We had a lovely secluded cabin at the back of the property and enjoyed a nice quiet couple nights. The kids loved the playground and jumping trampoline. The bathrooms were clean. My only complaint is the price of firewood. If you can’t bring your own…I respect that…but at least give people the first bundle free. Or maybe you get 1 free bundle each night.

Everything was great, except loud heater that made it impossible to sleep 1st night. Staff was great to replace it with portable heater the next day but lack of sleep took it toll on planned events.

When we got there at 3:00 pm we had hiked all day we were cold and it was raining, which was ok we knew the weather report for the weekend. But when we opened the door of the 2 room cabin we rented it had an over powering smell (chemicals or ???) so we had to leave the door open to vent it. We wanted to warm up but do to the smell we could not. We weren’t happy about that at all.

Arrived during a big Snow storm to a warm,clean cabin and there staff cleared off our patio deck and plowed a path to our cabin in 12 degree weather we appreciate there hospitality.

Beautiful clean campground with a creek running thur it deer walking around and lots of eagles flying over and snow capped mountain in the distance.would recommend

The kids really enjoyed the foam in the park area. They enjoyed the mining as well. All around had a great time for our Labor Day weekend.

My kids and I had the best time!! As we were leaving, out frisbee got thrown up on top of one of the buildings. You all grabbed a ladder, got the frisbee and we were on our way. I appreciate you!!

Clean cabin, helpful staff. Only request would be soap in bathroom. Did not bring and had to go buy. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Neighboring cabin had many people staying in it that smoked constantly (which is their right…), an older gentleman was outside drinking and coughing every day/night, and what I presume was his wife was seen peeing on the side of the cabin when the bathroom was about 50’ away. The grounds were nice and well-kept, so no problems with that.

We loved this koa, very clean, spacious. Facilities are amazing. The majors issue for us was to not have access to a microwave or coffee machine at all when the office is closed (from 6 pm to 10 am!!) When you don't have a kitchen (we rented a cabin) as a family it makes your life harder... This is not an expensive investment... access should be from 7 am to 10 pm. Thank you

Wonderful staff, clean, quiet, updated facilities with LOTS to do! We stayed 4 nights in a cabin and it was great! Definitely will come back!

It was fine stay except for not having parking at my cabin. The tent campers across 1 took all parking and were inconsiderate. Would of rated a 10 otherwise

I think it's a hidden gem. Beautiful spot, lots of activities for the kids, and friendly staff. The only negative remark I have is, the little general store was greatly lacking compared to other KOA's. That may be due to the supply chain issues we're currently experiencing though.

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Enjoyed our stay in a cabin, perfect site with lots of shade. Friendly staff and very helpful front office clerk. Will definitely come back.

What a wonderful KOA. Loved how clean and quiet it is . The cabin was very clean . Easy to read map Close to town or the beach and the race track. The signs were easy to see from the road where the KOA Is located . Very nice stay.

Lots of activities for kids. Would live it if the times were posted. Example, what time the jumping pad is open and closed. Staff was friendly enough and bathrooms were clean. Our cabin was not fully clean (spider webs and dirty kleenix) but decent enough.

We visit this KOA for the grandkids. Deluxe cabin at this visit. The cabin says it sleeps 8 and it does but is comfortable for 2 adults and a bunch of kids. Only microwave so all cooking needs to be done on grill.

This was our first time visiting the Burlington/Anacortes KOA. The park was very clean, the office staff was super friendly, and the maintenance people were always smiling and friendly. There are a lot of amenities so we were never bored. We will definitely visit again in the future!

Poor toilet maintenance out of bath tissues maintenance twice out of 3 day stay. Staff is not friendly

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. As far as our staff being friendly if your group didn't have complaints to our security not once but twice about being very loud past quiet hours you wouldn't have received the stern warning you did from security being told to leave!

It was a quiet place but they overcharged us by a lot on people and cars. They charged us for 9 people and 3 cars. To where we only had 5 people and 2 cars.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You had 5 people total. 2 people are included in the daily site charge. Additional people are a person, per day charge. 3 additional people a day for 3 days = 9. All KOA's are the same. Extra vehicle charge is $5 per day, you stayed 3 days. We hope this clarifies how charges are calculated. Thanks!

Loved everything. Clean Cabin. Facilities clean. Just think office/ store should be open earlier and later. 10 to 6. Needed ice early. In evening we wanted to rent bikes and play golf, have ice cream. Usually evenings are for these activities but closed at 6pm. Kinda strange.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
