It was beautiful and clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the bathrooms and showers are the best we’ve ever seen of the more than 50 places we’ve stayed over the years.

This was our 5th time staying there. However this time the night was very noisy not sure if it is because of the families staying there but we did not get a lot of sleep

our stay was great, We love staying here because of how nice it is. In saying that the woodedn chairs and picnic tables either need to be painted or replaced. It would also be nice if you concreted around all of the hook ups and not just some.

We love staying at Silver Spur. They just need to update the roads some and the internet. The internet is non-existent and the roads in the back are very bumpy.

We love Canton KOA. It is hands down the best KOA. This is our 4th time, and we will always come back! They even have someone who is able to come to your spot and wash your RV/travel trailer. 10/10 recommend them!

Disappointed in cabin plumbing and general upkeep. Hole in door of bathroom. No plates, cups or plastic ware. Stayed 9 days but no replenishment of towels or trash bags.

Beautiful campground, but currently my camper has an electrical problem. I can only work on 110 volt plug-in. First site would not work at all, no one available to fix it. Second site kept circuit breaker going off. Lived that way for 2 days. Breaker should be 20 amp. Only park this trip that would not work right. Park is nice if you can stay on 50 amp! Not parks fault, but someone shouldb

Beautiful campgrounds, "cabin" info is misleading. I got a deluxe cabin, full bath/shower. Didn't realize I was getting a tiny home with a loft bed & steep ladder/stairs to get up & down. Ended up sleeping 2 adults crammed on a "sleeper futon" (worse than a pull-out couch matress). No instructions on working the window AC unit. No tub as described. Just a shower stall in a tiny bathroom.

We just stopped for a night on our way to another destination, and it was perfect. There were things for my boys to do, the chopped beef sandwiches at the on site BBQ restaurant was really good and convenient, and we woke to a beautiful sunrise.

We frequently go to east Texas in the cooler months and have stayed at the Canton KOA several times. Over time we have decided it is the best in the area for us. Great service checking in, sites are easy to get into and out of, it's pretty quiet. The Q & Brew is a good place for a local beer.

Loved every minute of it. The bed was comfy. Liked the full size fridge and table to eat at. Was a little disappointed there was no full-length mirror. Only because we were there for a wedding and when you dress up you like to see the whole outfit full size.

Wish there were more deluxe sites, standard sites are a little narrow, wifi sucks during Trade Days. With all the newer RV's good wifi is a must.

I made a reservation one year ago for our recent stay....walked into your office and told the young man I wanted spot 11 again this year....told me that was no problem...sent an email describing the site....patio area...fire ring...patio furniture....I DID NOT GET THE SPIT I WANTED...GOT A SPOT THAT WASNT LONG ENOUGH FOR BOTH RV AND TRUCK..no patio..none of that...would have left if I could have

We enjoy staying at the Silver Spur Canton KOA. We have stayed there multiple times since they opened. We love the convenience of the restaurant onsite. The option for campers/rv’s or cabins is very nice. The only negative comment I have is the perimeter road around the grounds is gravel. Please grade it periodically or haul in more gravel to fill the holes. I do not expect it to be concr

We stayed a week in our 5th wheel camper. The campground has a lot of entertainment on site. Part of the roads are a little rough where they are not paved and only one washer and dryer was working at the time. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

We didn’t read the cabin description well enough when we booked. The manager was very responsive when we needed the key code upon checking in. We will give this campground another chance.

We love staying at the Canton, TX KOA. It’s the nicest in the area. It has a beautiful pool and a delicious BBQ Restaurant on the grounds! The Cabins are new and very clean!

We really like the location of this KOA, however, there are many improvements that could be made to the park. For me, the biggest is the condition of the roads throughout the park. Spend a little money and repair all of the potholes in the roads. Another issue is the lack of a decent dog run. It is too small to service more than one dog at a time. The staff is outstanding!!

sites are concrete pads that are pretty level. large pond with plenty of grassy area.

I booked the large Conestoga wagon for my family. We got to spend two nights there and had a chance to explore Canton “trade days” that is right down the road. We have been trying to go camping every New Year's Eve for the last few years. The wagon we stayed in was number 1 and is the closest to the bathroom. It had a king size bed and two bunk beds. There was a heater inside, that worked well, even with freezing temperatures at night. We did take extra covers, but all beds had pillows covers and sheets. They also provided towels for 6 ppl. The bathroom was suppose to be only for the wagon guests, and had a code. We did see other people (not staying in the wagons) using the code and going in. Maybe because more ppl were actually using it, they were not maintained clean. There was trash overflowing. We noticed that it was picked up, but it got bad again pretty quickly. We had a great time there. The location of the wagons is in front of the pond, and is separated from the other camping spots. Very pretty. The resort offers many options for family activities and has a restaurant on site.
