1. Your RV is too long for the sites we have available and will not fit.
2. You are towing a vehicle and your total length is too long to fit in the site.
3. The type of RV equipment you have will not fit in the sites that we have available for the type of site you selected. Try another type of site. Ex: 30 AMP Back In --> 30 AMP Pull Through
Check In Time is 2:00 PM MDT for RV and Tent sites.
Check In Time is 3:00 PM, MDT for Camper Cabins and Deluxe Cabins & Lodges.
Early check in may result in additional fees if we are able to accommodate you.
Check Out Time is 11:00 AM MDT. Late check out charges will apply.
We love our pets and know you love yours, too. Pets allowed are dogs and cats only. Please note that we are permitting all breeds of obedient and friendly dogs to our campground at this time. We ask that you be responsible and courteous- pick up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste. Keep your pet on a 6' (or shorter) leash at all times while outside. All pets must be attended at all times. Pets should not be left alone causing them distress. To be fair to all of our campers, anyone arriving at the campground exceeding our pet limit and/or failing to disclose that they have pets may be asked to board their pets or asked to leave without being eligible for a refund. Please be considerate to others and our staff. We ask that you don't put any of us in that situation.
There is a 2 pet maximum for each site except for our pet friendly camper cabins. Our pet friendly camper cabins allow 1 pet only. There are no exceptions.

The KOA National Cancellation Policy applies. Cancellations must be done prior to 4 PM, MDT to qualify.
Cabins and Lodges: You have up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Within the 7 day period you forfeit your entire deposit.
RV & Tent Sites: You have up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Within the 48 hours period you forfeit your entire deposit.

Reservations made for a calendar year must be redeemed within the same calendar year. The reservation cannot be pushed forward to another calendar year.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM MDT to 8:00 AM MDT daily.
Please contact us if you think may arrive after our business hours for instructions. We ask that all tent sites be pitched before our quiet hours at 10 pm, MDT. This is to extend courtesy to other fellow campers. Please make sure that you arrive in enough time to adhere to our quiet hours policy. All late arrivals should check in, at our office, in the morning.
Please contact us if you think may arrive after our business hours for instructions. Late arrivals should plan on having their campsite completely set up by 10 PM MDT. You should plan on arriving earlier to make sure that you have plenty of time to get this done. This is to ensure that all campers are being courteous to their fellow camping neighbors and adhering to our campground's Quiet Time Rules. All late arrivals must check in, at the office, in the morning.
Please note that only 1 vehicle is permitted for each tent site reserved. No trailers are permitted for tent site reservations. For questions, please contact us prior to booking.
Please note that for cabin reservations, we permit one vehicle per cabin. Sorry, cabins cannot accommodate any size trailers or tow behinds. For further questions, please contact us directly.
Please note that our deluxe cabins do not come with dishes or cookware unless stated in the description. Our deluxe studio cabins do not have cooktop ranges. Our outdoor kitchens host cooktop ranges, double sinks for dishes, and other amenities that all of our campers can use. Special cancellation policies exist. Sorry, pets are not allowed in any of our deluxe cabins. Please contact us directly for more information.
For any RV or vehicle that is towing, please be sure to indicate your extended length in the comments section of your booking. If you are towing an additional trailer please contact us for more help. We want to make sure that we can accommodate your equipment. Please note, we do not permit triple towing and do not have overflow parking available.
We want to make sure that you are comfortable in your site. Please write a note in the Comments section of your reservation and let us know if you will be bringing a toy hauler type travel trailer. Some of our sites will not accommodate these due to our area and the beautiful terrain.
During our peak season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, we are available twelve hours each day, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Firewood is available for purchase at our Kamp Store during posted store hours only. If you know you will be late for arrival, you can request for arrangements to be made so you will be able to enjoy a fire at the end of your long, adventurous day. We'd be more than happy to accommodate your request.
Please Note: All campfires are permitted in fire rings/pits only and as weather and conditions permit.

Our campground does not have overflow parking available.
Each site is permitted one vehicle only. All vehicles will need to have a valid campground tag to be displayed.
If you are towing a vehicle behind a motor home, you will want to book your reservation disclosing that you have a tow vehicle by selecting Motor home- Towing in your reservation. Failure to do so may result in our ability to accommodate you.

Our pool is officially open Memorial Day Weekend and is closed for the season Labor Day.
Pool Hours are from 10:00 AM MDT until 8 pm daily unless weather dictates otherwise.
Pool is heated to 80 degrees.
We understand that you may need to receive a package from time to time. Please note the following important information.
For USPS Mail you should use our post office address: PO Box 66, Tropic, Utah 84776. Please note that mail is not physically delivered to our location and you will need to make arrangements to pick up your mail at the post office during their business hours.
UPS & FEDEX Shipments

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages delivered and signed for by our staff. If your shipment does not arrive during your stay, we cannot guarantee that the shipper will forward it to you and we are not in the business to offer mail/shipping services. You will want to check in with the office if you know you have a package delivered.
All visitors must check in at office. All vehicles must have car tags visible. Visitors are permitted to be on the campground from 8:00 AM - 9 PM MDT only. Should visitors stay later additional charges will be incurred by registered camper. Visitors are responsible for following all campground rules.
