Come out to the launch field every morning at 6:30 a.m. and help pilots launch their hot air balloons and you just might be asked to go or a ride! Public parking is available at the baseball complex. Signs will be posted. Visit Panguitch's Historic Downtown on Saturday evening at dusk and witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of balloons glowing up and down Main and Center Streets. Get there early and help pilots inflate their balloons!
Children are welcome to help pilots weigh down the balloon baskets.

"Half Marathon: 6:00A.M. - Starts in Bryce Canyon City - Ends in Cannonville Park. The 1/2 Marathon starts on Hwy 63, Bryce. Start elev. 7,652 ft - Finish at 5,800 ft. 5K Run/Walk: 6:30A.M. - 5K Run/Walk in Cannonville. If you're not interested in competing for cash, or would simply rather endure a shorter distance, start at 6:30 AM in Cannonville for the 5K Run/Walk. The 5K is an out and back in Cannonville on the road to Kodachrome State Park."

Pioneer Day Parade is hosted annually in the town of Tropic, only 5 miles down the road. Join the fun and help celebrate the first group of Mormon pioneer settlers into Utah.
Bryce Canyon will host their eighth annual Geology Festival (GeoFest). Activities and programs for all ages will be available including hikes at various trail heads throughout the park. You can obtain tickets for the activities at Bryce Canyon Visitor Center.

Join the fun as the first hot air balloon glow is hosted in Bryce Canyon City, right outside of Bryce Canyon National Park at the Bryce Canyon Shuttle Station parking lot. Hot air balloons will be beautifully lit up and on display as you stroll through the area. This event will proceed the Canyon2Canyon bike ride.

Join in the fun as you ride from Bryce Canyon to Red Canyon in the first annual bike ride event. The route includes a 17 mile journey that can begin inside Bryce Canyon, at Inspiration Point, and end in Red Canyon. To make it more special, there are a few different starting points and ending points that you can choose from to customize your experience.
