We had a very nice site (#3) but a section of the trailer pad was out of level, forcing us to set up away from the best spot and closer to the road.

Perfect location, extremely clean and very cosy, great bathroom facilities. The only downside was significant noise from the road. Otherwise, all perfect.

Have been staying at KOA every year for over 10 years. Have utilized trailer sites and cabins. Love the easy access to the river, bike path, 4x4 trails. Great place to chill!

Very nice stay, with beautiful setting by river. Road is kind of loud though, so the river is nice to drown some of the car noise out. Very nice hosts as well!

The toilets and showers are clean and neat. The campsites are varied. Close to the road it's really loud & not very idyllic, a few campsites right next to the river are nicer (but still get quite some noise from the road). The tent patches are even and nice, all sites come with picnic table and fireplace which is nice. Our tent pad seemed to have been under a tree popular among big birds...

Location is awesome � we can hike the “Bells” or “Bute” great golf close by !! Incredible street tacos in town ! Yes we’ve been here before and hopefully be back again. Some days it’s just nice to relax by the river and look at Mt Sopris

Wonderful, relaxing, spent the week by myself. Much needed as my 86 year old mother lives with me and as a hairdresser I'm around people all day. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. Hopefully coming back with a few friends next year. Love the sites on the river. Thank you and be sure to thank the staff.

The staff at the BRB was very friendly, helpful and interested when I shared my history with the BRB. My parents owned the BRB from 1970-1977. My dad worked very hard, making improvements to the resort. The staff encouraged me to send them old photos from that time period. I will follow through. Thanks again!

Very lovely stay! We particularly enjoyed the trees and shade around our site (20) and the spacious patio. We loved the dog park and clean restrooms too! It was a little tricky to navigate the campground upon check in and check out but that’s worth it for the trees!

Very nice little KOA campground between Carbondale and Redstone, gravel pads, most sites with shade, big grassy dog run, situated in a canyon so the sun rises late and sets early, great staff, clean restrooms, quiet, well-mannered campers...we would have liked to come back a couple of weeks later, but the campground was booked solid!

The process for getting our cabin was smooth and the person we spoke to was kind and very helpful! We had a wonderful stay in our cabin and it was clean and well organized. Peggy, in the office was kind, personable and delightful. We spoke to the cleaning staff when they were cleaning a cabin next to us and witnessed their care and attention to detail! Thank you.

It was great and the owners/staff were very helpful. The only thing that we had a challenge with was the bed. It is very firm and not used to it, but better than sleeping on the ground in a tent. All the necessary amenities were provided. Cabin was extremely clean, no spider webs, dust, etc. better than many hotels I have stayed in

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
