Owner was on site at 7:15 pm Saturday. Courteous checkin. Clientele was polite. Very good.

When I made the reservation, I told the person I was talking to, I am reserving one night but may be staying more nights to which he that would be no problem. On check-in, I asked for a second night. When ask why the higher charge, was told the discount only cover the first night. Checking the web site, I was told it should cover all nights. Will double check before doing again.

Bathrooms need work as seemingly all of the toilets tilt sideways are backwards; very unsteady. Left our small grill behind as the ants took it over and there were no fire pits to dump the ashes in so we could rinse them off. Ants were everywhere.

We had a great time at this KOA. Unfortunately we were only here overnight. The place was nicely kept. Even concrete pads and BONUS there is a restaurant on-site (but they close at 8pm) that serves BBQ and brews! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100 percent.

The sites are about the nicest for a KOA that we have stayed at. We have been travelling for a little over over 8 weeks and have have stayed at around 10 different KOAs on this trip.

Love this KOA!! So clean and staff friendly. We loved how the whole place felt like a western town atmosphere. We will be coming back for weekend trips as it is close to our home town.

Great place to stay with the kids! We had our RV and had no issues regarding space. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the games and playground. Will definitely be back!

Clean & neat campground. My wife loved watching the ducks & ducklings. The cut thru the concrete to the back pond was unique. Would stay at this KOA again. Main drawback was the lack of shade on the sites.

At check-in the girls were very nice and helpful. It’s always a good experience at this campground. The property is always very well-maintained and clean.

I was arriving about 8pm so I called ahead to verify late check in procedures. The lady told me it was not a problem she would leave my information in the "box" next to the front door and it would have everything I needed to find my spot. Upon arrival there was no information under my name in the box. I call the phone numbers listed and got no answer. After waiting an hour someone show up.

Without notice, the park began putting new RV spots on my street, Lot 69. For 2 months the noise and the dust were horrible. However, other than that, it's a very nice park, with a laindry and a pool. Everyone that works at the park is very nice also.

We love this park. The yards are huge in comparison to other places we stayed in the last three months. The people here and at the brew pub are fantastic. This has become our favorite park we have stayed at. We could have gone to one closer to our friends and family, but we like this park better. Also our dog LOVES visiting the cows on the other side of the fence during his morning walks.

The KOA-Canton, TX is one of the best KOAs we've ever stayed at! We enjoyed the level cement driveway which made set-up easy. The Kamp K-9 was well loved by our dogs. The bath house was very clean. The location is great. We'd definitely recommend!!!

sites are concrete pads that are pretty level. large pond with plenty of grassy area.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
