The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. There are a ton of things to do such as volleyball horseshoes playground etc. I think they could use a little more furniture at the pool but other than that all the other amenities were great.

The highlands area is a pretty good distance anyway from the amenities and it had a few issues that were not really controllable but still an issue water had to be turned off 2 separate days. No comps offered. long term campers near us with lots of camping clutter. Facility’s were clean and great location to explore

We had a mini reunion with our immediate family. The KOA worked with us so that our campsite was very close to the two cabins that our children and their families were in. We extended one day and they were very helpful. Sabrina had so many activities for the kids throughout the week. They loved the foam party. Katie and Ed were both extremely helpful (thank you both) . They know the area well.

Nice campground. We were too close to the pool and playground, so we had a lot of people cutting through the site. We had dogs, so it wasn't good. We didn't want anything bad to happen.

We couldn't even open our awning because the camper right on the side of us had his awning out. His tent was on our site. Absolutely no tree's or room to move on the site. Absolutely not what we expected!!!!

Amazing! SO many things for the kids to do, foam party, movie night, all kinds of activities. 100% recommend. Enjoy every time we go.

This is our second KOA stay but first at the Boston/Cape Cod location and we loved it!! Spots were a little tight but lots of stuff for the kids to do! Staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids were having a good time. We will definitely be back!

The KOA employees were very helpful. The campground was very clean. However, the lack of respect by other campers (adults & kids) walking right through our campsite while we were relaxing was really disturbing.

Very friendly staff. Was able to add another day to our trip without a problem. Staff went above and beyond to allow us to stay in our spot.

We visit yearly on Columbus Day weekend with a large group of family. We decided to come during the summer for a longer vacation because it was still close enough to home where our daughter could come down for her days off. We had a great time and loved the ice cream food truck that came. This campground is so convenient to so many things including the Cape and we were able to get to the Vineyard!

First & LAST time using KOA. Drove 10-1/2hrs PA to Boston, pulled in @8:45pm, just happy to arrive before the office closed, truck still moving, male employee comes flying out, yelling & waving his arms that I had pulled into the wrong lane. IS THIS SUCH A MAJOR ISSUE AT 9pm!? ENOUGH TO YELL AT ME? Cart escort dudes then laughed @me trying to park in a 10ft wide spot in the dark. NEVER AGAIN.

Beautiful campground with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning. I was mistaken in thinking they rent golf carts, they don't. I'd recommend bringing bikes if your campsite is in the highlands.

We have never stayed at a KOA. we usually stay at State parks or Army Corp of engineers campground. I thought that the sites were very close together (for example, our picnic table was right beside the sanitary dump of the site beside us) and our site had very few trees. I thought that for what we paid, the facility just wasn't worth it. Probably will not stay at another KOA.

While your park is nice there is one person there that needs to learn how to talk with his customers. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name because I was shocked at how he spoke with me! The park is nice for an overnight stay but if you want to stay for a longer stay, I’d seriously consider another park. We have stayed at many KOAs and never have we encountered such a rude person. Quiet and kept to ourselves as we were seeing sights and festivals around us but there was always something going on for families and children it was wonderful we will be back for sure and next time we will bring the rest of the family thank you for making our visit excellent.

Our corner site was so small, the neighbor's awning was almost touching our camper. No privacy at all. We asked for a better site since I'd made the reservation 8 months ago, and was asked if I selected a "site specific" site. When I answered no, I was told there was nothing else available, even though there were many empty sites at the time. We camped for 4 nights. Be prepared for SMALL sites!

site was nice. Did not know there was a handicapped ramp in back of the office which I would have used instead of the steep steps out front. Staff was very helpful at the office.

Boston/Cape Cod KOA was a great central location for our touring of the area. We checked out Boston, Plymouth, Cape Cod, and Newport. Site was nice with great shade. We had originally booked a 30amp site but upgraded to a 50amp site. The 30amp sites are best for small campers like pop ups. The 50amp sites are definitely better for travel trailers. The staff was happy to help with the upgrade.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
