I needed the 110 plug outlet since my camper don't take 30amp. But it did not work luckily I had a nice neighbor to plug into. These should really be checked at all sites cause this was the second time in 2 days the 110 outlets didn't work.

Nice, well maintained campground. Good amenities Utilities are solid except we never could make the cable work. Would definitely stay again.

Lots to do at the campground. Clean bathrooms. Level sites some were close but not bad. Nice staff. Highly recommend.

I had reservation in May. I called to cancel after a family member passed. I called all day within the time frame per your policy. I left 2 voicemails. I received a call saying that because it was not with the time frame, your fault for not answering, I would not be refunded and had to reschedule. Very very wrong. Your people there are scammers

Very nice campground, clean and kept up. My only complaint would be they no longer offer escort to your site. That is one thing that I always appreciated about koa.

Great place all around with lots to do at campground and surrounding area. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the flys in the day and mosquitoes at night.

The person before us left cigarettes butts all over the site. We had a gas grill that had bbq sauce all over the outside and inside. The very nice fire pit also had bbq sauce spilled on it . It wouldn’t burn off the grill so we had to scrub it off. The bathrooms were very nice. The pool was great! Employees were all very nice.

Just adequate at best. Plenty of room to get in/out. If it had been raining, we would have been in a swamp. Over priced for what you get.

Sites were clean/level Cons: bathrooms at back of property by tent area more neglected, coincidental timing or not the smell of marijuana was frequent, and there was a “low tide”/septic smell near our site… unbearable. I arrived a little late because I was meeting a friend for dinner in Columbus. When I arrived, my packet was ready for check in and my site was marked. The facilities were clean and convenient. The family staying next to us was lovely and our sons played together all night. I stayed here for one night on my way back east and would definitely stay here again.

We had a regular pull through site. It was shaded with a great breeze. Spaces were a bit narrow but as nice as the deluxe pull throughs are, most are not shaded. There were a lot of amenities, including a nice cafe on weekends, but the best amenity is being within walking distance of the paved trail on Buckeye Lake! It would be an even better bike ride!

Campsites were small and tight. Would suggest switching the alternating "jack and jill" style campsites to all one direction; we were there 4 nights and had different facing neighbors every night, did not really want to socialize or "meet" nor share a fire or table, nor did they. It's awkward to force RV-ers to have facing doors.

We were annual campers at Buckeye lake prior to COVID and have bee happy to return. Our camp site (214) was lovely and the facilities very good. The only problem we had was being bitten by “no seeums”.

Amazing staff. Clean amenities! This was a great stay for us. There was much to do in the KOA and some good food and shops within walking distance.

It was just a stop over for us. Used to seeing the office open until 8pm on Saturday. But late check-in was easy. Neighbors were not very nice. But you just never know what you get. Site was clean, level, and patio needed a little work. Dog park is small and.all the way in the back. But over all it was a good experience. We will have to try to stay again longer to give it a better review.

The neighbors they allow do not follow the rules of quiet time and they do not do anything about it. Some people need to wake up early for their activities the next day but you can’t get sleep at this campground. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Our neighbors were up until 3am and we had to get up at 5am to drive home but we didn’t get any rest.

Was not expecting a small stream of stagnant water to be alongside these campsites. The bugs were awful. Sites did not look like in the picture, either. Only stayed one night so can't say much about anything else. The camp personnel were friendly. I was in a tent site travelling elsewhere.

Terrible sewage smell across the campground. Unfriendly staff. We were told the pool would close at dusk or at 8:00pm, however a staff member came to us in the pool at 7:25pm stating that the pool is now closed. We will not be returning to the campground.

We were there on a Thurs-Fri stay. We brought our grandchildren because I thought there was lots to play, well come to find out nothing but the pool and small playground was open. You need to let people know that those extra things are only open on Saturday and Sunday! So disappointing.

We had a very nice stay at the Buckeye Lake KOA this past week (7/1-7/5). While the weather did not cooperate, the proximity to the amenities of the lake made the trip just as enjoyable with the many options for restaurants and entertainment. We will be back!

Store closing WAY to early for a Holiday Weekend Gameroom locked at 9:00 pm on a rainy weekend with nothing for teens to do These r just a few things that have changed since new ownership. Maybe should be looked at for upcoming holidays

The staff was really friendly. Downfalls were the arcade ate many of our quarters, bikes were locked up by 7:00, and it was muddy. It would be great to have more gravel to keep things more clean.

Definetly pay the $15 site guarantee as the site we were on was very narrow. Clean campground, a lot of trees and like that you can bike to the lake. Friendly, helpful staff.

Rented a tent site and the managers and employees were super helpful and very nice. Great location for Buckeye Lake activities.

We were early season guests during a week with very strong spring weather. The camp hosts were awesome and worked tirelessly to keep us and all of the other guests happy, comfortable and taken care of. The campsite itself is right in the heart of Buckeye Lake with super easy access to local restaurants, the lakefront and convenience stores.
