We had a great stay! There was so much to do for the kids, and the staff is absolutely amazing! My girls had such a blast! The only thing I have to say negative is the table at our campsite was super small. We were not able to eat outside because we couldn’t fit 4 at the table comfortably. We couldn’t play games on the table or anything. That was disappointing. Other than that it was great!

I was very happy and impressed with the staff, grounds and facilities. The location was perfect for my needs and when I called to book a site they were more than helpful in getting me the right site. There was plenty of in and out traffic as well as longer vacation stays. The owners take very good care of the property and the guests, including activities during the weekend I was there.

Loved the pull thru site. We pulled a car to the GTO Nationals and had to leave it in the show til Sunday so we had to use our MH as the car. Clean sites. Well kept. Loved the deer! Staff very friendly. Thanks for free pancakes!

This is a great place to stay. Christina, Jim, Lisa, Mr. He Ty & Mr. Joe go above & beyond to make sure you have a great stay. My site was level with plenty of space, Zeus & Ellie loved their dog park. The bath houses & laundry room are always clean. The store/restaurant have plenty of options & great food! I stayed by myself for work & always felt safe, even after dark.

The only issues we had was that people do not pick up after their dogs. Not the parks fault but it was not pleasant. Also the entrance/exit peaks at a hilltop. They should have mirrors there. I almost had a car hit us on the way out and the driver did not know how to maneuver her car. Nice park other than that. Would stay again despite the issues.

Great campground. Plenty to do for kids. My granddaughter had a great time. Owners and manager and staff were very friendly and helpful during my 10 days at the campground.

The people were great it is just the noise of the gravel roads that was crazy loud ! Full sun sites so watch -they had a restaurant that would deliver. Laundry and swimming pool and very nice kid area - they had do fun for Father’s Day with other things. The donkeys were an interesting addition to the stay! Just not a place I would stay again ! Good for a one nighter ! But had alot of full timer

The campground was very nice & the owners were wonderful. When we were preparing to leave, one of the large slides on our motorhome would not retract. We contacted Coach-Net and they couldn't find anyone able to come for two days. The owner came over to see if he could help us and spent several hours with my husband working on the slide and successfully got it in so we could leave! Thank you!!!

Sight was very unlevel. Share water was crazy. Deck was not screwed down trip hazzard. Sewer was a long way back from area. Pet walk area to far away for elderly.

Our stay has been amazing. With all the amenities for the kids and us to do it has been great. The camp sites are good size and very well kept. The staff has been outstanding with Jim and Lisa being the stand outs always willing to help and so welcoming to my family and I. Can’t say enough good thing about them and this KOA.

We really like this KOA. It is much quieter than most we have stayed. It seems to be either long-term campers or people just passing through. There were lots of things to do and everything was very clean and tidy! 100% recommend.

Sites were very unlevel. Campground was difficult to get in and around with our Class A (towing) due to narrow roads. Amenities were so-so.

We had a blast. The facilities were well maintained. Jim and Lisa, along with the rest of the staff, were amazing. All of them were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this campground again.

The main thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the hilly access road to the campground and the terrain in the campground itself. The shower rooms were head and shoulders above our previous night’s stay. Bathrooms were very clean as well.

The stay was fine. However, I was not pleased with the fire pit, it was not cleaned out from the last people as there were cigarette butts in there, we do not smoke. For the money we paid, it should have been cleaned out before we got there.

We were frightened driving our Class A, towing a car, into the park, and even more so driving down a terrible steep path to our assigned space. This park is good for smaller rigs, but big rigs are not suited for this place. Also, this is the only KOA we have been to that has the office on the second floor of the main building. That's OK for young folks, but senior citizens should avoid this KOA

We had a nice stay here. The facility was clean and well maintained. The wash rooms were very nice with individual rooms complete with showers. There are some fairly steep hills that might give some trouble to someone on the edge of their towing capacity.

Always a great place to stay! We stay every year for weeks - connectivity is great for remote workers, the resort is very well, kept, the amenities are great and the cafe is so convenient. And what tops all of that is the staff - pleasant, professional, and committed to making sure your stay is all it should be. This is a must stay KOA!

We were in town for a few days. Easy to get to, but a pretty steep incline trying to pull out! Pool and jumping pad weren’t open. Nice menu at their snack bar. Bath house was a little dark, but ok.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
