Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
Site Information:
Please note that in booking your reservation and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms of the Campground-Specific Cancellation Policy listed here.
2 Night minimum stay, (collection 2-night amount) as a deposit on sites with a 7-day cancellation period. NO REFUNDS for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a refund of deposit minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Holiday reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.
All guests are responsible for all dates reserved, regardless of arrival or departure date. Because we have saved your site for the dates you have chosen, there are no refunds for early departures.
Weather cannot be used as a reason for cancellation by the guest.
All of our accommodations have a 14 day cancellation policy. If canceled within the 14 day window no refund will be given.
National Cancellation Guideline
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
