Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Regular site reservations require: 1 days reservation, One night deposit, $20.00 to cancel with 48 hours or more notice, you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date;

Site reservations for long weekends require: 3 days reservation, One night deposit, $25.00 to cancel with 7 days or more notice, you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date;

Regular Kabin reservations require: 2 days reservation, One night deposit, $25.00 to cancel with 7 days or more notice,  you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date;

Kabin reservations for long weekends require: 3 days reservation, One night deposit, $50.00 to cancel with 14 days or more notice; you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date;

Regular Lodge reservations require: 2 days reservation, One night deposit, $50.00 to cancel with 14 days or more notice; you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date;

Lodge reservations for long weekends require: 3 days reservation One night deposit, $100 to cancel with 21 days or more notice; you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 21 days of the arrival date;

Notice: No shows on day of arrival will have to pay the full amount of the stay.  No refund for early departure.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
