. Perhaps a hot tub could solve that problem.

The park was clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms and showers were espcially well taken care of, updated and a pleasure to use. My only complaint ( at $148 per night), is the extra charge for mini golf and the bikes.

Very nice campground the big drawback is the price we thought it was very expensive seeing it doesn’t have sewer hookup it was clean and well run we normally pay around 65$ for full hookup int the GTA

All new staff this year. They're all students on the weekends and were trying very hard and had only been there for a couple of weeks. They need more training, they needed more managerial support. They needed help. Manager did com out to the pizza shack but did not help and left them with a mess and frustrated campers. I hope this koa doesn't go downhill with new owners.

We stayed last year and this first stay was different from the last stay. The activity for the carnival was very poor the people who were driving the cart were going fast. There was poop in the dog park and some part were broken and dangerous our patio site a lot of the stone were broken. Did not have a good feeling. Hopefully the next trip will be better.

There are new owners and it no longer feels like a family environment. Very little structure, staff was busy riding around drinking slushies instead of handling what needed to be done. Some waited hours for wood and the food wad not very good. I guess thats what happens when teenagers are left in charge. Overpriced for what this KOA has become.

Everything was excellent. Staff shortages threw a bit of wrench in planned activities. However, the campground was spotless, amenities were excellent and staff were very friendly.

Kids had a great weekend ! "Heated pool" could have been much warmer, friendliness of staff could also be upped a level... Activities were a little disorganized but the kids still had a blast and enjoyed the endless candy and treats from the carnival ! hoping the foam pit and waterslide open this year ! Good luck to the new owners and staff, all good !

Very disappointed this trip. To only find it was under new management. We had campers across from us loud music and constant swearing and belittling their children. No sign of any employee or owner driving around making sure things were running smoothly I have been going to this campground for many years chances are we won’t be returning

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
