We had a great time! Tons of activities for the kids I love that you can charge things to the room vs having to carry cash or credit, so convenient Clean site. We plan on returning next year

We usually quite enjoy staying at KOA's, but disappointed with our last stay. Prices have substancially increased and nothing to show for it and its juste a 2 service campground. Halloween week-end events quality was reduced. People in our area were partying for 1/2 the night and no did anything about loud noises and the extensive pot smells. For $100/night, its very unlikely that we will return.

Was very well organized. Site was easy to get in and get out of. Staff was very polite and professional. Kids activities were very well organized. Already reached out to two friends of ours to get together here next year for the Halloween weekend.

Some confusion at check in and again at checkout. I was sent a closing receipt meant for site B07 , new owners are working the kinks out I am sure that next year I will once again give it a 10

The cabins were very clean, great comfortable bed, that's important for a great nights sleep. Well stocked for cabins, clean towels etc. We enjoyed our stay, THANK YOU Friendly staff too!

Overpriced for off season. Was the most expensive KOA we have stayed in our entire trip east. 69.00 No sewer at site. Parked in a playground field.

the site was great, however, we bought wood at the office and we were told it would be delivered to our site. we left for dinner and came back to have a fire and there was no wood left at our site. the office was closed at this point so we could not ask to get our wood.

Nice large and level sites close to the 401. Its about a 50 min drive into Ottawa, 15-20 min to local restaurants.

With a change of owners, this KOA has gone downhill. We stayed from Thurs Aug 8th to 11th. Was a promotion for KOA members that if you paid Friday night then Saturday night was free. Wouldn't honor this for us because we checked in on Thursday. Secondly, office hours of 10 to 6 are ridiculous for a campground. Impossible to check in, get firewood, and order food. Pool not clean and chemicals off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 Grandsons. Looking forward to returning next season.

I don't know if they were short staffed but in terms of cleaning, it was lacking in some parts. (Pool, women's bathroom, play structures). New owners and I think they are still getting the hang of it. The chip truck wasn't open so we had to scramble to make dinner. Good thing we had extra food for that evening.

Loved the site. The K9 was excellent. Only complaint was toilets ran out of toilet paper.

Nous avons apprécié, le terrain est propre et bien entretenu, le service était très bien. Très bel endroit pour les enfants, les structures en place sont bien et les activités en extra sont très bien faites. Bravo à vous tous!

Stay was great. Amenities and activities were fun. Enjoyed waterslide, fireworks, mini golf, jumping pillow, pool/ splash pad etc etc. Campsite was large with nice grassy area, and free pump out mid-stay was nice. My one complaint would be the store hours. Once the store is closed all the activities shut down, which some nights was 6 pm. Too early for most, and hard to get any info or do sign ups

Great stay with lots to do for the kids. The enclosed little kids playground at the front is showing wear and tear and is in need of repairs. Overall our family had a great time.

This year the bathrooms were out of toilet paper twice. Just to note to improve. Suggest the water slide be open longer than an hour.

Nice clean park, staff are really friendly. Only recommendation is to have a staff in the pool and playground area. There are so many kids of ages 3 to 15 playing and the older kids play in in the little kids structures, and act very dangerously on the equipment, it is a matter of time before there is a serious injury.

The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful to answer any questions that we had. Childrens activities were plentiful, pool warm and just ideal for a family vacation.

Kids had a great time. Kids programming was fantastic. Was disappointed by the lack of safety measures on the jumping pillows. Many kids not respecting the posted rules. Washrooms ran out of toilet paper several times. Store often closed early/opened late on a very busy weekend.

The pool was not as warm as it usually is - twice we got out because we were cold. There were a group of teens who were tormenting the younger kids at the pirate playground (stepping on fingers) and, later, climbing on the equipment in the dog park. I reported to the staff who spoke with the kids but the kids remained. Many young kids in the dog park also (age limit not enforced).

Le KOA Cardinal est un camping avec 2 services seulement. Ce camping est également l'un des plus dispendieux que nous nous sommes arrêté soit 105$ la nuit pour un terrain régulier pour seulement 2 services. Aucune surveillance n'est effectuée et aucun règlement n'est appliqué. Les chiens jappent en tous temps et ce à partir de 7h am. Leur Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas. N'allez pas à ce campin

We had such an amazing time. The first night we were in a tent but unfortunately we had a big rainstorm and our tent flooded. The staff was awesome and let us stay in a cabin at no extra cost because of the great customer service we end up staying an extra night. Lots of entertainment for the children, very clean! Well organized activities for the children!

The cabin was super clean, amenities were in great condition. Kids had a blast doing the activities and playing on the play structure and big bouncer.

The place is nice, friendly staff, great for kids. However, they have these tricycle things for kids and they allow them to drive them on the roads within the camp. The bikes sit extremely low to the ground and can be hard to see them if you are in a larger vehicle (like a pick up or an RV) it just seemed really dangerous to me and put me on edge. There was a lot of kids there that weekend so maybe it's not always like that
