Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 423-323-7790 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. 
Standard Reservation Cancellation Deadlines: 
  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call 423-323-7790 by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodation: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call 423-323-7790 by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
Special Events & Holidays: Cancellation Deadlines:
  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call 423-323-7790 by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodation: You must give 30 days cancellation notice. Call 423-323-7790 by 4 p.m., thirty days before your scheduled arrival.
  •  Dates: December 24th-25th 2025, December 31st 2025, January 1st 2026, March 19th-21st 2026, April 3rd-7th 2026, May 8th-10th 2026, May 21st-26th 2026, June 11th-15th 2026, June 19th-21st 2026, July 2nd-6th 2026, July 10th-12th 2026, July 10th-12th 2026, July 17th-31st 2026 August 1st-2nd, August 28-31st, September 4th-7th, October 23th-25th, October 30th-31st, November 1st       
Cancellation Details:
  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts. 
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details. 

Nascar Race Week: Cancellation Deadlines: 

  • RV/Tent Sites & Lodging/Accommodation: No refund given at anytime on any reservation type.
  • Dates: April 8th-13th 2026, September 16th-21st 2026. 
Extended Stay/Stays Over 6 Days: Cancellation Deadlines:
  • RV/Tent Sites & Lodging/Accommodations: No refunds given at anytime on any reservation type.
Cancellation Details:

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
