We’ve already recommended this KOA to others. Love the location with the lake bike trail accessible by bike from the campground.

It was just a quick overnight between here and there. Would love to come back when we could actually spend time and enjoy all the fun things! Everyone I interacted with were great and the store was good.

We stayed overnight. Our site was level we did not need to unhook. We have stayed before several years ago. Did not use facilities so cannot say about them. It is a beautiful campground. For all of our stays we have been pleased with the campground.

Nice quiet park, there is a couple small lakes on site. Huge bonfire on the Saturday we were there. 75% seasonal spaces. Regular sites have very little shade

Last minute stop on our way home. We were very impressed with this campground:) staff and was very nice and the bathrooms are beautiful!! We will definitely be back when it warms up a little!!

What wonderful staff here at the buckeye lake KOA! Super friendly and helpful in every way. Been coming here for over 20 years and always have a great time!

No hot water in the showers (main building). I went to take a shower and the water did get hot long enough to soap up then it went cold! I changed showers and again the same thing happened. Other than that nice camp groung.

The app states cable but it doesn't work at the deluxe (concrete) sites. Being 'satelite friendly' is not a benefit for most campers. It would be easy to fix and the campground just hasn't repaired it. This is disappointing.

The gentleman who checked us in- very considerate & welcoming. I rated 4 stars - would have given 5 but our particular site was the only one without cable.

We have camped at this KOA many times. We have always had great service, this time the service was good as well but the 70's and low 80' sites are not the greatest. They are among the seasonal "full time" campers. They do not abide by the curfew, they drive thru vacant sites which the rules say you are not to do. The sites are right on top of one another. Not a great experience.

This campground was very quiet - with lots of activities for the kids. The trees were beautiful and the staff was very nice. Only complaint was that the patio site that we had (147) was level - but too low. We had to jack up our trailer 4 inches to get our door to operate. Could add some gravel to the site to raise it up.

After staying at some other KOA's during our trip this one was a disappointment. The sites were so close together, it was loud. We did not use any of the facilities so I can't comment on those. It looks like they are in the process of redoing some of the sites which it really needs.

Peaceful quiet stay as always. If you don’t want to cook try out Pizza Cottage right within walking distance and they deliver.

Typically don't review, but this was worth noting that the staff was very unfriendly and unapproachable. It couldn't be more obvious the two women at the front desk didn't want to help customers or be there. Maintenance crew member didn't even acknowledge us when he came by confirm our electrical box was broken. I recommend if you just need a one-night stay and don't need to interact with staff.

Lavada, Jim, Gabby, Jonathan are great hosts and great representatives of KOA. Really like the level, pull through spots. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundries. Full store, can find a little of everything. Really like KOA compared to other more expensive places.

Rented a tent site and the managers and employees were super helpful and very nice. Great location for Buckeye Lake activities.

We were early season guests during a week with very strong spring weather. The camp hosts were awesome and worked tirelessly to keep us and all of the other guests happy, comfortable and taken care of. The campsite itself is right in the heart of Buckeye Lake with super easy access to local restaurants, the lakefront and convenience stores.
