I did tent camping and I paid for a site with water and the water was not working ( it was covered and closed off), and the bathrooms by me were closed for the season and I was not told of either of those issues. However, the staff was pleasant, the facilities were clean.

Really impressed with the Canton KOA. I just stayed a night during a road trip and was blown away with all the amenities. It really is a resort and I loved the BBQ smoking smell when passing by the restaurant. I plan to go back there in the future with my family and look forward to taking part in all the activities!

We arrived right at 6pm. The girl at the registration sold us ice. I asked and was told where to go if severe weather occurred because it was a possibility. Tent pad is not sand it's a gravel type pad. Our canopy was pulled out of the ground and thrown by the wind while we went to get a bite to eat. Because the threat of severe weather we packed up and left. We found a great hotel near by.

I can only speak for tent sites, but some more trees would be nice. The bathrooms were clean and the campground clean.

This is our first stay with our tent. The area was nice. The big no for us was the tent pad material. The website says it is sand, but it is actually crushed granite, with a lot of large, sharp rocks, this is very damaging to a tent floor even with a thick ground tarp. We could not walk inside our tent without shoes due to the sharp rocks. These spaces are in full sun, so be aware of that.

Tent stay area felt unsafe, really close to the road. The sand area described on site is actually really sharp rocks. Brand new tent scuffed up, should have brought a tarp. Rock/dirt roads turned to soup with rain. Long term residents let dogs run freely don't pick up after. Dog friendly but couldn't take pup into shower to wash off poop she stepped in 15 minutes into the trip. Nice staff though.

The camper next to us was loud from midnight until 1:30 am.

We occupied one of only three tent spots during our stay. Amenities were as described. Bathrooms cool and clean. Even though we stayed in October, it was fairly hot and there was little/no shade. There were a few guests with teenagers who were loud at night even past the designated quiet time. Noise from the highway/road was also noticeable. In spite of small hiccups, we enjoyed our stay!

My only complaint is that the sprinklers went off one night while we were camping at the tent site. All our stuff was drenched and we wished we had had a heads up or the sprinkler system could have been turned off during the stay.

We were there for a few days and we were very happy with the campsite, clean bathrooms and the staff at the general store.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
