Expensive off season daily rate…charges for anything extra such as visitors and pets.Cameras everywhere which I understand for security but a bit over done!!

The only attraction to this place is the indoor pool, closed in the winter. Construction work was taking place in a number of places, backhoes were digging and mud and pooled water were all over the place. They should offer a $15 "construction" discount. The worst part was when the water for the entire campground was shut off at 10 a.m., our dishes stayed dirty and toilets wouldn't flush!

sorry you didn't enjoy your 1 night stay with us, yes due to a water line break after our deep freeze this winter we had to dig and fix the issue and our pool is open April to September every year please feel free to contact us if there is any other concerns.

Just a one night stay as we headed south. Easy access off the highway and with being a few miles off I 5, super quiet. Very clean and loved the creek that passes through the campground. Would definitely stay again.

We were able to make reservations on short notice due to an impending weather event and we were very glad we made the choice to stay at Burlington KOA! The team there had to scramble to make sure all patrons were taken care of after a 20" dumping of snow which made life a bit interesting for a few days! We had water and electricity and for the most part, very cozy as we waited out Mother Nature!

It was wonderful. The people were helpful and pleasant. The area is magical with lots to do nearby. Eagles and swans, ducks and hawks abound. We stayed through November and December and even with lots of rainy days it was wonderful.

Loved the owner and the staff! Great ladies tending the front desk during the summer. Super helpful. The ground staff was also so helpful and friendly!

We had a great time even in the record-setting rain and winds. Check-in was well-done and we had a great site. We have been to the Burlington KOA over the years and always enjoy staying and getting to experience the area. we'll be back next spring!

We didn't get to explore much as it rained and very strong winds hamper our stay but looks and sounds like this koa has alot to offer in summer time one thing I like to say the only camp host working (Erik) did a fantastic job cleaning up after wind storm and had a positive attitude and helping others with issues if we come back this way we will stay again

Great stay as always! Staff are friendly and helpful. Disappointing that any time we have a friend or family member stop in for a few hours we have to pay extra.

The campground was so nice and the stafd was amazing. They opened the store for us during their off hours in the afternoon which was so appreciated. The campground is so well maintained. We look forward to coming back next summer when the weather is warmer.

This is one of the most beautiful KOAs! Surrounded by large trees and a field. The newer addition has all large sites with nice lawns. The host was very nice and helpful even though it is off season. The only negative I have is that 2 of the washers/dryers were extremely dirty. I think they were just used for pet blankets/rugs, even though they are prohibited. Dirt actually fell out of the dryer.

Charging a $10 fee for checking in at 1 instead of 2pm because a bad storm was licking our heels, and the place was pretty empty, kind of soured me. Low water pressure. $78 is pretty steep for a 2pm-11am day. Dog poop next to our hookup didn’t help.

Everything was clean and we'll maintained. Fluctuating hours for the office and laundry was inconvenient. People were friendly and helpful.

Located in one of the sweet spots of western Washington! The atmosphere at this campground is very positive & secure. Yearly additions/upgrades to this campground shows that the owner reinvests in order to continue to provide a positive experience. Yes, many rules here - but after staying at campgrounds that don’t have these rules, I can say that I much prefer the security that this KOA provide

Only complaint is that the pool/spa was closed which did not meet the online post which said closing Nov 1st. Also there is NO LIGHT on the back of the cabin which is the only place to prepare food. They need to install a gravel path to the backyard and lighting. Staff was super nice however and the cabin was well accommodated.

The site was very clean, quite and easy to get to. We rented the large cabin, it was very clean and well stocked. The customer service was excellent especially since we were there off season. We would definitely stay here again.

This koa is one of the best my family has experienced Durning our travel across 9 States. Very well runned, clean and heated washrooms new mini golf course and my kids loved there large playground. Highly recommend.

Looks like there is every fun activity here. But when we checked in the woman wrote the gate code and put a line thru the bathroom code. Turned out that a code was required but office wasn’t open. I had to drive to a gas station. The next day another camper kindly gave us the code and said that they had to go back ask for it. It’s expensive and I should not have to beg for the bathroom

Stayed 2 days at this koa while our family was waiting covid test to cross the border to go home to alaska, This is the best koa we have experienced during our travel, super clean bathrooms, great security, well kept and staff was friendly the only downside was my kids being disappointed the indoor pool was closed for the season being a business owner myself i can completely understand the reason

Super awesome hosts that went above and beyond in making our weekend as much fun as it could be!! Our kids love the playground and walking around the park. The river is also fun for them. Well maintained and beautiful.

Great Koa! Very quiet and peaceful. The indoor pool and hot tub was fabulous. Extra fees for visitors was high and not expected. Still a great place though. Very clean and staff were great.

We enjoyed our stay and will return. The property is beautiful, expansive, and well maintained. There are a lot of amenities, including good WiFi. The only downside was extremely loud construction over our weekend that also affected our ability to come and go - but it was on the road next door, not within the control of the KOA. I highly recommend this location.

This was the maiden voyage for our family’s first rv. This place was family friendly, the pool, mini golf and panning for gems was a huge hit. All the other campers were super friendly and there was a bunch of kids around the ages of our kids, so it was a win.

Room was good but we didn't like the strict checkout procedures and the fact that they were charging extra if someone checks out even a few minutes later than 11 am. We have never seen this in any other KOA and we have stayed in many other KOAs.

My husband and I arrived here in June following the sale of our home. We are building our new home in an HOA and needed to install septic prior to having the travel trailer on our property. We have enjoyed our stay here so much that we plan to stay until the completion of our home. All facilities are well maintained and cleaned by friendly/helpful staff. Howard and Sunny are wonderful owners.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.

It was after school opened. The pool and jumping pillow was closed. But the large playground was great fun for my 4yr old granddaughter. The glide swings were fun and relaxing. The office had limited hours so we had trouble finding someone to ask questions to.
