The kids loved the bounce house and the gaga pit always enjoy we just wish there was a baby pool for the little ones. I was disappointed the store/office closed at 6pm on Saturday use to be open until 8pm on Saturday. We will be back again.

We have always enjoyed staying there in a camping cabin on a long drive across country. We arrive late and leave early and love the buckeye brewery where we can get a quick bite to eat having our dogs on the patio. As new management no longer allows pets in ANY cabins, we will be staying at the Dayton KOA in a deluxe cabin. Not as convenient a location on our planned route twice a year but we will

We had been to this campground a year ago and we had a nice site. This time they put us in a terrible site. There were these white fuzzy things falling from the trees and they stuck to everything. We had to clean our shoes before taking them in the motorhome. Also our motorhome with tow just barely fit in the spot. Not sure we will return when passing thru again

We have stayed at this KOA before. We stayed on site 236 a premium site. During the stay, we encountered poison ivy at the site ( my husband is very allergic). I let the staff know and they said, they would take care of it later. However, one of the staff members was very rude to me about the situation. If the landscaping had been maintaine, they would’ve knew there was poison ivy at this sit

Bathrooms were clean, but it was very dusty throughout the campsites. Need more stones in the streets and campsites. Campsites were too close to each other.

our prebooked camp site was given away and we were put in a very high traffic area so that was a bad kick off to the stay The play areas for the kids are only open on Friday and Saturday - but the staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful. They had a couple of new things since last year as well

It was amazing! Love the people they are so friendly and helpful. We had a small mix up with our sight cause we had 4 campers and we were far apart and they helped us getting us closer.

Everything went smoothly during our stay. Facilities are well maintained and clean. We are not interested in the activities or some of the amenities, so will look for a less-expensive option next time. Staff was helpful and accommodating. No complaints.

Many Fire pit locations are unsafe - way too close to adjacent RV. Too many yipping and barking dogs and no one requests they behave-

Have been going to this Koa for 40 years. Loved the old management. This year new management not the same. May try again in the future it's sad it was always our go to campground.

Nice location right near the lake. Very nice and helpful folks at the check-in. The bathroom showers were very small and the shower curtains did not reach the ground so water ran out all over the floor which made for a messy drying off after the shower. All in all it was nice place.

We were there for a Holiday weekend because of a softball tournament. Sat. And Sunday the park was full by Monday the toilets and Showers were shut down at one location which forced taking showers to a location that was much smaller and not clean at all! All of the activities were shut down after Sunday and even the planned events were cancelled. We should have left Monday with everyone else!

No cable TV at the campsite but antenna digital TV reception was fine. On the last night we got noisy neighbors with 4 kids and 2 small dogs. The dogs always barked at us when outside of our RV and at all passersby. When breaking down on the morning of our departure, both dogs lunged at me barking but were stopped about 1 foot short of my legs by their leases. A very unnerving experience.

Campground could use some changes. We were parked near the Seasonal campers. Looks more like a dumpy trailer park to me. I understand having the seasonals but other KOA's we have been to separate them from the remainder of the part. Lawns were unkept, sites were real tight width wise, and then you have the music. I love music but what they had was over the top loud until 10pm. So much for relaxing

Wish it was a little more secluded from the main road. The is right next to a busy rd. Other KOA we've been to in Michigan do much more activities for the kids such as tye dying shirts or bubble yard. The only activity we saw was a golf cart parade & the bounce houses were shut down so early the kids were bored the rest of the day. Otherwise, the campground was nice, shaded & everyone was friendly

Our trip started as a nightmare with Steve at the helm of our bad experience. I called a day or so before to ask about the overflow parking. We are at a lake koa and wanted to bring our jet ski. Steve was very rude and when we got off the call promptly cancelled our reservation on his own free will. We got no calls or emails. We showed up and continued to be disrespected by Steve. To name a few.

The last time we were there the camp ground had more kids activities. The activity they did have the kids liked it. Don't like that the price of fire wood went up almost $3.

It was a nice stay There could definitely be some things they could improve, such as their antique children’s playground. They could use benches in the common area for parents to sit and supervise their kids at play. Also people were smoking everywhere, and that was very bothersome and we left several activities due to smoking ,

Nice park for a busy weekend. Great location from the highway yet no highway noise. We didn't have power to our site and once alerted, staff was quick to respond and fix the issue. One complaint is that we received the text messages that said if we needed anything (firewood, ice, assistance...) to text back. We used it several times and never got a response or the requested items and assistance.

Great weekend at buckeye lake, well stocked camp store, wood delivery service was always driving around and plenty of activities for the kids. We would come back here again! Just wish they would put down more gravel on the main roads, very dusty.

I've stayed across the country visiting national parks for seven years am a KOA member most of the time. This KOA is among if not the best I've ever visited. Cleanest by far not a cigarette butt in the fire places no litter everything in excellent condition. Staff is professional and courteous to a fault.

Rented a tent site and the managers and employees were super helpful and very nice. Great location for Buckeye Lake activities.

We were early season guests during a week with very strong spring weather. The camp hosts were awesome and worked tirelessly to keep us and all of the other guests happy, comfortable and taken care of. The campsite itself is right in the heart of Buckeye Lake with super easy access to local restaurants, the lakefront and convenience stores.
