What a great, quiet place to stay when visiting Canton. This was our second year in a row to stay here in the available cabins, They are clean and just the right size for a few nights. They have plenty of open space for kids to explore and the pool was even open this year for them to swim! Can’t wait to head back next year!

The cabin that we stayed in was far above what we expected. Very nice. Also the restaurant on the premises had great food, great service and excellent craft beers. It was a wonderful place to stay to see the Solar Eclipse! The best KOA that we have ever been to! Mike

We stayed in one of the cabins, which was very nice & clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a good restaurant & brewpub on site.

Everything was completely amazing. Very clean, very quiet. Perfect. If I could make 2 suggestions—first-maybe a mirror in the bedroom so two people can use a mirror at the same time. Our only other issue was the WiFi. It really didn’t work. I know there may be some logistics for that I just wanted to share that as our biggest issue. Other than that it was 10/10

The cabin was big and very clean, so a good rating on that! The weird thing is that there was only one end table and a cedar chest to put stuff on in the bedroom…and no table in the bathroom…the sink doesn’t have a surface you can set even your toothbrush on. And there were no chairs at all to sit on in the bedroom or living room! That was the weirdest thing of all!! And no utensils in kitc

RV was nice. Reserved online with pets and upon arrival was told I owed another $50 for pet cleaning fee. Wont stay there again. Employees were nice but they need to put pet cleaning fee in the online reservation.

This park clean and the staff was very friendly. It was easy to navigate. I would recommend this campground as one of our favorite location to date.

We always enjoy our stay at the Canton KOA. We have stayed in the cabins and RV park. I wish the cabins had television with local cable. Our cabin this stay did have a small tv in the bedroom but not in the main living room. It was a smart TV so you needed to have streaming accounts which I do not have.

Where you drive up, the stones were all messed up, the bunk beds were very dusty, not enough creamer, the sugar oacjwts felt old and like they may have been wet in the past, the front door windows has no cover so light is bright, couldn't sleep past daylight hours, and there should be televisions, they are cheap these days. Will likely not stay here again, we can get air b&b cheaper.

Great place to escape to. Cabins were comfortable and clean. The barn wedding venue was just perfect and easy to get to from anywhere on the property.

Very cool camp site with lots of things to do. The owners were so kind, down to earth and friendly. Very nice place to stay. We will be returning for another stay.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Great barbecue restaurant on site that was very convenient for us. Fun activities too but we didn’t have time to use them.

We loved the cabin and the view. The only problem we had was the internet connection was not good and only one very small TV in the bedroom. We had no directions on how to connect the channels. But we like the camp and will be back again.

Good accomodations however outer light shines right into clear glass door & bedside lamp needs repaired or replaced - can’t turn it on … otherwise it looked good & was comfortable!

I wish we had sheets and blanket for couch bed. If I had known there was no tv ( my fault for not reading) I wouldn't have spent 200$ a night . We loved the cabin besides those issues.

Excellent KOA. Great place and exceptionally clean. Location is perfect. Keep the price and I’ll keep staying. Been here numerous times because of all of the above. . Can’t beat it.

I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 because there always seems to be some kind of issue every time we stay there. Not anything that would make me decide not to stay there though. This time, the door knob didn’t work properly and it took forever to get into our cabin. It never got fixed; instead we found our door unlocked when we returned in the evening. Cabins need more maintenance. Squeeky doors etc

Disappointed in cabin plumbing and general upkeep. Hole in door of bathroom. No plates, cups or plastic ware. Stayed 9 days but no replenishment of towels or trash bags.

Beautiful campgrounds, "cabin" info is misleading. I got a deluxe cabin, full bath/shower. Didn't realize I was getting a tiny home with a loft bed & steep ladder/stairs to get up & down. Ended up sleeping 2 adults crammed on a "sleeper futon" (worse than a pull-out couch matress). No instructions on working the window AC unit. No tub as described. Just a shower stall in a tiny bathroom.

Loved every minute of it. The bed was comfy. Liked the full size fridge and table to eat at. Was a little disappointed there was no full-length mirror. Only because we were there for a wedding and when you dress up you like to see the whole outfit full size.

We enjoy staying at the Silver Spur Canton KOA. We have stayed there multiple times since they opened. We love the convenience of the restaurant onsite. The option for campers/rv’s or cabins is very nice. The only negative comment I have is the perimeter road around the grounds is gravel. Please grade it periodically or haul in more gravel to fill the holes. I do not expect it to be concr

We didn’t read the cabin description well enough when we booked. The manager was very responsive when we needed the key code upon checking in. We will give this campground another chance.

We love staying at the Canton, TX KOA. It’s the nicest in the area. It has a beautiful pool and a delicious BBQ Restaurant on the grounds! The Cabins are new and very clean!

It was amazing- we stayed in one of the cabins. VERY clean campground, nice and quiet. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Playground was great and there is an escape room and a restaurant (brew and smokehouse on site). Loved it

We really love the rental RV. Location and space are perfect. We just wished the the pool was still open since it was just after Columbus day. We didn't know that most of the area stores and restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday. We'll take note of that next time also.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
