Seasonal Great for kids, not so much for adults. The facility has everything you need and is well kept. Needing a common room for rainy day activities however we were blessed with a good season weather wise. Staff generally very responsive...just wish septic for seasonal was better

Our 4th time back for Thanksgiving weekend/Hallowe'en. It's not the same as it used to be. The Haunted House is no long the amazing attraction is was up until last year. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate either. It was pretty cold and rainy. Very surprised how few campers there were this year. Park wasn't even half full. KOA promised "thanksgiving dinner" but it wasn't even open.

Quality has gone way way down. Severe lack of organization. Didn't see a single adult staff member the whole weekend. Teens did their best, but overall experience fell far short of previous years. Prices have also all gone up substantially. Thanksgiving dinner was a joke. $10/plate ($40 total) for mushy veg, lumpy mashed, 2 tiny, dry pieces of turkey. Looks like we need to find a new Campground.

Love going for the Halloween themed event end-Sept every year. New ownership have really jacked up the prices this year though, I'm not sure that the value proposition lines up anymore. I must not be the only one; these weekends are usually sold out and there were many vacant lots this year. Too bad, it's more fun with more people!

First time and how wonderful. Thank you so much for the campers who decorated their sites. Well Done !!!!! The staff were great and so welcoming and accommodating. The bouncy pillow was a great hit with the Grandkids. Janet Foley

The Halloween weekend was great! There was lots to do but not over scheduled. The kids had a ton of fun. It was our first time but we will be back a few times next year.

Wish I didn't have to rake up all pine cones but other then that stay was amazing! Had a fabulous time!!! Haunted Maze was awesome!!!

Campground was nice and quiet - we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend adding lighting by the bathroom doors - they were a little difficult to find the right gender in the dark. The hosts were friendly. There is road noise from the nearby roadway, but there isn't anything that can be done about that. We had a nice stay.

2 night stay during Halloween weekend. We had a wonderful time. Our 6 yr old son enjoyed all the activites but most particularly the haunted maze and pumpkin walk. Almost all sites decorated for the occasion too! Being able to charge purchases directly to campsite was very convenient Staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout and dumping were quick and hassle free.

Very friendly staff. For the price we will never go back again. Halloween used to be fun there, now they have cut down on activities and you pay 5.00 for a pumpkin to enter contest and even if you win, the prize is a dollar chocolate bar. What happened to the old KOA where you had fun all day and the prizes made you want to enter the contests and go through all the trouble to decorate.

The campsite was clean and very well setup, however the toddler's play structure is in very bad shape, in my opinion it requires a total re-build since it can allow damage to an infant. Carp covering openings on the mesh is not a way to fix/protect the structure, the roof is broken and sagging, therefore it is water sitting in there and leaking. making the area wet and messy for the kids.

We had a great stay. It would be nice to see the coveted soft play area fixed properly. It’s also too bad the pool isn’t heated all season like at ivy lea. Lots of nice days in sept still. The kids loved the trick or treating and costume parade, Halloween walk and dark maze. Annual trip with all our friends

We went for the Halloween weekend - it has become our new yearly tradition. They have lots of activities planned for the kids and the haunted house/dark maze was so much fun, well done! We plan to do it every year (along with other weekends at Cardinal KOA)!

Not enough things for pre-teen, teen population. Very targeted towards young children/families. Many things (go carts, etc.) were an added charge and not well organized.

Les activités célébrant l'Halloween cette fin de semaine de septembre ont été très appréciées. Bravo aux organisateurs mais aussi à tous les clients qui se sont prêtés au jeu! Les enfants semblaient s'amuser à fou de joie. L'activité fut un beau compromis considérant que la piscine était fermée pour la saison. J'ai manqué la salle d'horreur mais ça semblait très très bien!

Halloween weekend was great. The haunted maze was fun, less scary than other years which made it better for kids. Pumpkin walk was also very good. It would be nice if they left that path open during the rest of the year. Appreciate having 2 pumping stations open at checkout, makes it much faster to leave. Very disappointed they didn't honour my KOA points discount, that was the only hiccup.

My kids really enjoyed the Halloween weekend and in particular the haunted house this year. We will be back next year for sure.

Not a great park. No sewers it’s in the middle of nowhere. Staff didn’t have a lot of answers to our questions. We will not stay there again

Nice people, lovely area but when spots are smaller than some other KOAs, why not spread us out a bit more? We stayed in Mid-Sept and we’re placed right next to another when we could have been spread out.

Bien que le terrain est beau avec les arbres, le service à la clientèle a été insatisfaisant. Avait fermé les piscines... aucune compensation. Aucun intérêt. De notre périple de 3 semaines, visitant plus de 5 KOA, c'est le seul qui n'avait que 2 services à offrir et c'est celui qui nous a coûté le plus cher. De plus, le service de 'dumping' des égouts n'était pas offert le jour de not

The service at thé reception was not good the girl working on monday septembre 11 was not very helpful. Also it was the more expensive KOA of all our trip we did (six) And with only 2 services. The only positive remarks on your site was the beauty of the site with the big tree

I know that there is new ownership. It would be nice if some of the staff were more friendly with the campers. We appreciate getting to know the staff as we like to camp here often. It’s always nice to see a familiar friendly face.

Too many people very load, a lot of noise, you can see and hear neighbours. The time for water slides is too short and water in the pool was too cold. Overall the parc is clean and well kept.

Malheureusement nous n’avions aucune connexion internet wifi. Très chaotique pour le déversement des égouts. Only one dumping station. Notre site était très difficile d’accès. Heureusement qu’on a pu en avoir un autre.

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
