Gave us a spot that had someone in it, granted it was raining. Had to go back to the office gave us another spot, hooking up in the rain and find they put us in a 30 AMP and we reserved a 50 AMP. Had to unhook in the rain completely soaked went to office again and they gave us a 3rd spot which was I feel not what I booked online and no sorry for the inconvenience to us. Start of trip was not ideal

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The grounds were meticulously cared for, clean and maintained. We absolutely loved our time at this location. They even took the time to loan us a barbecue so that we could grill some steaks. We will definitely be back as a matter fact, we’ve already scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving!

Bowling Green KOA is a well kept campground offering many activities. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved playing their 18 hole mini golf! We will definitely be back here for future camping!

We had a small situation with our picnic table. I called the office and they had it replaced in about 15 minutes. Great service and a wonderful campground. Great stay and we will be back.

The only thing keeping it from being a 5 rating is that the sites should really be cleaned prior to check in. There were cans on our site and trash and burned wood in our fire pit. Other campgrounds will pick up trash left by inconsiderate people, clean out the fire pits and blow off the patios. But this is a nice KOA. We have been there many times and will return again.

This is my third year staying at the KOA Bowling Green campground since our daughter attends WKU. The campground is very clean and the sites are very nice. Staff is very helpful as well. Great experience and will visit again.

We had a great stay. The staff was amazing, site very clean, and other than a few barking dogs next to us it was very enjoyable. Probably one of the best KOA's that we have ever camped in.

The lady that checked us in was very short and not very informative. When I asked her a question about the ponds she acted annoyed I asked.

We had a wonderful time at this KOA. It was a quiet campground which we all really loved. Sometimes the golf carts buzzing by at other places gets really annoying but that didnt happen here. The staff were super nice and helpful. The grounds were very well kept and the dog park was even lit at night, which I loved. Cant wait to come back!

The park was nice, but there is still room for improvement. The pool was closed and looks as though it needs replaced. The doggie park was nice, but no one emptied the trash. The kids disappointed Labor Dat no water slide due to short handed. The train was broke. The price was expensive to camp, without the nice amenities.

Lot's of trees! The staff went out of their way to help with anything within reason. If I go through that neck of the woods again, I will stay there.

Only disappointment was there was no pool available, in addition the water slide wasn’t up for the weekend due to lack of staffing was told from the front desk.

Hospitality was fantastic! Outstanding job! Trash and grounds were taken care of regularly. Only thing was the pool was down for maintenance.

Pool has been closed for 3 years; it is not noted on the website One of the cabins has had a tree down on it for quite a while. Picnic tables are in sad repair. Showers need better drainage.

Very good grounds and hookups, along with flat-packed gravel and low-level concrete patio (as I requested) that were great with my wheelchair. Great family atmosphere here: lots of kids and parents playing/walking/bicycling. In the evening came a tornado siren. This is only first place where the campers & employees aka KOA's Joe Faust came knocking to assist us into the ramped concrete shelter, which is the bathhouse. We all swapped stories and then went back. Then came the second siren. Joe Faust, still in uniform, hadn't even made it home, but here he was again with the others. Back into the shelter, until it was over and they saw us home again. The beer I opened had gone warm, so had our hearts. Good people, good campground, and we are coming back to you Bowling Green KOA.
