Campsite was so small we had to park our truck in our picnic area. We had campers on both sides and behind that were so close we could hear them in their trailer; and this was with closed windows on all trailers. Our picnic table was very old and need of repair. The driveway between the camper and exit was very rough We were very surprised that this location was up to standard for KOA NEVER again

Quiet and cozy, this was a nice KOA forst experience. Great employees from the desk to maintenance. Jim and Lisa were excellent and a pleasure to have around.

The spots are very small and they put you face to face with someone that you don't even know and your awning are almost touching. The place is run down and needs to be better taken care of a little paint or stain would go a long way. Will never stay there again. The only thing i have nice to say about this place was that the lady at the front desk was very nice.

We arrived for an extended stay reservation that we had booked months in advance. Upon check-in we were told the rate was going up nearly $300. From $900 to $1200. For that I expect a concrete pad and enough space to park my vehicle at minimum. This had neither. When questioning the increase and site provided to us they told us we could leave if we didn't like it. Not great customer service.

Stayed over one night passing through will be staying on the way back from our vacation.People are very nice and they also have a little cafe open til 6. We eat there often. When we go visiting our daughter we stop there. We have gone there several times.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable facility. Bathrooms decent but not climate controlled. From an ADA standpoint things could be better. Yes it's in the mountains hills expected however gravel roads and very steep ramps make it difficult to get around in a wheelchair. The smoked brisket delivered right to site was great. Wood deck patio site was nice.

Very quiet and clean. Joe was so kind to have one slot left and it was under a big tree. We liked the yellow bag with our reservations to use for trash bag in RV. We love to recycle. PLEASE put a big Arrow pointing right into the campground. We nearly missed the hidden turn trying to keep momentum up steep hill. Thanks!

The site was awful. I was always afraid I was going to drive off the side parking. It was impossible to get level. Some junky campers around. Steep in and out. Very hard to get into office.

We were treated as family by the time we left - due to a transfer to the next job site. The employees were so friendly and helpful to not just us but those around us that you just felt safe and comfortable. When retirement finally comes this will be a site we return to. The area has so much to offer - you can stay at the campground and have everything you need or check out other local sites.

We were in and out for one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty to do for kids. Nice, quite, clean campground. Some people especially with large campers and motorhomes may have a problem negotiating the back roads.

This was probably the best KOA that we’ve ever stayed. It is nestled in the woods, but not completely covered so that you can enjoy the night sky. The staff was terrific. We’ve never met a more caring and personable host. He went out of his way to be educational and helpful.

This was our first time camping with a travel trailer. When we arrived Jim and Lisa went above and beyond making our stay stress free. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without their help and guidance. We were clueless on how to set up and Jim not only walked us through it he also give us pointers on making set up and break down. Lisa and Jim are the best!

It’s a nice resort however it is not big rig friendly. Sites are not level enough for a big rig. We ended up getting the windshield in s bind and cracking it.

We are KOA members and regular guests. This was the last night of seven weeks on the road. A good thing it was late or we would have taken one look at campsite #36 and continued on our way. It was the last site available. It short and narrow and was perched on the side of a hill. The hook-ups were in other sites The entire site was trashy. In short, in an emergency I would stay here again.

Very clean and well kept park, staff were outgoing and help[ful, easy pull in lull out set up, showers and laundry were well kept, clean and up to date.

Only stayed over night, staff were very friendly and helpful, clean area. Sites were very close together, our site was very uneven, and we never did get it stabilized. Again only there for a drive through which worked ok.

We received a warm greeting and a quick escort to our campsite. We had expert guidance into the site - quick demonstration of the features of the campsite - and an offer to provide any other assistance we might need. Happy place - girls softball teams were camped there, and the sounds were joyful! Thanks Bristol/Kingsport KOA!

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
