The campground was wonderful. Although the bathrooms were dirty. We stayed 5 nights and in that time the showers were not cleaned at all. Same papers and dirt on the shower floor the whole 5 nights. The small trash in the stalls were not emptied in the 5 days. Had to go buy something to stand on in shower to bathe

we stayed at site 20, 21 and 12 the water at sites 21 2 22 did not work and the electricity went out every 30 minutes

The bathrooms here are super clean, it appears they clean them multiple times a day unlike other places I’ve stayed where they only clean them once around lunchtime. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and they will deliver their store-bought items to your site if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 8 nights and had family flying in staying at a cabin there. We had to arrive 2.5 hrs prior to check-in so we could pick up family from airport. It was the end of Sept 2023 and there was not one single tent there but they charged a $25 early arrival fee. When asked for them to waive the fee and explained why we were early, the assistant mgr, Paul, was absolutely RUDE.

I paid for 2 sites (1 cabin and 1 tent) for my family (my husband my two daughters, two grandchildren, daughter in law and my daughters friend). I was charged additional 100$ (50$ each site) to guarantee the sites were together. This makes no sense to me because 1) I purchased both sites 2) the campground was no where near capacity. We came with friends on 2 other sites that had to pay also.

I had a brief, one night stay at this KOA. But as in the past, it was nice. I had to come in late, but they left me a map showing me where my site was. Everything was calm, quiet, clean and orderly.

We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend and we were super impressed. The grounds and bathrooms were very clean. The planned activities were great for the kids! We loved the glow party to end the weekend! We cannot wait to stay again!!

I will never go back here even if it was free we stay there 5 days 4 of them we were harassed by a racist female worker name Monica it was our second year going there no issues before, but now it was a completely different experience to the point that I will never recommend this campsite. A complaint was made but didn’t change our nightmare experience. We rented 2 tent site and 1 cabin.

We came in late but it wasn’t an issue. The facilities looked great. Bathroom clean, free showers, and a laundry room. It was also quiet.

It was clean and quiet. I would say that I was a bit disappointed not to have power and water on my site, it was a shared outlet and spicket at the end of the camp. Which in order to get power to my site I would need a very long heavy duty extension cord. Most camps if there is water/power on site it means right on the site, not shared at the end of the site. So I paid more for what wasn't honest.

For someone who has been attending this campground for over 20 years, I would say this year's management team is not. Friendly as previous teams. They are all over you. As I said, they are not friendly to their guests and visitors.

I thought it was way too expensive to have to share water and electricity outlets. My neighbors hogged the water to where it was only running on their side, I also think it’s stupid how we can’t have a fire after midnight. The families around us were extremely loud all night

We had a wonderful stay! The bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. We loved the activities and all the fun things for kids to do. The store and all the services provided there were wonderful. However, our tent site was near a road that was pretty noisy at times (ie. drag racing in the middle of the night!) but otherwise, no complaints.

So friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to check on us. We will always recommend this KOA and will come back yearly due to cleanliness and, more importantly, the friendliness.

Fun activities, friendly staff, and clean facilities. A few reasons why not 5 stars: not all the doors lock in the bathrooms, "daily curbside garbage pickup" seemed to be nonexistent for us at the tent sites, and while we understand that poison ivy cannot be totally controlled, there was a massive vine crawling up right next to the mulched tent area which must have been growing awhile.

I was inadvertently late in arriving at the campground. But the camp management sent me a text to say they had left me a map at the entrance building to show where my tent site was located. That helped a lot. The next morning I came by the office and affirmed my arrival and handled the required paperwork. I also appreciated how clean the camp facilities were.

We were near the road if cars and carts did 7-1/2 miles per hour it would reduce the dust coming into the camp site.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
