The husband and wife crew in the office and grounds were outstanding. The grounds are kept nice. One problem: excessive rise in roads. The terrain is very hilly, especially the entry driveway and even more so the interior roads. On leaving I had to engage four wheel drive because with colorful leaves falling everywhere and light rain, my truck could not make the climb to the exit driveway.

First off no Veteran discount at any KOA! Disrespectful. Huge bouncy air pillow motor ran all day, no kids using it. Septic behind rv almost out of reach! Staff very nice & helpful!! For their lack of respect to veterans will never stay @ a KOA again.Even little Mom & Pop parks offer discount.

Site not very level…worked out ok…….otherwise everything else was perfect…very friendly staff, helpful, … will come back to stay again…

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There are long termers there and some of the places are not well kept. Decks with trash and junk piled on them. We've stayed at other KOA campgrounds at the same price that were immaculate with paved spots. The park needs to enforce some rules.

This quiet little gem was a perfect stop on our way south. Lisa and Jim who currently manage the facility could not have been more gracious and pleasant to interact with. Jim assisted us in settling into our site, and later brought us carry out dinner so we didn’t have to unplug our small camper to go to town for a meal. Showering/toilet facilities were clean, hot water was plentiful.

The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, patient, and friendly. The grounds were clean, organized and well kept. We especially appreciated their diner service, good food, and free delivery to our trailer after a long stressful drive. It was a very beautiful place to stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Nicest staff in any KOA we’ve been to. Small, hilly KOA. They have a kitchen in the office and make (and deliver!) pizza. A nice treat when we arrived at dinner time. Sites are gravel and hilly - we are 45’ towing and it was fine.

Owners very friendly. We got a site at the last minute, as we were traveling home. Owner helped us connect electric and tv in the rain. Beautiful campground with lots of personality. It was decorated for Halloween fun. Bathrooms were modern in a rustic way and clean. Each bathroom had its own shower. This is a campground you would enjoy spending time at. Overall good experience.

We love to stop at this KOA when in the area. It is beautiful setting, everything is nice and clean as well as very good facilities, lots of things for the kids to do! We will always stop here as there are lots of exploring to do around this area!

Easy access of I-81. The terrain at the campground is roly-poly, but Joe and Henry show you how to navigate it and treat you to the best Southern hospitality. The kitchen serves up some fantastic barbecue.

We were late arrivals (unfortunatelyI) but they had our paperwork ready outside. Campsites were spacious & would have liked to have spent more than one night here. We will return if the opportunity arises.

Great greeting, accommodated a last minute stay, but it was by FAR the most I've ever had to pay to stay at a KOA for one night. I had a very high cost stay at the West Memphis KOA as well. I avoided KOAs for the rest of my three week trip. I have to admit, for decades, KOA was my 'go to' place. NO MORE. I 've psread the word to many fellow campers.

Great little campground. Located in a spot with easy access to I-81. The staff is very friendly. Could give 5 stars but the beetles from the box elder tree between site 35 and 36 made it nearly impossible to be outside. Stay away from those sites and your fine. Again, the hosts and employees are top notch.

All the staff were very nice. Stayed on lot 6. Very small site. Water was behind site 5, had to buy 50’ hose to reach. The septic pipe was higher than our camper, had to move to a different site to empty. The wooden deck was very slippery when wet. The fire pit on lot 7 was so close to our camper & we could hear every word they said inside our camper.

It was absolutely Incredible. We love the People that work there. Jim & Lisa helped out so much with all sorts of things. Parish & Lucy also became friends & helped out greatly. Mr. Henry & the donkeys' are part of our good memories from Kingsport/Bristol Tennessee KoA. Kristina was nice, understanding & good with the kids. Great Site, Amazing People. Only downsides Washer/Dryer & Price is Rising.

Stayed here for the BMS night races - friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers - don't use space 35 in September as it is bug infested and the big tree drops a sap-like substance on your vehicles.

Nice camp sites, clean and very quiet. Staff were great. Lots of amenities. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway. Second time we stayed there and we’ll definitely go back. Would recommend highly.

We were in the area for 2 months. This was the only campground that didn't raise prices during Race Week. Everything we needed was there and all the staff were very nice. It is almost centrally located between Kingsport's 2 main drags (restaurants and shopping). All campers were very respectful 0of each other. We would stay again.

Awesome campground! We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful place and incredible staff. Kids loved the pool and playground, and all the activities (block parties, ice cream socials, crafts, and more). Best camping experience my family has ever had! Thank you so much for making our time at Bristol/Kingsport KOA super! We will definitely be back, and will recommend this campground to everyone.

Best KOA ever! From the beginning when Jim lead us to our site, to him bringing us food ordered at their cafe(which was delicious!) All the common areas were spotless and smelled so clean! Lisa in the office was so welcoming and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The pool was spotless. Everyone felt like family. Lucy, Parish, Christina and Rhonda were amazing as well.

Campsite was so small we had to park our truck in our picnic area. We had campers on both sides and behind that were so close we could hear them in their trailer; and this was with closed windows on all trailers. Our picnic table was very old and need of repair. The driveway between the camper and exit was very rough We were very surprised that this location was up to standard for KOA NEVER again

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
