The park itself is good but the woman at check in was very abrupt, demanding, unwelcoming telling us all the things we could not do. She was much heavier about the rules about the KOA is was a very unwelcoming experience. We have stayed at a lot of KOAs and understand the rules. We are not children who don’t understand the rules. If we come back to Brattleboro we would stay somewhere else.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your pets continuously barked when you left them in your motorhome and you did not remedy the situation. I will gladly take a bad review about rule enforcement in order to help our other guests have a good experience.

We had a blast, despite rainy weather. This owner-operated campground is the epitome of a family atmosphere. My six year-old had a blast. Facilities are spotless and well maintained.

Lovely small campground. The staff was friendly, our site was roomy, cable and wifi was excellent. The grounds were well maintained. We would definitely return.

Outstanding. Everything about this campground is top notch…the hosts, the facilities, the rec area, pool, all the conveniences. Level, wooded lots. Would return without a second thought!

Kat squeezed us in at the last minute on memorial day weekend so we could see family in the area for a short time. Beautiful place and very friendly. Went out of their way to help us. Thank you for your hospitality, God bless

We have stayed at many KOA Holiday’s this was the first KOA Journey and it was our favorite KOA experience thus far! The layout of our site and the amount of space was fantastic. It was super quiet, very clean and spacious bathrooms (I do wish there was baby changing tables in the bathrooms…no biggie) the playgrounds were awesome and the location was ideal. The owner was super nice and helpful

This KOA was very nice, clean and sites pretty level. The owners were awesome and was so centrally located to be able to go just about anywhere to be able to site see and do whatever your heart desires. 10 outa 10!!

Nicest KOA Journey we have ever stayed at. Friendly owners and staff. Beautiful pool, great activity room and very nice laundry and camp store. Nice sites, too!

We stay at this campground at least twice a year. We've also stayed at other KOAs. This is by far the best campground we have stayed at. Kat and Alan are exceptional owners and accommodate us every time. This is a very clean campground and they all take pride in their work. People that stay here are very quiet and follow the rules unlike other KOAs we have been to in the past. We will be back.

Kat and her family have done a tremendous job maintaining and upgrading this campground. They are very cordial and helpful.in all respects. You cannot ask for nicer people. We are already booked for next year.

We had a great time! There was crafts, bingo a pancake breakfast and an ice cream social to mention a few of the weekends events. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back.

It is our favorite campground. We have been staying here for many years. The new owners are doing a great job, and they are very helpful and friendly. The only negative I can mention is that the price is getting quite high.

No complaints except trash cans around campground got full very fast and were not emptied enough. Bathrooms are beautiful and the campground is run very well. Quiet, well kept sites. Staff and owners very friendly and accommodating.

It was a great weekend. Kat and Alan had lots of fun activities. As always when we go there, between the return campers and the staff, it's like visiting family.

Staff was great. They were all super nice and helped us find what we needed. The only slight issue we had was that the sewer drain was on a hill lower than the site so we had to struggle with trying to empty our tanks.

Love, love, love, this quiet little KOA; best wifi of any campground we've stayed at. Beyond amazing staff just an all around genuinely wonderful place!!!!!!

We spent an overnight here in late September and another one in October. Wish I'd been able to stay longer. Right off US-5, a few miles north of Brattleboro. Very well-kept and peaceful campground. Sites were wonderfully level and spacious. Guests were friendly, staff was even friendlier. Restrooms and showers were very clean and the store was well-stocked. I'm sure we'll be back! (And love that they recycle!)

Just left this privately owned KOA and it was a great stay. Sites were a bit small, but we didn't stay at the campground long enough for it to be a problem. Wifi and cable were outstanding. Had 2 options for wifi (2g and 5g). Streamed shows and it was all good. Camp cleared out during the week but filled up pretty darn fast for weekend. Camp was going into shut down mode so no cabin or tent stays seen. First ti.e EVER to use laundry at a facility and it was great. Clean washers and dryers. Well kept recreational area and two playgrounds to keep the kids busy. They do recycle and it was a bit confusing but we managed. Kat and her husband were welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. Would go back in a heart beat-but only when it gets warmer.
