Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

  • OUR PARK PROCESSING FEE IS $35.   
  • HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: Your stay will be charged in full and is not refundable. If 100% is not paid at time of reservation then your card on file will be charged at the time of your arrival. 
  • RV & tent sites: Cancel at least 10 days before arrival, by 4 p.m. to receive your deposit back, minus a $35 cancellation/administrative fee.
  • Cabins/lodging: Cancel at least 14 days before arrival, by 4 p.m. for the same refund arrangement. Inside the deadline: Your deposit is generally refundable minus the $35 fee. After the deadline: The full deposit is forfeited.
  • No-show: You lose the full deposit, and the remaining reserved nights may also be charged.
  • Early departure: They don't refund unused nights.
  • Holiday/special-event weekends: Special rules apply; the campground says a full-stay, non-refundable deposit may be required.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
