The overall stay was fine. Not too much to do at the site but quiet and the kids enjoyed the playground. The people's son, next to us, came driving through the camp site, drunk, screaming and cussing at 4:30 am. Very dangerous.

We stayed the weekend to visit family over thanksgiving. It was a pleasant stay. The facilities were very clean and the staff very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for three months for work. Jim who worked the grounds made sure we were taken care of and his wife Lisa in the office was very friendly and helpful. The pizza and propane delivery to our site was very convenient. The laundry room was always clean. Would definitely recommend!

Non appropriate for long equipment non paved and big hills very disappoint for Koa and expensive for off season 80

It was a convenient stop of 81 and an ok campground. I’m still puzzled as to the price. We’re on a cross country trip and rarely pay over $50 a night. Why was it $80 to stay here? Certainly not worth that much. Ok place though for convenience.

Over this is a nice campground. My only issue is with the office location. The wooden ramp that provides access to the second floor of the building where the office is located is slippery when wet. Unfortunately I slipped on the way down and injured my hip. Fortunately, the swelling has started to dissipate after two days, but I'm still sore. Traction tape on the ramp would help.

Not level sites, passenger side off ground,, hookups too far apart to reach, "superfast internet" didn't work at all, muddy sites when it rains. Stayed 1 night, Nov 11, 2022. Never again.

The people in the office are the best ever. We have never been to a nicer campground in the area. It is very clean and the playground was great for the kids. We were treated like family.

This is an amazing campground I love that it has single shower and bathroom so you have your own locked space.

Many parts of campground unkept. Many sites were full time campers. Convenient to interstate though.

Lots of permanent party, gravel road was busy with golf carts and 4 wheelers, dog park was full of poop. Not what I expect at a KOA.

Very nice level site with grill and deck. Showers were close, clean and warm. Will stop on my way back north.

The staff went above & beyond to help this newbie get my trailer turned around after I missed the turn-in to the campground. I’m still not real confident backing it up. It was almost dark, and two men were sent to assist me to back into a driveway safely and follow them back to the campground. I was very grateful, and the campground is very nice. A lively Halloween party was in progress.

My family enjoyed everything about the campground. They were particularly excited when the roads were closed on Halloween weekend and they let them walk freely trick or treating! They have already asked if they can go back next Halloween!!!

Best Halloween weekend ever. The host and staff at the Bristol KOA are top notch and every detail was amazing. I would recommend this KOA for and stay but they excel of special weekends. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

It is a great park. There are many amenities for families. Individual bathroom/showers are ideal.

Stayed at on e of the few improved patio pull throughs. Recommend continuing efforts to improve these sites to be friendlier to big rigs. Shower/bath facilities great!

To expensive!!! The narrow roads camp roads with banks to go down after checking in. Not much they can do with it. I will not stay again.

park is very nice but needs some work. The gravel sites are not very level and the access drive to the campsites are broken up and if you are low to the ground you will bottom out.

This was my second stay at this camp ground. I travel from Fl. to Pa. and back at least once a year and was very happy to find a place where I felt safe. The stay was very peaceful, I stayed in one of your cabins. The first cabin was fantastic, clean, and everything top notch. I stayed in another cabin on my way back to Fl.. This one was clean but had some items that need attention. Jody

Everything was great. Breakfast at the cafe was poor. Seemed to be all microwave items.

Beautiful campground and very clean. Linens were provided in our cabin-a first at KOA for us. . Tv & fridge were also nice since we stayed in a smaller cabin. $25 pet fee seemed high-I understand though. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again! Thank you to the owners and staff.

We loved the location of this KOA. Our host Jim, recommended the Bays Mtn Park which was an awesome place to visit. Would surely go back.

The husband and wife crew in the office and grounds were outstanding. The grounds are kept nice. One problem: excessive rise in roads. The terrain is very hilly, especially the entry driveway and even more so the interior roads. On leaving I had to engage four wheel drive because with colorful leaves falling everywhere and light rain, my truck could not make the climb to the exit driveway.

The stay was great. The travel camping workers greeted us with a Happy Anniversary. Sorry I'm terrible with names. Linens were nice. Such a cool campground. I would have given a 5 star rating, but, as I was talking with the travel camping guy, some woman ( presumably the owners wife) came in the back door and rudely interrupted our conversation . Your business is built on relationships.

First off no Veteran discount at any KOA! Disrespectful. Huge bouncy air pillow motor ran all day, no kids using it. Septic behind rv almost out of reach! Staff very nice & helpful!! For their lack of respect to veterans will never stay @ a KOA again.Even little Mom & Pop parks offer discount.

Really liked the individual bathrooms at the cabin bathhouse. I found it difficult to heat up the cabins well enough but appreciated the extra blanket you were able to provide me with.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There are long termers there and some of the places are not well kept. Decks with trash and junk piled on them. We've stayed at other KOA campgrounds at the same price that were immaculate with paved spots. The park needs to enforce some rules.

When I called for a reservation the lady that answered the phone was the nicest person to talk to. She was so helpful and sent me a picture of the park map on my phone. Our site was beautiful and so clean! Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.
