The cabin was perfect. Neat, clean. The bed and couch were comfy. The shower's water pressure was incredible. The outdoor surroundings were scenic and peaceful with a nice walking pathway. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cabin was really nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is no tv which wasn’t a bag deal. The cabin we were in (#12) had no internet service and the cell service was not available either, the latter not KOA problem. We were there during a time that night temperature dropped to 40 degrees and the heat was not operational and got down to 62 degrees inside the cabin.

We came in for a wedding and found our cabin to be just what we needed. Comfy bed. Coffee for the morning. Hot shower. Nice deck with view of the pond. Fire pit. Staff was very helpful at check in. We really enjoyed the stay

Came for a wedding, stayed in the tiny cabin home. Perfect for the night, do wish the bathroom barn door was a little more covering, but it was fine

I love to stay at the Canton KOA and always request The Coop; it's the perfect size for me and comfort for me. On this trip, The Coop was unavailable due to maintenance so the staff moved me to a larger cabin for the same nightly fee, C08 The Cozy Cabin, which much larger and surprisingly, just as cozy and comfortable feeling as The Coop but with much better views. Thank you! See you next trip!

The stay WAS awesome. It was quiet and beautiful. We had just come from a bad La Quinta experience in Albuquerque I'm sure you've all done that and we thought what the heck let's try a KOA cabin and we're glad we did. It's the first thing we look at now, I wish there were more of them.

Disappointed in the amenities in our cabin. No cups, dishes. Couch uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable. Overpriced for what was provided. Location was good. Parking right next to cabin was nice.

The cabin was very nice the beds were super comfortable. The overall facilities were clean and well maintained. The only suggestion that I would have is that for a deluxe cabin a TV would have been nice to have. I have stayed in basic camping cabins at other KOAs that have TVs. Other than that overall great experience

There were a lot of Pros and Cons with our stay. The grounds were very well maintained and the KOA had a lot to offer. However, the staff needs to work on their communication skills. Sometimes how you word something makes all the difference. Also, the staff did not know you had a dog park or community fire pits so the training could use some improvement.

We love the KOA in Canton!!! The cabins are great, beds are comfy, lots of activities to do, beautiful surroundings, nice staff and a great restaurant (when open)! We love that you are dog friendly too!

Arrived late, checked in, went to cabin only to discover it had not been cleaned. Was given a different cabin but did not have the same set up iwth sleeping. While it was really nice to have the ammenities it was disappointing. However, will definitely return---well worth the price! And things happen--

We stayed in Big Hoss. It was very nice. Clean and big enough for our family of 6. The people who work there are always nice and quick to help.

It was very nice for a girls weekend. The only thing is the futon bed the springs were broken and bed was very uncomfortable and did advise the front office. But overall it was nice and clean.

Had a nice stay. Could have used heavier and more blankets. Little skimpy on the bedding. Tub ring was gross as there’s a constant drip - leaving mineral deposits. We were comfortable and everything was clean. We were not made aware that the restaurant would be closed. We’re told otherwise. Enjoyed our 2 nite cabin stay.

It was a very nice cabin..loved that the lake was right in our backyard pretty much. It's nice and quiet at night and the bed and pillows are so comfy!! Looking forward to next time we are in the area .

I arrived later in the evening for a 1 night stay in a cabin. Instructions were not completely accurate as to how to access my key so it took me quite a while to figure it out. After hours phone number just rang. It was cold and tired. Once I got into the cabin it was freezing. Took about an hour to warm up so I froze till then. Would have been nice if they had turned on the heat for me.

I would give a 5, but the mattress in the cabin is in very bad condition and needs to be replaced. I had to sleep on the bottom bunk and it wasn’t much better.

The campground is beautiful. The cabins are nice but way overpriced. They are fine for two people and a family of four with kids that like bunk beds, even at that very cramped space. The shower leaked and the coffee pot was crap! The staff was friendly - all young kids. Saw an adult when we checked in but that was it.

Water pressure at tiny hound house was way to high at the time of our stay was almost painful to be under, and an assist rail along stairs would make getting up and down a lot safer,the front front door hinges loose hard to shut front door

We stayed in the Treehouse and had family gather there for our daughter’s birthday party one evening. She had a blast and her guests enjoyed the area for yard games—and thought the treehouse was wonderful. We’d definitely consider this again!!

I understand that the restaurant burned down, however we went to the smokehouse to get food and it was sold out. Our stay last February was great, but this time paying $190 per night in the cabin was not a good deal. Next February we will be seeking other arrangements.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
